"Now she wanna talk. Now she wanna unblock me.." I mumbled getting out of my bed.

I left my room and headed towards hers and just opened the door seeing her sitting there staring at me.

I walked in fully and closed the door then sat across from her on the edge of the bed the same way she was and just stared at her.

Her face was so serious and I busted out laughing.

"What is you so serious fa?" I said still laughing and she rolled her eyes covering her smile.

"Alright so I wanted to apologize.." She said.

"For.." I tilted my head and she rolled her eyes.

"For over exaggerating and saying allat shit to you. I didn't actually mean it I just wanted to make you mad but it didn't really work." She said.

"Cause I'm the most unbothered bitch." I mumbled.

"But what was your problem forreal? I don't get why you just went off on me like that as if you been wanting to say that forever." I said.

She sighed heavily.

"I don't- I don't know." She shrugged looking away.

"Yes you do so gon head and let it out cause I'm listening." I assured her.

"Ion know I just feel like our bond is drifting. And you know that feeling when you realize that, that special person in your life is kinda drifting away from you? That's how I feel with you. I'm not saying Na'Jour's taking you away from me or nothing, trust me I support y'all relationship 100 percent. I just feel like it isn't the same anymore. We haven't even hung out with JUST US since you got out. And then when you forgot about the anniversary thing I just felt really bad and I felt like you really ain't even care about me as a whole." She ranted as some tears dropped from her eyes making me just stare at her blankly.

"Well I just wanna say I'm sorry too. Ian know you felt like that. I didn't even know you really cared about allat cause you had Nari. But you know you could've just told me this. Since when were we not comfortable telling each other things? Since when did we fight things out? That shit is old cmon now.." I said.

"I know and I'm sorry for not telling you. But at least I'm telling you know and I feel better now that you know." She said.

"Me too." I smiled. "So we good now?"

"Yeah." She smiled and I leaned in for a hug.

"Ride or die shit?" She said as we did our handshake.

"Ride or die shit."

Me, Destiny, and Nari were at Walmart playing pranks on people until we get kicked out.

"Nooo. He look mean!" Nari pouted.

"Nari go do that got damn dare and stop being scary." I pushed her.

She nervously walked behind the buff looking white man then stood on her tippy toes and moaned in his ear then ran away.

Me and Destiny instantly busted out laughing at the look on his face.

"Oh.. my God I can't." I wheezed on the floor still laughing with Destiny on top of me.

"Get up let's go somewhere else before he see me!" Nari whispered from the other aisle.

I got up still laughing and walked towards her.

"Whew girl.. good job. Ian laugh like that in a minute." I said still laughing a little.

Destiny was still on the floor cackling.

"Destiny! GETCHO ass up! Got those white people looking at us like we crazy." I gritted.

She got up and ran to us.

"Whew chile that was too funny stink." Destiny smiled.

Not the nicknames.

"Okay Jayla it's your turn." Nari said.

"Ight. Destiny you got the speakers?" I asked Destiny and she shook her head.

"I told you to bring the shit fucking dumbass!" I mugged her walking away.

"So how you gon do it now?" Nari asked.

"Shii we gon use the store speakers." I said turning one of the speakers on.

I connected my phone to it and started playing music.

"All you ladies pop yo pussy like this." The song stated and I turned it up to the loudest level then we all ran away.

"Oh shit." I mumbled bumping into one of the staff.

"Our bad.. sir.. Conner." Nari nodded as he gave us the side eye.

He moved around us without saying anything and we started running again.

"Should we leave?" Nari asked.

"Let's wait a lil bit." I said as we stopped in the front by the food area.

After a while we saw 3 police officers coming towards us making me get anxious.

"CMON THE FUCK IS YALL DOING?" I yelled running out the store.

They followed me and we ran inside my car.

"Go go go go go go!" Destiny rushed me.

"Okay damn." I mumbled starting the car and pulling out the parking lot.

"That was a close one. I'm too pretty to be in jail." Nari shook her head.

"Forreal." Destiny agreed.

"So y'all just tryna throw it in my face that I was in jail huh?" I rolled my eyes.

"No no no we didn't mean it like th—"

"I'm just playing Nari chill." I laughed.

"Oh.." She laughed uneasily.

"What should we do when we get home?" Destiny said.

"Ion know bout yall but I'm taking my ass to sleep." I said.

"Nap time it is.." Destiny nodded and I laughed.

"Dessssss." Nari whined coming out the bathroom.

"What?" I mugged her.

"Let's go somewhere. Let's go to a park." She cheesed.

"You really want to?" I looked at her with an bored expression.

"Yesss pleaseeeee. If you don't go I'll just to myself." She said.

"Okay fine. Cmon hurry up." I said.

"I'm already ready dumbass." She mugged me walking out.

"Let's ask Jayla if she wanna come." I said behind her.

"She's sleep." Nari said.

"Okay we can still ask." I shrugged walking in her room.

"Jayla." I sat on her bed.

"Hm?"

"You tryna go to the park with us." I said.

"Mm mm." She shook her head waving me off.

"Ight." I said getting up. "See you later." I said then walked out.

"Why you wanna go to the park?" I asked Nari as we got in the car.

"Just to make more memories. We never really do too much, it's just some fun, just to spend time together." She smiled.

I nodded chuckling.

"Your always so positive. I like that about you." I looked at her.

