You were terrified, absolutely terrified in going to the pharmacy and buy a pregnancy test.

Not only because you had no idea what you'd do if you're pregnant - your instant thought is to go visit your mom, but what would she say in this situation?

You really couldn't be too sure if she would judge you in going to an all boy's school and only to get pregnant after a few months of staying in there.

There was also the lingering possibility of you being removed from your job. What would you do if the entire academy found you were pregnant?

Or alternatively, if they found out that there was a possibility of you being pregnant because of someone else in their school?

It wouldn't take long for the name Park Jay alongside your own to circulate. Even if you weren't sure yourself if something did happen.

As a makeshift solution, you headed straight for the library and toward their most hidden corner to hide from the population of the monkey gossips such as Sunoo himself. And so here you were, looking through the history of how the bathrooms were made and praying that no one would saw you here.

For another hour, you draw out another book about the Roman Empire's fall, and only at that very unfortunate moment, you heard male voices coming from the shelf behind.

Acting quickly, you ducked further into that section and doing your best not to be seen. However, unable to help yourself, you peered around the books to see who was on the other side.

In your opinion, you really have the most horrendous luck in the whole universe.

No one else would have as bad luck as you because you were certain that no one else would find themselves being repeatedly near the person she was trying to avoid. Maybe there was a sacrifice or something you could do to increase your luck?

Like sacrificing the life in your womb, if that was possible.

You certainly needed it seeing Jay, Sunghoon and Jake with Kai were standing on the other side.

Perhaps you could slip away without earning attention to yourself? That would've been an option if you weren't in the corner of the library and didn't have to walk past them in order to get away.

And it definitely would've been an option if you didn't manage to hear your name, so you lingered in your hiding place, hoping they wouldn't see you eavesdropping.

"You should've seen her this morning, guys", Kai said teasingly, leaning against a bookshelf and addressing Jake who was browsing through the books, "It took her forever to sneak out of your dorm room, thinking no one did see her but we were just watching from the kitchen"

They'd seen you! You weren't sure if you were more angry that you'd put an unnecessary effort not to be seen.

With a teasing smile, Kai approached Jay who pushed him away with a groan, "Just what did you two get up to last night that Y/N was in your bed?"

"Wait", Sunghoon piped up suddenly from his perch against a bookshelf, "Y/N was in your dorm while Jake stayed at ours?"

Jay simply shook his head, watching as Jake pushed Kai with a grumble, "Piss off, you monster. Nothing happened between us"

Kai, finding something funny, laughed deeply and that laughter managed to completely erased the relief you'd been feeling, "I forgot you're not one to kiss and tell"

"He's telling the truth", Jake finally spoke up, rolling his eyes when Kai looked between Jay and him, as if believing them to be keeping a secret from him.

"And how exactly do you know that, Jay?", Kai went on to push the topic.

If only you would not give away your hiding place, you'd like to place your hand around Kai's neck in order to relax.

"Since when did you become a gossiping dolphin?", Jay finally asked, turning away from the shelf towards Kai, "If you're dying to know - I asked Jake to help me walk Y/N to my bed. She was completely off her face and could barely walk. Did you really think I would do something to her in that state?"

"Well, no", Kai accepted at last.

This is where you breathed out a sigh in relief, you worried for nothing. Now you didn't have to lost your job and certainly not pregnant of all things you could think. Still, you lingered longer, curious to know the whole stoy.

"I just thought that given your thing for her, you would give her a kiss or something", Kai wandered aloud, not noticing the way Sunghoon glared at him while Jake frowns.

His thing? You waited with a bated breath, for Jay to assure Kai that he didn't have a thing for you anymore. Because, how could he after you slapped and kicked him around along the punch in his gut?

What kind of guy would still like a girl who can beat him up if she'd like to?

"Doesn't matter, Jake will kill me if I do and even Sunghoon would not regret it", Jay said firmly. He didn't deny it, you realised with a start.

"You didn't want to wake her as well", Sunghoon cut in with a scoff, ribbing Jake once more, "Deny all you want, but I was there"

"Whatever", Jay grumbled again, and you took that as a sign to turn away.

But still, you had to wait until they finished what they were doing because you knew they weren't looking for books.

Well, Jake was the only one searching the shelves. Just how long you were going to wait here in your hiding place?

And perhaps you needed to think it off, the possibility of being drunk and wasted in front of the three of them. Now you were more afraid and embarassed at what they had seen you do or say in that sort of state.

