"You can't be my siblings. . . I don't know any of you. . ." Asriel muttered out with slight sympathy. The young goat stretched his paw out to the three human children in front of them with a small smile. "But we can be friends instead!"

"Enough, humans," Asgore walked towards his son and where the children were. Next to him was Toriel, who pulled Asriel away from the human trio. "Our son has no time to play with you."

"Your parents must be worried. Please leave us alone," Toriel politely told them while gently pulling Asriel towards her.

"Ugh! Get off, stupid kids! Who the heck are you two!?" Muffet roughly pushed both [Name] and Frisk away from her, growing creeped out towards the two of them. A couple of bystanders of humans and monsters alike surrounded them as Muffet shouted at the two humans. "Stop following me or you two will be my pet's dinner tonight!" Muffet harshly snarled with a scoff in the end.

[Name] harshly dropped their bag filled with the heart lockets. Each golden heart scattered across the floor as Chara and Frisk glared down on all of them with red eyes, with [Name]'s purple eyes glaring daggers at the items they worked so hard on.

I can see hatred in their eyes.

"Allow me to do the pleasure, my brothers," [Name] told them, their glare never leaving the heart lockets.

And with a conveniently shaped rock, they dropped it on top of the many heart lockets alongside their bag.

But as time moved on, golden flowers grew as more forget-me-nots sprouted (more than usual).

A shadow of a certain reptilian monster loomed over where the heart lockets were. A yellow hand tried to find a specific one as they reached towards the rubble.

Alphys stared down on a present box that had a tag that said "Undyne" with pink cheeks. Her eyes were slightly glowing, relieved that today was her day off. And that means that she might go on that date she promised to go on with Undyne herself. She fiddled with the box nervously as she sat on a bench.

But she jumped up, feeling the dark presence of three children not far from her. Alphys shut her eyes in fear as she began to sweat, feeling nervous by their sudden appearance.

"Hello, Assistant."

Alphys slightly opened her eyes while shaking, looking towards three humans with red glowing eyes, with the exception of who appeared to be the oldest, with their eyes glowing bright purple and filled with rage.

"So, today's your day off, huh?" Chara questioned the reptilian monster as his glare never faltered.

Feeling terrified for her life, Alphys quickly got up from the bench. She tried to quickly escape these three kids with a murderous intent. But Alphys was quick to jump back when Chara was quick to appear in front of her, holding a knife. Frisk and [Name] followed behind, with Frisk on Alphys' side while [Name] appeared behind her. The three were armed.

Never give children weapons, guys.

"Nu-uh. . . Don't run away," [Name] warned with a harsh tone as they chuckled slightly in the end. But Alphys sent a shiver down her spine. [Name]'s little laugh here reminded her of a sinister doll with murderous intent. "We know you still remember us," they told her in a taunting tone, scaring an already petrified Alphys even more.

"He needs someone to talk to about his mistakes, after all," Chara added, his knife inching closer to Alphys' throat. "I wonder if XGaster really cares about you. What would he do if you suddenly became dust. . ." He wondered about the possibilities of his question, guessing that XGaster wouldn't care at all.

"Tell us where he's hiding," Frisk demanded, Alphys closing her shut once again out of fear. ". . . and maybe we'll spare your life."

But everyone felt the presence of someone filled with justice and anime on their side.

"Hey. I was the first to ask her out on a date today," a fish woman told the three toddlers as she gave a slight glare at each of them, clearly upset that they were threatening Alphys. And probably over something stupid and pathetic to add on. "Wait for your turn."

The three humans glared at the fish woman who just appeared, growing annoyed at her for disrupting them. And they even rehearsed this (probably).

Undyne tightly (but not too tightly) gripped the bouquet of roses as she continued to tell these kids to fuck off. "As far as I know, babies like you are not allowed to walk around with knives," she added with a light joke, making fun of them in the process.

"This is between Alphys and us," Chara loudly declared to the fish woman, receiving an annoyed scoff from her. "One more step, and we're gonna fucking kill you!"

Alphys' eyes widened at Chara's words, making [Name] create a small smirk in triumph. Maybe this will make her spill everything out.

Maybe literally, too.

