I moved.

He moved back.
At the same time Felix entered the room.

Felix - Here is the ba-...what's are you guys doing?

Ashlyn - I found the bandage,it is here.

I handed it out to him.
We heard some sounds.

Ashlyn - I think that's Jay-Jay...I'll see.

I said hurrying out.

Felix - What?...Eman what did you do?

Eman - Nothing! We didn't do anything.

Felix - Then why's she acting awkward?

Eman shrugged his shoulders as Felix left the topic.

ASHLYN'S POV

uff,what just happened?
I'm not even able to control the butterflies.
As we walked,I saw Jay-Jay and Ci-N fighting.

Ashlyn - What's up!? We just got away with one fight and you are starting another one?

Jay-Jay - He made me mad! Ci-N,you dirty child.

Ashlyn - What's wrong?

Jay-Jay - He thought me and Keifer were doing something in the clinic!

Ashlyn - What!? I never expected this from you,Jay...especially when you just came to school back!

I tried teasing her.

Jay-Jay - Not you too!Come here,you kids!

Ci-N laughed as I ran away.
He followed me as Jay-Jay ran at us too.
We stopped fighting after a while.

Ashlyn - Why weren't you there in the morning?

Ci-N - I had terrible headache...they made me drink.

I was shocked.
This little guy who is younger than me drank?

Jay-Jay - How could they let him drink? While they shouldn't be legally drinking either.

Ashlyn - I know right! Hey! Don't drink again,you are so young...don't spoil your health.

Ci-N - I know,now stop the lecture guys...my head aches alot! That's why I came to the clinic.

Jay-Jay - Sure! You shouldn't have touched the drink then.

Ashlyn - I have pain killers...would you want any?

I asked him to follow me to the classroom and handed one tablet to him.

Ashlyn - You'll be fine in few minutes,they work well.

Others started coming inside.
I couldn't help but glare at Keifer.

Jay-Jay - Hey,what happened while I wasn't at school? Seems like you got so much drama.

Ashlyn - You can say so.

I shooked my head,I didn't want to speak to anyone about this.
I need help but I didn't want to take any.

Jay-Jay nodded as she understood she can't get anything out of me.
The day ended without any classes...the teachers were in the mess of what just happened.
They probably going to lecture so bad tommorow.

We started packing up and going back to home.

Next day

I sat down beside Jay-Jay as usual.
David beside me and Ci-N beside Jay.

Jay-Jay - How's your arm?

Ashlyn - It was just a scratch...but I used the anti-inflammatory incase those girls aren't clean.

I scrunched my nose thinking of their dirty nails.

Jay-Jay - True,who knows what they are covering with nail paints.

I nodded my head as we laughed.

Edrix - Guys! Today, we have the assembly.

Jay-Jay - Assembly?

She questioned me.

Ashlyn - I don't know either.

David - Every month we have an Assembly where we just gather in the auditorium and speak of our needs and complaints.

Me and Jay-Jay nodded understanding what he said.
After debating myself,I finally decided to talk to him.

Ashlyn - Uh,how are you? Jay-Jay told me you saved her from the worms...though you were allergic to them.

David - I am good,clinic medications help better than I expected.

I nodded my head.

David - Aren't you an Rey?

I looked at him in shock.

Ashlyn - Yeah...How do you know?

David - I heard our classmates talking about that.

I nodded.
Me and Jay-Jay were also getting up to go to the Assembly.

Keifer - You guys can't come.

Jay-Jay - Why!?

Keifer - After the mess you guys created yesterday,you can't face them.

We stood back in approval.
True,they might start a fight again due to us.
They all were going.

Jay-Jay - Don't forget to ask for an separate washroom for girls!

Ashlyn - And!cafeteria,I can't carry all the snacks Jay brings!

They just went out laughing and closing the door.

Jay-Jay - I swear we can't walk all the way to other building for washrooms! They'll kill us if they see us again.

Ashlyn - And it's our right too! Basic human needs bro.

Jay-Jay nodded.

