-Your POV-

I flutter my eyes open and saw I wasn't at the party, or my bed, I was in a hospital.

"Mom?" I asked,while rubbing my eyes, I noticed there was an IV on my arm and my arms were wrapped up.

"Baby!oh my god you're awake!" Mom got up and attacked me with a hug "Sophia she's up!" 

Sophia walked in and the biggest smile spread across her face "y/n/n!" She exclaimed and hugged me.

"What am I doing here?" I asked. "You passed out from blood loss sweetie" mom said, fixing the hair out of my face.

"Oh, yeah" "I'll go get the doctor and let them know you're up" she said. 

"Y/n I was so worried!" Sophia said. "Yeah I didn't mean to..."  "I'm just happy you're okay" she says and hugs me "Me too, I guess" 

"Finn's getting food from the cafeteria by the way" She said. the thought of him made me tense up. "Why is still here?" I asked, annoyed.

"He was really scared, he was crying when he saw you on the floor passed out, we got to convince the doctors to let him stay even though he's not family, he really cares about you" She explained. "Yeah turns out it was just an act" I rolled my eyes.

"Y/n it wasn't an act, he explained to me on the ride here, he said he loves you" she says, the anger and pain inside of me went away, I frowned and fiddled with my fingers. 

"Oh, the doctors are here" Sophia said and sat down.

"Hi I'm Dr.Meridith nice to meet you" she says, I give a small smile "Nice to meet you too" 

"Okay so, I believe you passed out from blood loss and we found alchohol in your system." She says, just then Finn walked in and I tensed up, his eyes started tearing up and smiled.

I looked at him for a moment and then looked back at the nurse. "Y/n you were drinking alcohol?!" Mom asked "Um y-yeah" 

"Okay how'd you get these deep cuts?" The nurse asks "Um" I say and I looked at Sophia and Mom worryingly "it's okay tell her" Mom said.

"I uh did it, I have depression. Um I found out something really heartbreaking and I didn't know what else to do but I didn't know I was going to lose that much blood" I explained.

"Okay well the cuts are deep, you are going to need stitches and you lost a significant amount of blood so we're going to have to need a blood donation" The nurse said.

"Blood donation?" I ask "yes"  "are you okay with that Ms.L/N?" She asked my mom. "yes but she has O-negative blood" mom replied. 

"I'm aware, do you know anybody that has O-negative blood?" The nurse asks "I do" I looked over and Finn stood up "I have O-negative blood and I'll be more than okay to take out blood for y/n." Finn said.

"Finn you don't have to-" "I want to." He says, I just stare at him. "Okay well I'm going to need your parents signature and we can start the process" the nurse said. 

"Okay I'll call my mom" Finn said and left the room. 

"Ms.L/N can I speak to you for a moment?" The nurse asks "sure"

"How are you feeling?" Sophia asks "shit, the usual" I said.

"Y/n you could've came to me instead of locking yourself in the bathroom, you could've died" Sophia says "I know, I'm sorry I'm just so hurt right now I didn't know what to do and I was drunk" I said and began to cry.

"You have to be careful" She says "I know, I'm just, I want to leave sometimes just leave everybody lives and they'll be happy" "No why would you think that? So many people would be devastated", I cried even more and hugged Sophia.

"Thanks, but I try to convince myself that, but dad always said-" I began. "Fuck dad! Who cares what he thinks he was horrible to us" She said.

"I know but he told me everyday that I'll never be wanted and no one cares about me and I believed him and now I'm here in this hospital bed because I let myself think that Finn actually cared about and actually made me feel wanted" I explained.

"Y/n you should just talk to him"  "No I'm not talking to him, ever." "Come on, he's going to take a pint of blood out of him for you"

"I'm just hurt that he lied to me for the past month" "Maybe he didn't want to tell you yet, he definitely didn't want it to go this way" Sophia says.

There was a moment of silence until the nurse and mom came in.

-Finns POV-

"Hey mom, can I ask you something?" I asked mum on the phone.

Sure what's up sweetie

"Um y/n is in the hospital because of blood loss and they need a blood donation" I explained.

Oh my gosh is she okay?

"Yeah she just woke up" I replied.

Okay so what are you asking me for?

"If I can take a pint of blood of me for y/n, because she has O-negative blood..." 

You want to take a pint of your blood? For y/n?