As for Jay's thing, you could think about it later. When you weren't waiting for them to leave since you need to get at your next subject which you just happened to share with all of them.

The boys took their time in that section, talking about all sort of rubbish as you continued to anxiously keep track of time. How did they find interesting to talk about bulking up a muscle?

Thankfully, ten minutes before the classes start, they headed out and you waited for a few moments longer before running out of the library. Ignoring the infuriated warning from the librarian, you took all of the shortcut that you knew to make sure to get class in time.

Once you arrived near the door, you took a moment to head in the classroom. You continued to hover in the doorway, wondering what to expect if the boys is inside or not.

After having overheard their conversation in the library, you didn't really want to walk in because you weren't sure if you could play it cool in the knowledge they'd seen you in your most embarassing state.

What if you even puked to one of them? They just didn't have the heart to tell you, assuming that they will earn nothing but judgement of a very suspicious girl.

"What are you doing out here, Ms. L/N?", Mrs. Nam asked, having rounded the corner and found you standing by the door, "Why don't you go in already?"

"Clearly scared to see the faces of her own tutees", Heeseung said as if the answer was obvious.

He approached your side, looping an arm over your shoulder and pulled you in after him, regardless of how firmly you planted your feet in the ground.

When you did enter the classroom, your eyes went instantly to each of the boys desk and found it all empty. Now you walked easier as you joined Heeseung in the corner table for the tutors and listened to him about his particular crush in the sister school of Bighit Academy.

Soumu, the one full of girls instead.

But rather than give him a helpful advice - your eyes lingered on the doorway where eventually, with seconds to spare before the start of the lesson, the four boys walked into the room.

Jay walked in with Jake at his side, chatting about something and you lowered your head, not wanting to get caught in your surveillance and certainly not wanting to find them seeing you in the act of eavesdropping.

When Mrs. Nam started her lesson, you did your very best to pay attention to what she was saying but it was very futile. Your eyes continued to stray to Jay who repeatedly rolled his neck and at one point even brought his hand to rub at it.

"I told you", Jake started so quietly that you nearly didn't hear it. But you were close enough to hear him.

He watched Jay from the corner of his eye, "I told you that you shouldn't have slept on the couch and why didn't you just used my bed? I went to Sunghoon's room to give you space"

"It's fine", Jay insisted, rolling his neck as it would help, "This stiff neck would be gone eventually"

And then, when Mrs. Nam clapped her hand, your attention was diverted and their conversation ended. You took a moment to realize that Sunghoon and Kai is heading for the mini bookshelves in the side.

You headed towards it and was reaching for a history book when you apologized instantly after getting in the way of someone else reaching for it.

Lifting your eyes from the book, you faltered for a moment but gestured anyway for Jay to take it first.

"Thanks", he said, slowly holding your eyes for a moment before looking away.

"Uhmn no", you said eventually, taking his attention back, "I should be the one to thank you"

With a furrowed brows, he considered you before handing you another book, "What for?"

"Thanks for letting me sleep alone in your bed", you made sure to speak lowly, not wanting anyone around you to hear, "You must have slept really uncomfortably last night"

"Not really", he shook his head with eyes wide, with how earnestly he was trying to convince you, "I wasn't"

Before he could try to lie once more, you offered him a soft smile, "You were massaging your neck throughout the lesson"

"I guess you caught me then", he said with a sheepish smile, a hand coming up to his neck, "It's the least I could do for you"

Only for him to realized you were watching him, he lowered his hand back to his side and you couldn't help but laugh awkwardly, aware of the two pair of eyes watching from behind.

You hesitated before saying, "Let me make it to you regarding the other things I've done"

At first, Jay didn't believe you. But when you still didn't take your words back, his eyebrows rose in surprise.

Even still, he teased, "And just how are you going to do that with your ex-boyfriend behind you?"

"I almost forget that. I'm sorry", you admitted slowly, and glimpsed from the corner of your eye that Jake is watching.

In the next moment, as you watched Jay's smile grow and sharpen, you started to regret it. You know by now that you did not want to owe a Park Jay anything and in a sense, you admitted to owing him.

All you could do is wonder what he would ask of you.

"You're going to regret that, but no backing out", Jay said with a teasing wink before leaving you standing there in disappointment to yourself.

Just what did you put yourself into by that unthinkable offer? Guess you should prepare it for now before Jake think twice of making you guilty all over again.

There was the issue of Sunghoon as well who is now gesturing to the bracelet you wore. How could you even forget the date he was asking for?
