It depends on the category. For the main genres, stories must have at least 7 chapters, except for short stories that must not exceed 5000 words and poems. For mini categories, there are no chapter restrictions, except for Best World-Building and Best Plot that must be completed.

No, for all graphic categories, the graphics have to be made by you.