"If you have no idea who we are, then don't do anything stupid!" Chara warned Undyne, pointing his knife right towards her. But the woman remained unfazed, only smirking at this pathetic sight.

Undyne merely manages to let out a laugh at these kids. "Pfha! There's no reason to know a couple of unloved crybabies like you," Undyne made fun of them as her smirk grew wider, taking a step forward proudly. This caused the human trio to scowl at her, growing annoyed by her presence itself.

"Bite me, punks."

On cue, Chara and Frisk rushed forward, leaving [Name] to still hold their knife at Alphys. Undyne stood there with a smile, preparing to throw the bouquet in the air as the two brothers prepared to strike her.

Two slashes could be heard, scaring Alphys. But [Name]'s eyes widened at the sight, deciding to rush behind the fish woman.

"UNDYNE!" Alphys cried out in fear, only to be surprised to see that nothing bad happened to the one she loves.

Undyne bit the bouquet in her mouth with a grin, managing to hold the brother's knives with her hands with ease. Their eyes widened at the sight, with Chara gritting his teeth while Frisk made a light gasp. The two tried to move their knives but it was all futile, pointless even! And with ease once again, Undyne threw their knives upwards, making them fly into the air. The two brothers tried to attack her, but Undyne effortlessly kicked both of them in the face while jumping in the air.

'Wait, where's the other brat?' Undyne thought to herself while noticing that the [hair shade] haired child wasn't near Alphys anymore.

Once Undyne landed back on the ground, she made sure that she stays away from Alphys as far as possible yet kept her distance just in case that other brat showed up. She maintained her guard up, looking around cautiously while the brothers tried to get back up. Much to their dismay, they couldn't and fell back down. Undyne really sent a hard blow on them.

[Name] took their chances when they could.

They threw their knife directly at Undyne's attention, making her gasp in shock. But that didn't mean that she could be defeated that easily.

Undyne was quick to run directly towards Alphys, kind of mimicking a certain run from an anime that she has been watching with Alphys. Alphys squeaked in surprise when Undyne managed to carry her without any casualties and jump in the air as she performed a backflip, making [Name]'s knife only hit a tiny piece of her hair.

'That kid got balls,' Undyne thought in her head, slightly impressed that this human managed to actually hit her, even if it was only minor. Unknown to her, she just kind of repeated the words of a certain flashy guy from an anime she was also watching with Alphys.

Anime is real, Undyne.

Undyne swiftly jumped back down, kicking [Name] with a back kick with Alphys still in her arms. They were sent back, landing roughly on their butt while Undyne landed with slight grace, Alphys blushing madly thanks to her being in the arms of Undyne.

Undyne let go of the bouquet from her mouth, making Alphys catch it while she admired Undyne up close. "Your outfit's really cute," Undyne complimented her while gently setting her down, Alphys' bright red face slowly dying down in the process.

She held the bouquet close to her chest as the two walked away from the human trio. "I-I like these flowers. . . Thank you," she bashfully thanked her savior, hoping that she wouldn't remember this encounter in the future.

Yet. . . she felt bad for all three humans.

"Can't wait to see what's inside this box!" Undyne commented, holding onto the box that Alphys accidentally dropped before (but the author is too sick and lazy right now to go back).

"You wouldn't mind losing anyone because they're not Undyne, right!?" [Name] exclaimed, getting back up while breathing heavily, exhausted thanks to Undyne.

The two (amazing lesbians) stopped, with Alphys widening her eyes in fear and shock while Undyne side-eyed [Name].

"Asriel, Asgore, Mom, and Muffet. . . Did you enjoy what he did to my family?" Frisk asked her with a scowl.

'Oh, so you view Muffet as your family, huh?'

[Name] couldn't help themselves to think that.

"Pathetic. . . I bet you also enjoy lying to Undyne," Frisk snarled as he went back to help Chara, ignoring Undyne's comment.

"Hey, what the hell are you-"

"I didn't enjoy that," Alphys answered with a slightly shaky voice. "I was scared. . . I'm still scared. . ." She admitted while her lips were quivering, remembering the many mistakes XGaster had made. "You have no idea how much I wanted XGaster to stop using that horrible button. . . I tried to help you in secret as far as I could, but it was too risky," she confessed, her eyes beginning to water slightly before holding back her tears.

