-Your POV- 

I had volunteered to help decorate for prom, I went after school and free period. Asher has also volunteered which was so fun.

I would always catch him staring at me or my ass when I would hang up decorations.

I was putting some decorations and I felt a hand cover my eyes "Guess who" they asked. "Finn" I smiled and removed his hand "mhm" I turned around and pecked his lips.

"I brought you some coffee and a donut" (sorry if you don't like coffee) he says "awe thank you"

"So how's everything going?" He asked. "it's good, it's almost done just the last minute stuff is coming the night of"

"Oh okay, I noticed Asher is here..." "yeah, but I've been avoiding him"  "okay, is it okay if I stay?" "yeah that's fine"

"Hey y/n can you help me here?" Asher says, walking up to me, "uh sure" I noticed Finn gave him a death stare "actually never mind" he says and walked away

"Wow, are you really that intimidating to him?"  "yeah I mean I was you know" he frowned. "Yeah... it's okay"

"Can you hand me the tape" "Sure, here" he gave me the tape and I put some streamer things up.

I continued to put decorations and I was painting the letters for 'PROM' It took forever to paint but it'll be worth it, I took a ladder to hang the letters but I still couldn't hang them.

"Want me to help?" Finn asks "yes please" I crawler down the ladder and Finn crawled up the ladder and easily put the letter up.

"You should help out you're tall enough to do the "easy" stuff"  "Yeah, but you guys are almost done" "What do you want to do after this?"  "I actually have something to show you"

"Oooo okay" I went back to the decoration table, I looked over and Asher was staring at me "Is there something on my face?" I asked "what? Oh uh no" He stammered.

"So why are you staring?" I ask "Nothing" I glared at him and walked back to Finn

"Okay, guys you're done for the day everything looks amazing, and it will better in a few days!" The supervisor said.

I cleaned up some stuff and got my jacket and walked out of the gym with Finn, "okay follow me"

I knew he was going to ask me but I didn't want to ruin his plan, we walked to our usual spot where we go during free period.

"Close your eyes"I closed my eyes and held his hand as he lead me to the stairs, "open" I opened my eyes and there was a giant teddy bear holding a little sign, asking 'will you go to prom with me?'

"Awe this is so cute and obviously of course I'll be your date" I say and smile "woo!" He says and smiles "Sorry for ruining it though" I say "It's okay don't worry" he says

"Ugh it's going to take years to find a dress" I groaned. "it's okay you'll find a good one, you have amazing style to begin with" he complimented.

"Thank, you well now I have to go home and go through my mom's closet" I say " okay, want me to drive you home?" He asked "sure"

A/N I'm sorry this was shit and short, I've been having writers block and I'm trying to get ideas and with school it makes it harder to write, anyways the last chapter I'll try my hardest to make it actually good but yeah