"Y-yeah I just need you to come and sign"

Finn that is so sweet of you but I'm not sure...

"Please mom she needs it and I have O-negative blood, I want to help her, I love her and want her to be okay!" I say

Finn-

"Mom, please" 

Fine I'm on my way, you're very brave for doing this Finn.

"Thank you so much mom, I'll let y/n's mom to know" I say and hang up.

I smiled and walked back to y/n's room.

"My mom said yes" I smile. Y/n's mom sighed of relief and gave me a huge hug "thank you for doing this for my daughter"

Sophia came up to me and also gave me a hug "Talk to her after" she whispered.

-Your POV-

"My mom said yes" Finn says, walking through the door, Sophia and mom gave him a hug and I just sat there. I didn't know what to feel. I just stared at him.

"Okay perfect well once she comes here we will start the process, I'll be right back I just have to check on another patient" The nurse says and leaves

I kept staring at Finn, a little smile creeped on my face but it quickly went away.

"Hey, mom want to go downstairs and get some snacks?" Sophia asks and gave a look to her towards Finn and I."Oh, yeah sure y/n we'll be back" Mom said.

'Talk to him' Sophia mouthed. I shake my head no but then she already left.

I sighed and sat back, Finn got up and sat on the edge of my bed.

"You don't have to do a blood donation for me" I say "I want to I don't care, you need it" 

"Yeah, no shit I need it you fucking lied to me and made me think you cared about me when I have my issues, I could've died, yeah but I wish I did so I don't have to look your stupid face" I say.

Finn looked really guilty, I rolled my eyes and turned my body the other way.

"Y/n please just let me explain, everything." he said. I sighed and turn my body towards him "Then explain, explain the fun of lying to me" 

"I was going to tell you but obviously not like this. The thing was I was going to pretend to like you and the after just leave you I guess but when I hung out with you more I realised that I don't even need to pretend. When you told me about your dad I felt horrible and that's why I stopped bothering you because I didn't want you to feel more pain like my sister did a-and eventually I loved hanging with you. It was always fun, our conversations on the rooftop, working on our project, kissing you. Was amazing y/n I didn't mean for this happen I just felt horrible that was I was going to do that to you,

But you changed me, I saw something in you that just makes me so attracted to you, I'm sorry y/n for lying to you but one thing I'm not lying about is that I love you so fucking much and I care about you. when I saw you on the floor, I didn't believe it and thank god you're okay because I don't know what I would do if someone else I love took their life, I'm sorry I did that to you and I was just scared because I didn't know how you would react and how my friends would react when I told them that I do really like you

I'm sorry y/n, that I hurt you even before this I'm sorry, I never want to hurt you again" Finn explained. By the end of it he was crying and I was too.

"I love you too" I smile and cup his cheek  "I understand and forgive you, you could've just told me as soon as you got feelings for me" 

"I know but I didn't know until I told you about Alisson, I mean I felt something before but I didn't think anything of it." Finn says, "Well when you were around a lot and actually liked me and shit, I just wanted to be with you and eventually I just um" I hesitanted.

"Fell in love with you" We both said and chuckled, "kiss me pretty boy" I grabbed his shirt and pull him into a kiss.

The heart monitor started beeping and we pulled away and looked at it (idk if that actually happens so ✨pretend ✨)

"Looks like someone excited" Finn joked. "Shut up" I chuckled and kissed him again.

"Y/n we're back- oh" I heard mom say, Finn and I pulled away. "Oh hey mom" I awkwardly said.

I looked over and Sophia was smirking, I smiled at her.

"Hey Ms.L/N" Finn says and awkwardly gets up from the bed "Kissing my daughter?" She questioned. "Uh um" Finn stammered. "I'm joking, just you two keep it PG because  I'm not being a grandmother anytime soon" She said.

I cover my face with my hands in embarrassment and Finn awkwardly stood there.

"Can I just eat my food?" I ask "yes here" Mom says and hands me y/f/d [ your favourite drink ] and y/f/f [ your favourite food ]

I ate my food and shared some with Finn, his mom had came and to signed some papers.

"Okay Finn Wolfhard come with me, we're going to take your blood now" Dr.Meridith says

"See you in a bit y/n" Finn says and kisses my forehead "bye" I say

I can't believe Finn is doing this...