"If I had been caught, the consequences could've been worse, especially for you."

The three humans stood together, all with bruises as they listened to Alphys' confession. Chara lifted his hand in front of Frisk as a way of telling him to not do anything at the moment.

"We do understand, Alphys," Chara told her with his head hung low. "I prefer having you as my enemy. He could have created a more perverse assistant." He relaxed his shoulders as he cleaned the blood off his nose.

"If you really want to help us, stop being part of a world made of lies," [Name] told her before gesturing to their brothers to leave. The three walked away while Undyne's eyes narrowed at their figures growing smaller with every step.

Chara, Frisk, and [Name] all watched the sun going to sleep after what felt like a long day. They each had troubled expressions while Frisk took a seat down, bringing his knees to his chest for his head to rest on.

[Name] pushed Chara down onto the floor, with them quickly ducking.

"HEY! WHAT THE HELL WAS THAT FOR!?" Chara shouted at [Name].

"You'll thank me later, idiot," [Name] replied, pointing up. Frisk moved his head slightly to see a brick quickly pass above [Name], with [Name] looking kind of unfazed by this act alone. Chara's eyes widened at the sight, just realizing that could have hit him in the head.

"You're welcome," [Name] replied with a slight shit-eating grin.

"Yo, Punks!" A familiar voice called out to them, making Frisk frown while knitting his eyebrows together. [Name] perked their head up while Chara looked behind him, seeing Undyne carrying a nervous Alphys with one arm.

"We finally found you. Never had a proper introduction, so here I am," Undyne told them with a smirk while Alphys' gaze was fixated on the grass, finding it quite interesting at the moment. "I noticed that your friendship with Alphys is going through a rough time."

"I thought you said we were unwanted crybabies," [Name] cut her off, remembering what Undyne had told them. "How come we unwanted crybabies have other friends besides each other?" They asked her with a raised brow, kind of wanting to leave what they view as a situation.

"Despite being some 'unwanted crybabies,' I can't help but want to fix a broken friendship with Alphys here," Undyne replied, totally ignoring [Name]'s expressionless face as they still raised a brow at her. "I may be a fierce bodyguard, but I know the best way to help friends reconcile is talking!" Undyne proudly claimed, slightly fist bumping the air. "Let's talk about your problems and feel better. No knives or hits this time, okay?" Undyne emphasized on the last sentence, slightly giving [Name] a look while they didn't hesitate to give one back.

The three siblings looked at each other for confirmation, with Frisk slightly raising his head.

"Let's just get this over with," [Name] reluctantly agreed to talk things out while throwing a knife off the cliff. They were hiding it this whole time, just in case anything happened. Everyone (minus Frisk) watches [Name] casually throw the knife away with comical expressions of shock.

The three (mainly Chara and [Name]) told Undyne everything. And by that time, it was beginning to grow dark.

"My brothers alongside Muffet saved me from XGaster. Although I couldn't remember anything that happened after that, just a few glimpses of that occurring in my nightmares," [Name] continued to tell their story with a frown. "So, XGaster punished us by making everyone reject us in this timeline."

"Once he is satisfied, he will get rid of this timeline and move on with a new plan. . ." Chara solemnly continued the story as he shrunk a little. "No one will stop him. We cannot take it anymore. We are. . . weak. . ."

Undyne looked between the humans and Alphys with a confused comical expression. She lifted her lips into a comical yet confused smile. "Are you sure this isn't some kind of roleplay or something? 'Cause it sounds a bit. . . silly. . ." She asked with a slight chuckle in the end. I mean, it doesn't sound a bit silly if you think about it. Goofy, even. Maybe they were just goofing around for a little bit.

Lmao.

"Sadly, it's all true," Alphys confirmed all of this to Undyne with a solemn look on her face. "XGaster's ambitions are increasing more and more. I only have access to the previous timeline's data. Nobody else knows his next move. . ."

During all this, Frisk couldn't help but notice something new on Undyne's attire. His red eyes narrowed at the heart locket that Undyne had around her neck and he couldn't help but make a small scowl at the sight. [Name] soon caught along, their eyes slightly widening once they spotted the heart locket on Undyne.

