Eld swoops in first while the other two went on either side, while I kept my eyes on the devil before me. It's eyes dangerously met mine, as Eld let's out a war cry raises his swords about to attack. However the female reaches towards him, as the three push back to avoid the attack.

Petra and Oluo dug their grappling hooks in the Uber of the eyes, before the two swung in sync. They both struck the eyes of the beast, blinding the titan like it should've been done in the first place. Blood sprays from their attack, before the titan stumbles against the tree covering it's nape with it's giant hand.

That's great! We've blinded her, which will only give her a minute to regenerate, right?

The female covers her nape again with her other hand, leaving her weakest points exposed. Facing the others, I gesture to her under arms quietly to not expose our main objective. Petra and I both nod heading towards the titan, as we swung high up, before going down slicing at the underarms.

Hoisting my body Eld comes in slicing at the shoulders, while i sharply come in doing a sharp spiral across both shoulders, precisely at the points. Eld comes across repeating the same motion again, as we all began to severe around the limbs. Roars of anger, and frustration were drawn from our actions and rage losing our comrade.

It was a bloody fest, as our bodies were tainted by it's blood.

Finally after a while the joints were severed, as the arms fall either side knowing we've got her. Eld soon nods, "Now go for the neck!"

"Take out the muscles supporting her head!" Oluo adds.

"Let's chop our way to the nape!" Petra chides in, but soon while they all charge head in I notice the titan twitches. A shiver runs down my spine for a moment, when I realise the titans next move.

"Eld move out the way!"

Suddenly the female's jaws clamp down head and torso down, biting down into him. My eyes slowly widen in horror, seeing his blood being spilled. She cleanly bites him in half, before spitting him out like nothing.

"Eld!!!!!!"

Petra was soon distracted with fear lowering her body, where she was most vulnerable. Her eyes were no longer determined, but clouded with fear. "Petra calm down!" I yell out, keeping my distance from the titan for a moment. "Snap out of it--"

"S-She can see, th-that's impossible!" She cries out, exposing her weakness all over. She was vulnerable, seeing the utter disbelief.

The female bursts at full speed towards as I charge head on to stop the titan, gripping my blades tightly. Leaning further down, my body moves quickly towards Petra. However thinking I was able to reach her, I was met at her own demise. The titan slams her foot on top of Petra, hearing a sickly crunch follow.

The air in my lungs becomes trapped, feeling anger creeping back to me.

"Akira! Let's kill this bitch!!!!" Oluo yells, hooking his grappling hook into the nape. He yells charging in past me, before taking the chance. Yet, the nape hardens with a crystal like stone, hearing his blades shatter together. The echo of the steel made my blood run cold for a moment, before a huge wave of air rushes past me.

My eyes met with Oluo's for a moment, before he was kicked across the row of trees.

"Oluo!!!!!!!!" I scream out, seeing his blood trail behind him.

I'm the last one standing here........

My blades were on the brink of shattering, as I quickly refurbished new ones with one swift motion. Anger soon starts to sink, tucking my grief behind me. Channeling my anger into my strength, my eyes met with large dangerous glowered ones.

No ounce of sympathy, or remorse whatsoever.

"You're so fucking dead," a deadly fire rages within me, knowing full well what I'm signing up for.

"Corporal!!!" Eren yells out, but I snap my arm out.

"Stay away, Eren!" My voice booms more threateningly, causing the boy to be taken by my anger. "Run away while you can!!!!!!!"

My fingers grip my blades at an angle, locking my deathly grip. My chest felt rather heavy, making it difficult to breath. Never have I felt so enraged since the fall of Shiganshina, since I lost my brother. By the same kind as her, and I will not stand for it! My eyebrows scrunch together, while baring my teeth with a growl.

Within a few seconds I charge head on, clearing my head knowing I have to put my weaknesses beside me. The titans eyes was all she got going for her, so this was only my advantage I have. Blood draws from my attack, slicing up her throat to her jaw. My body raises high above her, dropping my blades downwards before pinpointing my next attack.

Twisting my body I soon spiral at a rapid speed, feeling the air growing colder around before I sliced her shoulder again.