"Thank you." She cheesed looking at her phone.

"Should we go to this one?" I asked seeing a nearby park.

"Yeah." Destiny shrugged.

I found parked in a empty spot that I found and me and Nari got out the car walking to the park. It wasn't that packed but it had people there. Kids were playing and running around, teens were fussing and laughing, and grownups were gossiping in their own little groups.

Me and Nari sat on a little bench next to each other.

"Look." She pointed and I looked the direction her hand was pointing at.

"I knew it was gon be some shit when I pulled up, the way they was over there fussing." I shook my head watching the 2 girls start fighting.

"Let's get closer. But we gotta be slick with it." Destiny said getting up. She slowly walked behind a tree and watched them fight.

"You is hell." I laughed at her.

"Look!" Nari gasped. "They jumping her! Should we do something?"

I looked and saw another girl had jumped in fighting the tiny and petite girl.

"Ion know.. but why they jumping her she already small as hell." I said standing up.

"Cmon Destiny let's go help or break it up." She said.

"LOOK THEY ALL JUMPING HER NOW." She said as it was now six girls against one.

"Cmon." We ran towards the girl and Nari small self tried pulling the girls off of her one by one.

"Get off of her." I said grabbing the fat bitch by her shirt and dragged her back making her choke by the way her shirt was on her neck.

She stumbled on the ground as I pulled another girl off her.

I looked to my left and saw Nari dragging and hitting one of the girls and I shook my head.

I kicked one of the other girls off and grabbed another's girl hair and banged her head against the concrete.. accidentally.

She passed out on the floor and I quickly helped the girl who was getting jumped up.

"Cmon." I helped her walk.

"NARI CMON." I yelled at her.

She was struggling because the girl was now on top of her so I went over there to help her. I kicked the girl, she fell and laid on the ground.

"Get the fuck up Nari." I shook my head.

I looked behind me seeing another person tryna run up on the girl but I quickly took her place and started fighting her myself.

"Ight ight I'm done ion wanna fight you." She said.

I let go off her hair and pushed her away then walked towards Nari and the other girl.

"What's your name?" I asked her as we walked to my car.

"Skyler." She spoke softly.

"You got a ride?" I asked her.

She shook her head.

"It's okay you can ride with us. You hungry?" Nari said.

"Yeah. I could eat.." Skyler said looking down.

"Ight cmon then." I said unlocking the car doors.

We all got in and I headed to McDonald's.

"You know what you want?" I asked her and she shook her head.

"I can just get the same thing as you." She said looking out the window.

Shy ass bitch betta speak tf up.

"And double the first order." I said through the speaker.

"Alright will that be all?"

"Yeah."

"13.48"

"Ight." I said then drove up. I paid then drove up to the second window and got our food.

"How old are you?" I asked Skyler.

"17." She mumbled.

"Oh. Where you live or where you want me to drop you off at?" I said.

She stayed silent.

"Skyler." I said.

"I don't have anywhere to go." She said lowly.

I scratched my neck and looked at Nari.

"Where's your parents?" Nari asked.

"Dead."

"Oh." Me and Nari mumbled.

"Grandparents or other family members?" I asked.

"My granny kicked me out. The rest of my family don't mess with me." Skyler said after sighing heavily.

"Damn.." I mumbled cause I knew how she felt.

"Well.." I hesitated before giving in. "You can stay with us for a little okay?"

"Okay.." Skyler mumbled.

Nari looked at me like I was crazy but I just waved her off as we pulled up to the house.

"This is your house?" Skyler asked as we all got out of the car.

"Me and my sister's.." I said.

"Oh. Wow.."

I unlocked the door and Jayla was sitting on the kitchen counter eating my takis.

"Who is that?" She instantly asked.

"Why are you eating my food?" I furrowed my eyebrows snatching it from her and she slapped my neck making Skyler laugh.

"Who is that?" She asked again.

"This is Skyler. Skyler this my sister Jayla." I introduced them.

"Hi." Skyler waved shyly.

"Oh. But who is she and how did you get her and why is she here Destiny can you answer the question." Jayla said.

"Stop being mean Jayla." Nari said.

"Okay but who is sh—" I pulled Jayla off the counter and dragged her in her room.

"Don't be dragging me like I'm yo dog bitch." She mugged me. "You peasant."

"Now who is that?" She asked again.

"We saw her at the park getting jumped, we helped her, got her food, asked her where she lives, she has no parents or relatives or somewhere to live, brought her here." I explained simply.

"So you basically kidnapped the bitch." Jayla said.

"Are you dumb." I looked at her like she was stupid.

"Destiny no are YOU dumb. You can't just bring her in our house, we don't even know who she really is. How old is she?"

"17"

"Bro Destiny she's a minor. We can't just take her in like that she's still a kid and we're not her parents or guardian." Jayla said.

"But she said she wanna come here."

"Did you ask her or tell her she was coming here?"

".. I told her. But I just wanted to help!" I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever Destiny. Do you she can go in the other guest room upstairs." Jayla said the walked out with me behind her.

"Sorry about that. I'm Jayla." Jayla reintroduced herself.

"Hi." Skyler smiled lightly.

"Destiny gon show you the room you gon sleep in. Make yourself at home for now." She said mumbling the last part and I rolled my eyes grabbing Skyler's hand and leading her upstairs.
