• childhood ; juliette grew up in a wealthy family with 2 older siblings and 2 happily married parents, her mom being a fashion designer and her father being a restaurant chain owner. life was great, jules got whatever she wanted, had many friends, etc. she was a good student as well, having no issues with behavior or academics
• teenage years ; things became rough once she was a teenager. her parents argued more, her dad drank more, and her oldest brother had left for college and couldn't be there to calm things down or distract her. her father got out of hand one night and attacked her mom, though luckily her oldest brother happened to be there and stopped him. it was terrifying, and without hesitation they sent her dad to jail and they moved to new york when she was 16. it wasnt hard to fit in with tons of other rich kids, and luckily she quickly attached to a friend group consisting of nate, chuck, blair, (kinda) dan, and serena. Living in manhattan seems to be great, until she discovers gossip girl
• adulthood ; after graduation, juliette went to law school at harvard. she went for about a year before dropping out to pursue another dream to become a fashion designer like her mother. she and nate happily stay together without issues and eventually marry and have a family

; the two met at the white party when juliette unexpectedly showed up after hearing about it. they easily hit it off and nate ended up asking her to meet up again. they may or may not have hooked up, but their friendship escalated from there and they eventually got together. their relationship stays strong, the two having their ups and downs but still getting through it. on her 21st birthday nate asks her to marry him, and the two get married in the following spring.