Keeping my distance after my hasty attack, her leg came out of nowhere swinging in my direction. She went to swing a roundhouse kick again, but I stoop down below, changing my direction with a jolt. Sharply I twist my body spiralling around her leg, cutting every joint I could pinpoint.

Blood showers around me, while hearing a distorted grunt from the titan.

Changing direction again I dig my grappling hooks into her temple, running up her torso with my blades slicing directly upwards. My blades rather found it difficult through the thick, muscled flesh. Everything was in the heat of the moment, that I didn't realise she generated her arm quickly.

My heart was racing dangerously, my blood boiling while focusing on her good eye.

"Let me help!!!" Eren yells out, causing me to snap in his direction only for a second. A second I could've closed off, when a bright light begins to blind my vision.

"Eren, wait!!!!!!"

Belatedly I was, his transformation was only half way through, while the sound pierces through the air, shielding my eyes with my forearm, feeling the intensity of his transformation sent me off course for a moment. All of sudden something large wraps around my torso, whilst my eyes were blurred from the strength of Eren's transformation.

Realising my predicament her grip tightens around me, as I pull my arms from it's fingers that locked around. Her strength was beyond me as she squeezed me, causing my lungs to burst out into a painful cry. Gripping my blades with everything, I try stabbing and slashing it's fingers. In the spur moment I went to awkwardly spin to slice it's entire off, in circular motions.

A sickly crack was heard in my chest, causing me to inhale sharply.

"Mother fuc--" I was cut off, as everything so felt in slow motion. The wind blew a gust past me, directly being sent towards the female's face. Finally in view planted Eren's titans fist against her face, leaving my eyes slowly widening. Yet, that caused her grip to loosen around my figure, taking my chance in that moment.

I sharply spiral slicing her fingers off in an instant, as her blood sprays.

However sharp pain jolts throughout my chest, causing my breath to be cut short, sharply inhaling through my teeth. Light tears prick the corners of my eyes, grasping at my chest for the pain to stop.

Where is Levi? Didn't he say he would come back for us?

My thoughts only were cut short feeling something hard swat me away, like I was some fly. My grappling hooks dig into the tree not far from me, knowing she finds me a threat. Shielding my pain that nagged me to stop, all I could do was smirk with a dangerous expression within my eyes.

My body wasn't even past it's breaking point, and I'm just getting warmed up.

I must've fractured my rib on the right side of my chest, which at least was better than on the hearts side. A mere wound to me is nothing, because I still have fight left in me.

Discarding the old shattered blades, I redrawn them with my last and fresh new pair.

The battle between the two titans thundered all around, roars and screams of war kept raging all around. They kept making a mass destruction of the forest, as trees toppled and were crushed beneath their feet. The earth was crumpled by their brash attacks, knowing one will come out on top. They were equal with strength, but one remained more intelligent with guiding the body than just the brute force of aggression.

My chest expands for only a moment, feeling pain run through again.

"Shit," cursing under my breath, I squeeze my eyes for a moment.

Finally gathering enough in my lungs, my eyes lock on the female's weakest points I've just now observed. Activating my ODM gear I dig the hooks into the female's collarbone, as Eren was slowly getting up from an attack. Taking my chance to weaken her more, I channel all my strength directly into my blades. With one fell swoop, I increase my speed seeing the small opening.

Spiralling towards her I swiftly raise my blades, and took a large chunk of her throat.

Eren suddenly comes out of nowhere taking another hit, not knowing my presence was within the battle.

Gradually their attacks soon become far too aggressive, that I couldn't land a single blow even if I could. Pain shoots through me as I breath again, before my body soon smacks into a tree from a greater blow from Eren. Crying out I felt something choke up my throat, tasting something metallic on my tongue.

My body collides into the earth, tumbling over and over before resting in an uncomfortable position.

Coughing and spluttering a painful groan leaves my lips, pushing myself up only to hunch over on my knees. My body was trembling from the shocking pain in my chest, as my hand reaches to my mouth only to see red in my palm. It hurts, it fucking hurts so much. Clutching my chest firmly, it reminded me of when I have my anxiety attacks, but worse. It was like some stabbed you multiple times, finding it difficult to breath.