"Though, I've been studying him in secret. . . And there's a small chance to stop him permanently," Alphys admitted. "His soul allows him to use the Overwrite button. Destroying it might not be a good option, but. . . If we contain it somehow, we could learn how to use it and our universe could finally have a normal course," Alphys finished with a slightly hopeful smile on her face, hoping that this may work somehow. It seemed impossible but the chances of this being successful were never zero.

"Forget about it. That's a stupid plan," Frisk harshly put down Alphys' words while shrinking, already giving up on this and everything else included. "You can't just defeat your own creator. Chara, [Name], and I can't fight XGaster either," Frisk harshly continued while covering his face with his knees, turning to his side to not face any of them. Chara looked at him with an 'are you serious?' look while [Name] couldn't help but slightly agree with what Frisk had to say.

"Unless you get proper training," Undyne proudly told them while pointing at herself. "I don't mean to brag, but I'm pretty good at kicking butts, you guys can tell," Undyne proudly stated with a slightly bragging tone, making [Name] click their tongue.

"Yeah, no shit," [Name] quietly remarked.

"That guy sounds like a total loser, and I'd be glad to teach him a lesson," she smirked roughly while punching her own fist. "I'll help you to make you stronger and work together for a fair cause."

The three siblings had different thoughts about this. Frisk still held his negative outlook on the future, not even batting an eye to anyone in there. But Chara's eyes were shining with determination while he listened to Undyne's words. [Name] was in deep thought, wondering about all the possibilities that this could lead to, both good and bad.

"I'll pass. It's a waste of time," Frisk told them with a frown.

"I'll take the offer, then," Chara accepted. "But we must do it in secret."

"I'll. . . think about it. . ." [Name] muttered under their breath. Although everybody heard that.

"But we must do it in secret," Chara stated. "XGaster can't find out about this." Chara faced Alphys with a determined nod. "Alphys, we're counting on you."

Said reptilian monster nodded with a small huff, understanding this mission.

"You still thinking, [Name]?" Chara asked while facing his sibling. He sweat-dropped once he noticed that he made [Name] snap out of their thoughts, with them jumping slightly at the sound of his voice. They quickly turned to face him to give him a nod.

"It's worth a shot."

Two strong arms looped around the two, with [Name] slumping down a bit thanks to this new added weight onto their shoulder. "Alright, then! We'll give our best as teachers and students," Undyne proudly told the two. "We got this Karla and [Incorrect Name] (So. . . imagine an anime or manga character that has a name similar to yours)!"

Chara raised a brow while [Name] sweat-dropped, making a comical confused expression similar to one in an anime or manga. Alphys slowly appeared behind Undyne with a nervous expression. "It's Chara and [Name]. . . And Chara's a boy while [Name] is [insert your gender here or whatever you go by (sorry if I offended you)]."

Chara stared at Undyne with an annoyed look while [Name]'s smug smile returned, only slightly. Undyne blushed in embarrassment while sweating, finally understanding that she got their names wrong.

"Time's up!"

Breath in.

Breath out.

The two siblings breathed heavily while carrying their own respective weapons of choice. [Name] used a technique that they learned; slowly breathing in and out while having a five second pause between each breath (I tried this, and it surprisingly works). Each breath made them grow less tired than they were already, with [Name] planting their spear on the ground.

Around Chara and [Name] stood many destroyed training dummies. Many button eyes were on the floor with cotton hearts following along (with each heart being torn apart into pieces) while trails of cotton (blood for the dummies) spilled and oozed out of each dummy.

[Name] swore they saw a ghost fly out of the dummy, shouting curses at them. But nobody else besides them seemed to notice this odd detail.

This will be relevant soon, I swear.

"One hundred four dummies out of one hundred twenty in less than ten seconds. . . and this was done with you two working together. . ." Undyne hummed in thought while looking at her timer. Alphys clapped as she cheered for both humans, a content smile on her face.

The two humans looked back at where Undyne and Alphys were, awaiting an answer from their teacher. [Name] smiled a bit when they spotted a happy Alphys.

'When was the last time when I saw her smile like that?' [Name] sadly thought in their head.

"You two
