paisley smiled at matt as he grabbed her shaking hand.

its been almost a month since the couple decided that they wanted to adopt.

currently the couple was sitting in an office at the adoption agency waiting for a social worker to come in with the paper work they needed to sign before meeting their future child.

"we double checked both of your records just to be safe. but here is the paperwork." the social worker said as she walked into the room sat down at her desk.

matt's smile grew as he looked as paisley who was already looking back at him with a big smile on her face.

the couple sat and read the documents before finally signing them and handing them back to the social worker.

the social worker smiled at the young couple. she could tell how important this was for them.

the social worker got up and signalled for matt and paisley to follow, which they did.

paisley and matt followed the social worker down a hallway and up a flight of stairs until they were met with a door with the words 'baby p' painted on it.

paisley grabbed matt's hand as the social worker led them into a bright pink room with flowers on the walls. in one corner their was a rocking chair and in another corner there was a white crib that held a sleeping newborn baby.

more specifically. matt and paisley's sleeping baby.

the lady lead over the crib and reach down to pick up the baby and handed her to paisley.

tears welled up in paisley's eyes as she held her baby in her arms and realized how small she actually was.

the baby's eyes slowly opened and matt leaned over paisley's shoulder to look at the baby who was waking up.

matt reached out and rubbed the baby's cheek with his finger and tears welled up in his eyes as the baby immediately grabbed and held onto his finger.

"matt, paisley. meet your baby girl, whose also named paisley." the social worker smiled at the new family before heading out of the room to give them some privacy.

paisley finally let the tears fall as she stared at her baby girl who had her name.

"matt." she whispered. matt looked at his girlfriend with tears in his eyes. "i know, moon." he said as he pulled paisley and his daughter into a soft hug.

nick and chris shot up from the couch as they heard a car pulling into the driveway signaling that paisley and matt were finally home.

the two brothers stood by the stairs as they waited for the couple to come up.

"oh my god." nick gasped as he saw paisley walk up the stairs with a baby in her arms. obviously nick and chris knew about them wanting to adopt, but seeing paisley holding his niece made it all too real for nick.

chris's face held a huge grin as paisley approached them with the baby.

matt smiled at his brothers reactions as he went to put the baby carrier on the couch along with the diaper bag.

before the couple went to the adoption center, they decided to run to the store to buy the essentials that they needed for the baby.

"this is your uncle chris. and that's your uncle nick." chris smiled as paisley gently placed the baby in his arms.

nick stared at the baby with a smile on hus face. "what's her name?" nick assumed it was a girl because the baby was wearing a pink onesie.

matt walked over and stood next to paisley. "funny enough, her name is also paisley."

his brother's heads shot up with a shocked look written on their faces. "full name?" chris asked.

paisley cringed at that question. her and matt didnt think of middle last names yet. "we haven't thought about that yet." matt answered for her.

chris nodded as him and nick went back to fawning over baby paisley.

matt had yet to build the crib by the time everyone went to bed so him and paisley were gonna have baby paisley sleep in between them. paisley fell asleep first.

matt couldnt sleep. his mind was running a thousand miles. he had hus girlfriend laying next to him and their daughter laying between them. their daughter. the thought of him finally having a kid with the woman he love brought tears to his eyes.

baby paisley started to wake up so matt picked her up and layed her on his chest and she immediately calmed and went back to sleep.

matt finally let the tears fall. he had the love of his life and his daughter with him and he couldn't be happier.