My head shakingly lifts only to hear the trembling earth come to a halt, only for my eyes to widen in horror.

The wide jaws of the females were unhinged to a ghastly and horrific image, as it clamps over Eren's unconscious state. Wait, where's Eren's titan's head? It's like it was cut clean off, but how on earth? My body trembles before seeing the female stand up, wiping her mouth before taking off running.

Pushing up ignoring the throbbing pain, my hand rests upon my chest while my eyes grew more enraged.

"Come back, you bitch," my throat tightens, feeling more energy flowing through me.

Lifting my blades up I grind them together before pulling them apart, my feet firmly planted into the earth. Soon I activate my ODM gear and took off, flying after the female titan. My eyes harden knowing Eren's life depended on my actions right now, as he was the key to humanity's future.

For humanity's hope..........

While flying towards her I glance back to see the bodies of my comrades, pooling in their own blood. The heart wrenching sight was enough, to make my blood boil furiously. I'm sorry I failed to protect you, it's all my fault........

Maintaining my distance for a few minutes, I hear the sound of maneuver gear turning my head to see both Mikasa and Levi arriving. With relief he was alright, knowing he was with the female titan before, I just felt at ease. Levi's eyes meet my for a brief moment, before I glance away.

Guilt and anguish soon creeps back, making me feel sick to the stomach.

'Should I tell him, or.....?' I thought to myself, while I side glance to see him looking in my direction with trace of concern in his expression. All there was this distant haze over his eyes, meaning he saw them.

He saw their bodies, lifeless and bathed in their rich blood.

The sight was deja vu to me, knowing full well he shouldn't have assigned me in charge.

"We'll stay back for now," Levi orders, breaking the dreading silence while I tried to focus on my main mission. "Especially you, brat."

Referring to Mikasa, I assumed she went AWOL for a moment.

Maintaining our distance from behind the large titan, my eyes harden with a darkened expression. The pain in my chest was throbbing, but I only used that to fuel my anger towards the bitch.

"We'll maintain our current distance, she's slowed down a bit," I spoke up, as something rolls at the corner of my lips. Smearing it I glance at my forehand to see my blood, as I try to wipe it away completely.

I couldn't tell Levi about my injury, or he wouldn't let me pursue the titan.......

"Guess the fight wore her out," Levi comments, while I nod in agreement. Yet, he held an unsure expression, "But.....it seems she bit the entire nape off...so it's unlikely Eren survived."

"He's still alive in there," Mikasa forcefully says, her expression darkens. Why and how did she know when to come here? Wasn't she on the outside of the forest, with the rest like they were supposed to?

"This titan is different; it acts with purpose," She continues, explaining her reasoning. "If she wanted Eren dead, she could've simply crushed him.......no, she needs him for something....But she also needs her hands to fight, so she's been holding him on her tongue."

"It is possible she just wanted to savor her quarry," he explains his theory. "In which case it's likely he's already been swallowed.....if so, he's dead."

"He's alive!" She forcefully snaps. The venom drips from her tone, clearly understanding her protective side was kicking in.

Levi remains quiet, before turning to her, "Someone's optimistic,"

Mikasa shot him a deathly glare, gritting her teeth together.

"If you had just done your damn job, and protect him like you were supposed to!" She began angrily. "We wouldn't be having this conversation!"

She did not just say that, right?

My anger soon surfaces, as my grip on the controllers tightens.

We risked everything for this mission, with Levi and I risking our trusted with the squad. Yet, she had the audacity to criticise our fights, our battles. We were given these orders, we weren't expecting a large, intelligent female titan to be a deadly weapon killing mankind, in a bloody trail. We were commanding officers, and even though I knew her as a child, it didn't give me the right to favour her, nor Eren.

However the fact she was just a recruit, and held no right to speak up was definitely out of line. I wanted to yell and scold her right here, and now, but my chest was in pain. Even if I could, my emotions would cloud my mission and goal as Corporal.

I knew she was headstrong and would speak her mind sometimes, but this went too far.