Ashlyn - Wait,do you like Keifer?

Jay-Jay - No way! I'd rather like someone else.

Ashlyn - Nice! You can't like your own bully.

She nodded her head.

Jay-Jay - What about you an-

She was cut off as we heard the windows opening.
We both looked at the other side to see some guys entering.

Ashlyn - What are you doing!?

I said standing up.
I could sense the danger.

Jay-Jay - Oy! What is this?

She screamed.
I could recognize some faces,they were some faces from Section D yesterday.

Guy 3 - Freya wanted us to send you some message.

Ashlyn - Fuck that bitch!

I looked at Jay-Jay as she looked back at me.
I turned around to run to the door.
I felt my hair pulled and I was pushed down.

Ashlyn - Ah! Don't touch us!

I said kicking the guy making him fall down as others started attacking Jay and me.
Trying to fight them off I knew they'd run off as the Assembly would be done.

Jay-Jay - Ah! Stop! Why are you doing this? Stop!

I looked at her as she screamed in pain.
They were kicking her in the stomach.
I fell down to the floor and I felt my air ways almost blocking completely.
I looked up to understand what's happening.

I was being strangled by another guy.
I struggled to loosen his grip.

Ashlyn - I-I Can't B-Breat-the.

I said trying to break through.
I tried not to look into his eyes,it was the most scariest part when you are being hit.

Guy 4 - Will you kick me again!?

Ashlyn - Stop!

I felt my eyes going black as my brain flashed all those memories.
I tried to breathe and stop them.
I couldn't...I was so scared.
I felt something metallic on my palms,I tried to clear my vision and look at what it was.
Finally,it was a pen.
Without any doubt,I swung my hand and stabbed him with it.
He fell next to me and I could breathe again but those memories wouldn't stop.

Ashlyn - Help...

I said sobbing.
I sat up and pushed my knees to my chest.
I closed my ears trying to stop hearing things.
Shutting my ears to stop seeing things but I could still see them.
The memories of that night and Noah started.

Jay-Jay - Ash,a-are yo-you okay?

She said concerned.
I couldn't answer but kept crying.

Ashlyn - Help me...P-Please.

My breathe started to get uneven even though no one was strangling me.
It was strange...it was horrifying.
I wanted to end everything.

The memories of dad on that night flashed.
I felt myself at my old house in Germany back.
I could hear my dad's screams at me...I could hear myself sobbing.
I felt an hug.

??? - It's okay,Ash...I am here,you are fine.

I sobbed at his words.
I didn't care who it was and just kept crying in his embrace.
My hands still covering and blocking my ears and eyes shut.
I didn't dare to look at anything.

??? - It's okay,you are doing well.

I could hear the benches moving.
Few seconds later,I could hear everything well now.
The memories stopped flashing and I could breathe again.
I opened my eyes and looked at the person hugging me...It was Felix.

Felix - You did so well.

He said putting hands onto my head and pulling me into his embrace.
It felt comforting but I was embarrassed...Why would I do that? Couldn't I hold back?

Felix - Want to go out? Walk? Rest?

I nodded as he helped me up and we went out.
I knew others were looking at me.
We went out.

Ashlyn - I am not crazy...Sorry that I acted that way.

Felix - Ofcourse you are not crazy...I understand.Don't be sorry for something you shouldn't be.

Ashlyn - What about others? Do they think the same?

Felix - Ofocurse and if they don't I'm here for you..I'll help them to understand what it actually is.

Ashlyn - Jay?

Felix - She's at the clinic,don't worry.

Ashlyn - Why are you nice to me all of sudden? Did I say something to you back there?

Felix - No...don't worry.You know I consider saying that "Once A Brother,Always A Brother" ...How could I not take care of you?

Ashlyn - Really?

He nodded his head.
That's the first time I felt someone actually care for me after Percy.
Everything changed whe Percy passed away,I was alone,his room was dead silent when it should be full of his game console sounds,I was never annoyed by him,our home became so silent and...dad used to to drink alot at that period of time that he didn't even knew what he did...
