London sat in the living room feeling lost and dumbfounded by the events that followed right up to this very moment. It was the second night they were all back together to save Rio after he was caught and rob the Bank of Spain as part of the plan.
Not only London, but everyone was feeling a bit off or unsettled. After years of living their private and, I can't say normal since they weren't completely normal, lives away from the spotlight, they had to come back for a reunion.
They liked seeing one another, but coming back they knew that this wasn't some fun time, they came back for a job. For a mission with a goal. Which wasn't about to be taken un-seriously and Sergio wasn't gonna allow it.
Even though everyone was with someone these years and had someone to keep them company, London chose to go and be alone with her thoughts as the true introvert she really is. After going through all of the shit with robbing the Royal Mint, she wanted some loneliness.
And she enjoyed it. Being alone and happy was all she could have asked for after everything before. She wasn't complaining not even about a single thing and could have lived like that for even longer.
Spending time alone after more than half a year of being with those people was a treat. Being able to relax and spend some time alone was just what she needed and that means that coming back wasn't something she adored. Especially because of the reason.
So she sat around trying to adapt to coming back with everyone as Tokyo walked in with a guilty look on her face. The two women haven't spoken since they came back and the main reason was that because of Tokyo's fault, Rio was being tortured.
Tokyo sat on the other couch across the room without saying a single thing to London. She didn't smile or show anything since before going their separate ways, the two were very close. Unfortunately, Tokyo thought that was over. Which wasn't nice or pleasant.
London didn't even look or show any feedback of her coming here since she was still disoriented about everything and unhappy with Tokyo's actions. But all this tension wasn't liked by Tokyo so she decided to break it. "You mad at me?"
London stayed silent for a quick second before responding with a scoff. "Yes. But I'm also disappointed." She finally looked Tokyo in the eyes. "I'm also sad, unhappy."
"Because of me sending Rio to the cops?" Tokyo almost cut her off seeing how she's answering her.
"Because of you acting like an idiot." London quickly shot back which left Tokyo speechless. "Not only did you ruin things for everyone including your lover, but right now he's being tortured and emotionally traumatized!" London couldn't control herself as she finally yelled.
Tokyo didn't say anything back to her knowing that London was right and she couldn't deny anything. "The Professor trusted us all in letting us go out to the world, but you lost your sanity and ruined everything. Just like last time at the Royal Mint."
"I didn't ruin anything at the royal mint." Tokyo quickly stood up with an intimidating look at London. She wasn't about to let London accuse her of ruining everything also there.
"Oh, really?" London also stood up. "Wasn't it you who played Russian roulette with Berlin? Wasn't it you who tried to come back killing Moscow in the process? Wasn't it you who caused chaos everywhere you went?" London ranted as she walked closer to Tokyo.
But Tokyo still didn't say anything back, she just listened to London letting her lash out. "I loved you back and treated you like a sister then but now you have just become one son of a bitch. You managed to ruin things even outside. You should feel proud of yourself." London sarcastically remarked and laughed.
"I know I messed up and you don't need to repeat that for me." Tokyo finally spoke up. "I know how bad Rio wants to get out, I know everything so don't."
"That's the thing." London softly and quietly said which made Tokyo madder. "You don't. You don't know what he's going through, you don't know what's gonna happen, you don't even know how fucked up everything is right now. Out of all the people here, you should feel the most shame."
"I do, London!" Tokyo also yelled at her. "Don't you think that way?"
"Well, it doesn't seem like it." London sarcastically and fake shrugged. "You seem as if all of this is fun to you. Maybe it's time for you to finally grow up and mature."
Even though London wanted to rant and let her true thoughts out, even more, their fight was interrupted by The Professor walking into the room. "London, Tokyo, why are you two yelling at each other at 11:56 pm at night?"
The two women turned around to look at him. They completely forgot about the time it was right now and probably woke him up since he was wearing pajamas.
"No need for a lecture here, Professor." London quickly but sarcastically said as she walked away from Tokyo and over to him. "I already said everything I wanted to say."
London turned around to look at Tokyo one last time before she walked out leaving the two alone. Sergio followed her with his eyes right until she was out of sight and turned around at Tokyo. "Do you mind explaining what happened?"
"It's nothing important." Tokyo quickly answered clearly annoyed with everything that happened with London. "I'm going to bed."
She tried to walk past Sergio but he stood in her way as Tokyo groaned and rolled her eyes. "Stop acting like a child, Sergio."
"If you two were yelling at each other at a time like this, then something was really important." Sergio practically cut her off.
Tokyo looked at him for a couple of seconds with a "Seriously?" look but Sergio didn't even blink. Tokyo blew some raspberry and sighed. "She blames me for Rio. This is correct but...I don't ruin everything all the time...right?"
Even if Tokyo was always acting tough on the outside, she still wanted to show some of her real self and find out if what London said was correct. She couldn't stop thinking about that and the words echoed in her mind.
"Um...no, why would you say that?" Sergio answered but it was clear that he was unsure of it.
Tokyo scoffed and slightly pushed him away out of her path walking past him and trying to hold her tears. "Tokyo, please." Sergio tried to get her back but it was useless.
Tokyo left The Professor standing there in shock and confusion as he fixed his glasses. But as Tokyo was walking out of the room, Lisbon walked in.
She moved to the right to let the furious Tokyo go as she saw Sergio standing there. "What happened here?"
"Two girls got into a catfight." Sergio sighed.
"Well, you let two 20-and-30-year-olds talk when one of them messed up and ruined everything, isn't that correct?" Lisbon asked
Sergio lifted his head up after he heard Lisbon's one sentence. Now it became clear why Tokyo thought that way. "What? No, Tokyo didn't ruin everything."
"But that's what London thinks, isn't it?" Lisbon asked with a very small smile as she walked over to him and stood right in front of him.
Sergio uncomfortably sighed and fixed his glasses. "I don't understand: those two were practically inseparable at the Royal Mint and now they look and act with each other as enemies."
Lisbon sighed and looked down at the ground hearing that. "Times changed, I guess."
