backstory
• childhood ; savannah began acting in commercials when she was 5, then went on to play a couple small roles in tv shows. she played in a nickelodeon show as a younger sister as well. sav took a break from acting for a couple years after her best friend died when she was 12 and it hit her really hard. savannah didn't really want to take a break, but her parents and agent insisted on it, which left her without a choice. she liked acting, after all, of course she didn't want to quit. meanwhile her twin sister was able to continue acting and attending events.
• teenage years ; once sav was 14, they let her take a small role on grey's anatomy, then some commercial roles and modeling gigs for junior brands. starting high school while getting back into the industry was rough, but she handled it the best she could. savannah continued to struggle with depression and even developed anxiety over the stress of it all. what if she became bad at acting? what if her parents didn't think her efforts were good enough? it was a lot of pressure. savannah ended up starting therapy at 15 years old and was given medications which helped. even now, she takes them. during high school, she also dated jack griffo on and off after reaching out again years after meeting at a nickelodeon awards show.
• adulthood ; as an adult, savannah became hyper sexual, sleeping with celebrities and experimenting with female celebrities as well. at 19, she discovered after a few hookups that she liked sleeping with women, but didn't care to date them. sav wouldn't come out for two more years, but she knew. and that's what mattered. the acting gigs she got were for more episodes and for bigger shows, which really put her name out there. while technically she was famous as a childhood star, she needed to be known for her more adult roles. stranger things and all american did that for her, and especially the after series. even after years of doing it and stressing over her ability to handle the weight, she enjoys acting and cannot wait to get more roles.