Flashing Levi a glance for a moment, seeing a sudden change flicker within his eyes. He soon fully turns around, taken back by realisation which was uncharacteristically of him.

"Oh, I see now," he spoke up, more deriding tone. "You're his childhood friend, right? Suddenly it's all making sense."

Mikasa held a grudging expression and manner towards him, finally realising it was something Levi did a while back. It must've been when it was at the courthouse, when he kicked the shit out of Eren. Or was there more to the story, that I missed myself?

Turning my head back to the female titan head, I close my eyes for a moment.

"Right now......" I maintain my composure, trying to breath discreetly. "....for the sake of argument, let's place those things aside and narrow our goals."

Levi nods in agreement.

"First we'll forget about taken her down," He says, about to analyse our current situation.

"No way," Mikasa refuses. "She's killed too many of our people for that, She's dead!"

"No shit, do you really think we're stupid," I snap lowly, as my voice grows more agitated with the pain increasing in my chest. My eyes rest half way, sending her a sharp glare. "He was assigned with me, I saw everything she did to the squad! Her abilities are far beyond our own capabilities! We don't have much gas or blades for the matter, and we're running on a tightrope! So much so, you're fighting a blinded battle, Mikasa!"

Her eyes widen, locking eyes with my hardened icy glare.

"She's got defenses that neither of us has been trained to deal with," Levi reasons with her, trying to back me up. "I'm telling you, it's a lost cause. Instead, we'll act on your assumption that Eren is alive, and focus only on freeing him before she exits the forest......." he lifts his blades up, while I do the same. "....Akira and I will handle all the cutting. You, Mikasa will find a way to distract her."

"Right,"

Taking one last glance to meet my lovers eyes, his emotions were diminishing. My heart was hurting emotionally, knowing he would be blaming himself for the loss of his comrades. He gives me a gentle nod, steadily maintaining our plan to be set in motion.

Mikasa flies down swiftly lowering just below the female, but at a safe distance.

With that Levi and soo match each other's movements, keeping in sync with the female's pace. Yet the female titan noticed only me in the air, which allowed Levi to sneak attack while she wasn't expecting it. Swiftly and knowingly the female turns around sharply towards me, before sending a fist in my direction. It was so fast and sudden, I was almost knocked off course again.

Levi switches his grip for a second hold one day, before bursting forward in my place and spun around fast. Slowly he builds the momentum, slicing around her arm towards her face as blood heavily trails behind him like lightning.

In the spur of the moment he raises both hands, and stabbed her eyes leaving them embedded in the pupils. Her body pushes back from the heavy force, blood forcefully showering over him baring his weight against his attack.

He soon leapt out of the way, replacing his blades swiftly, while she stumbles back.

My eyes follow him as he moves downwards, spiralling down all around her body, til he almost reaches the achilles. Taking my chances I charge in before swiftly from the achilles, I slice her all the way back up. Her body sways beneath my attack, trying to fight back the pain that kept nagging me.

My breath grew labored, while I inhaled sharply.

Shit, I don't know how long I can fight with this..........

Chunks of flesh fly from my precise attacks, before she fell onto her ass against the tree. Her body slumps forward exposing her weakest self, while using one arm covering the nape. Yet, our main goal was to retrieve Eren, and that's the entirety of it. We've lost too much today, and it's almost night time soon. With the amount of momentum, and space around I took my chances there and then.

Taking the advantage, my body starts to move on it's own as I began aiming at her joints.

My blades glides through the thick flesh, as it was designed. Soon Levi and I were in sync with our speed, making sure we were out of each other's way, taking deep gouges and slices from her, like ravens picking off the last scraps of dead carcass. The sickly stench of blood, began to waft in the air the more we drew open the wounds on her body.

Levi's movements were so quick like lightning, the female held no chance in regenerating as fast as him. Seriously I was taken back, as I've always admired his tactics and strategies. So we worked together more often, finally understanding each other's motions in sync. However, at the corner of my eye I notice the hand that rested upon her nape, was now limp falling to her side.

With the whole body limp, the nape was finally exposed which Mikasa decided to fly in without thinking. Something wasn't right, it was like too easy for us even though we sliced everywhere to keep her tied down.
