We all got on our bikes and drove to the pharmacy.

Ben was on the back of my bike.

"I think it's great that we're helping the new kid. But also we need to think of our own safety. I mean, he's bleeding all over and you guys know that there's an AIDS epidemic happening right now as we speak, right? My mom's friend in New York City got it by touching a dirty pole on the subway. And a drop of AIDS blood got into his system though a hangnail. A hangnail! And you can amputate legs and arm. But how do you amputate a waist! You guys do know that alley's are known for dirty needles that have AIDS, right? You guys do know that?" Eddie rambles

"Shut the fuck up, Eddie!" I say finally getting sick of him.

"Richie, wait here. Come on" Bill says as we all walk into the pharmacy

Eddie grabs a bunch of stuff to help the wound.

"Can we afford all that?" Bill asks seeing that we only have 3 dollars.

"I have a dollar.." I say grabbing the dollar out

"You kidding me?" Eddie says

"Wait, you have an account here, don't you?" Bill asks Eddie

"If my mom found out I bought all this stuff for myself. I'd be spending the whole rest of the week in the emergency room getting X-rayed" Eddie says making me chuckle.

I hear someone stop at the aisle making all of us turn to see Beverly hide a box of tampons making me smirk at her.

"Hey, y/n" Beverly says

"Hey, Bev" I smile

"Yu-you okay?" Bill asks

"I'm fine. What's wrong with you?" She asks

"None of your business" Stanley says making me nudge his shoulder

"There's a kid outside. Looks like someone killed him" Eddie says

"W-we need some s-s-upplies, but we don't have enough money" Bill says

"Come with me, y/n" she says dragging me to the front counter

"I like your glasses, Mr. Keene. You look just like Clark Kent" Beverly flirts

"Can I try them on?" I ask leaning over the counter a bit so my boobs look bigger.

"Mmm. Sure" He says handing his glasses to me

I put on the glasses
"How do I look?" I ask

"Well, how about that" He says making me want to vomit
"You look just like Louis lane"

"Really?" I fake laugh

"Mhm" he says smiling

"Well, here you go" I say handing him the glasses but "accidentally" know over the cart of cigarettes

"It's okay" he smiles putting his glasses back on and go to grab the cart of cigarettes.

We turn to the losers signaling for them to get out

I see two packs of cigarettes on the counter making me and Bev grab one

"Well, I got to go" I say to Bev

"Alright, see you later?" She asks

"Yep, see you later" I say as I run out the store and back into the alley

"Yeah, can you go get me something?" Eddie says

"Jesus! What do you need?" Richie asks

"Go get my bifolcals. I hid 'em in my second fanny pack" Eddie says.

"Why do you have two fanny packs?" I ask

"I need to focus right now and it's a long story" Eddie says as I see bill walk to the front of the alley

All of the bickering disappears as I walk a bit closer to the end to see he was looking at Beverly with heart eyes..

My crush.. Looking at my best friend instead of me..

I guess it was never me..

She walks closer to him and he pulls out some money from his pocket

"Um, t-thanks" He says giving her the money

"Even Steven" She says pulling put her pack of cigarettes

I walk away to the back of the alley and lean on the wall beside Richie taking out my cigarettes and lighting one.

"Oh god, he's bleeding. Oh, my god!" Stanley says

"Well obviously!" I say

"Ben from sosh?" I hear bev say

"You have to suck the wound before you apply the band-aids! This is 101" Richie says

"You don't know what you're talking about" Eddie says

"Are you okay? That looks like it hurts" Beverly asks

"Oh. No, I'm good. I just fell" Ben says covering up his wound

"Yeah, right into Henry Bowers" Richie says as I put out my cigarette and punch his shoulder

"Shut up" I whisper

"Shut it, R-richie" Bill says

"Why? It's true!" Richie says

"You need to learn how to shut your mouth for once" I say

"You sure they got the right stuff to fix you up?" Beverly says winking making me chuckle at the reference

"You know, w-we'll take care of him" Bill says

"Sure. Maybe I'll see you around" Beverly says

"Yeah, w-we were thinking about going to the q-quarry tomorrow, if you wanna come" Bill says

"Yes! Bev you should totally come!" I say

"Good to know. Thanks" she says smiling and then walking away

"Bye y/n!" Beverly shouts

"Nice going bringing up Bowers in front of her" Stanley says rolling his eyes making me scoff

"Yeah, dude you heard what she did" Eddie says making me groan in annoyance

"She's not sensitive about it" I say rolling my eyes

"What'd she do?" Ben asks

"More like who'd she do, from what I hear the list is longer than my wang" Richie says grabbing onto his crotch.

"Looks like there is no list" I say making everyone laugh

"They're j-just rumors, I mean do you b-believe the rumors of y/n" Bill says

"Anyway, Bill had her back in 3rd grade. They kissed in the school play! The reviews said they can't fake that sort of passion" Richie says as Ben looks down sadly

"Now! Pip-pip and tally-ho, my good fellows I believe this chap requires our utmost attention. Get in there Dr. K. Come on, fix him up" Richie says in a terrible British accent

"Why don't you shut the fuck up, Einstein, because I know what I'm doing. And I don't want you doing the British guy with me right now" Eddie says

"Suck the wound, get in there" Richie says

Time skip

We all hang out until 6:30 'cause our curfew was at 7.

"Hey, Ben, be careful. Don't get yourself in trouble" I laugh

"Will do" he laughs with me

"See you tomorrow guys!" I say as me and Richie ride back to our house.
