I guess I'll walk home...

If it weren't for my phone's flashlight, it would've been pitch black. At least Moon's neighborhood was a safe one, but it was far from mine.

I tried calling Dawson but he wasn't answering so I just kept stumbling and hoped for the best.

I walked for a good couple of minutes in the silence of the night before hearing a car slowly stop near me. I looked towards it and saw a serious Eli in the driver's seat.

I internally groaned in annoyance while trying to walk faster but his car followed at my pace.

"Y/n" He lowered the window."Come in, I'll drive you home."

I ignored him and kept walking, looking ahead.

"Come on princess, seriously" He groaned. "You can't walk alone at night"

Pft. I am not getting in the car with him.

"Ok then, be petty, I'll just follow you to make sure you get home safe." He sighed annoyed. "Have fun in the cold."

I continued walking, trying to ignore him.

I made it all the way out of Moon's neighborhood and into the city before he talked to me again.

"I haven't drank alcohol I promise."

And even though I said I would never trust him again, I knew he would never lie about this.

"Y/n what are you waiting for? This city is not safe at night and you know it" He yelled from his car. "I can see you shivering"

I groaned and stopped walking before turning towards him. His face lit up a bit while he parked his car.

I swiftly got in without saying a word and closed the door, making sure not to look at him.

Even after a couple seconds, he didn't start the car; he just sat there waiting.

"Why aren't you driving?" I mumbled angered.

"Put your seatbelt on y/n"

"You don't even got yours on" I glanced at him making him scoff.

I rolled my eyes and buckled my seatbelt; Whatever it took for me to get home and away from him faster.

It's a little too late for that ...

We drove for what felt like an eternity. I hated feeling uncomfortable with someone I used to be so comfortable with; I was starting to believe it was my fault.

He parked right in front of my apartment and sighed heavily before I opened the door and got out slowly.

"Goodnight princess" He said in the softest voice ever. My heart fluttered.

"Goodnight Eli" I responded fighting off any kind of sadness that may be traced in my voice before getting into my apartment.

I had no right to be upset. I pushed him off.

The inside was dark, I assumed everyone was sleeping so I entered quietly but then I heard weird noises so I opened the light.

My eyes squinted at the sudden light, before I saw Skylar and Dawson standing in the hallway, a little too close to my liking.

"Ugh Dawson get off of me" She pushed him off at the sight of me, while he looked at her confusingly before seeing me.

Skylar had a guilty look on her red face while Dawson looked down, hiding the big smirk he had plastered on his face.

"Umm, what were you guys doing?" I suspiciously asked, throwing my bags on the table.

"Well, Skylar couldn't help herself but t-"

"I was going to get water, but this idiot bumped into me" Skylar interrupted Dawson while rolling her eyes.

"Sure, you tell yourself that" He smirked at her before leaving into his room.

She looked at me with guilt-full eyes.

"You kissed Dawson?" I asked calmly.

"Well technically he kissed me..." She mumbled. "I'm sorry y/n"

"It was bound to happen" I shrugged, a soft smile appearing on my face.

She blushed and rolled her eyes before changing the subject.

"Did your boyfriend drop you off?" She teased.

"Eli" I corrected. "Yeah he did." I looked down.

"I'm sorry for leaving you there I really am, but there was a literal cop chasing me" She laughed softly. "Besides, I knew you would be safe with him."

"Skylar..." I sighed heavily. "I really don't want to talk about him right now."

She nodded understandingly before pulling me into a tight hug.

"With the All Valley coming up, we all have to make sure to be at our best. I don't expect you to win, I expect you to do your best, and to put what I taught you into practice." Mr.LaRusso faced us with a proud smile.

The dojo welcomed plenty of new students; majority of them being from Cobra Kai. I begged Skylar to join but she quickly rejected my offer.

Of course, we were suspicious and careful around the new comers at first, but they had fully proven that Cobra Kai was in their past.

With the new recruits and the improvements from everyone, we all thought we had a shot at winning the upcoming All Valley.

Of course Cobra Kai was strong and intense, but we had the patience, the techniques and the defense it took to win against them and the other dojos.

"Have you talked to Eli after the party?" Demetri asked while holding the punching bag I was kicking.

"Yeah" I sighed before kicking the bag harder, making Demetri almost fall over.

"Easy there tiger" He said sarcastically before steading it. "I feel kinda bad about what I said if I'm being completely honest. I was mad and I went too far... I just hope I didn't hurt him too much."

It sadden me that Demetri felt bad about humiliating him, while Eli had physically hurt him.

I knew that Demetri had a history with him, they were best friends before I even got here.

"Don't worry about it Dem, Eli's tough, I bet he doesn't even remember what happened." I continued kicking.

Even if I knew Eli was probably crying about what Demetri had said, I didn't bother mentioning it to him; He didn't need to know.

"He's a big softie y/n, deep deep inside" He said looking down upset.

Not as deep as you think...

"Yeah maybe he is. But he hurt you Demetri, why do you forgive him so easily" My arms fell to my sides in despair while I stopped what I was doing.

"Because I know he doesn't mean it y/n" He shrugged. "He's just trying to impress his little friends, He'll come back to us."

I really hope so.

We trained longer than usual to make sure that everyone was ready for the All Valley next week. Mr.LaRusso looked proud of us, which gave me an extra boost of confidence.

After a long needed shower, I hurried off to bed while Skylar was already sleeping on the mattress besides me. Today had been exhausting.

My phone unexpectedly rang which startled me a bit.

It was Demetri.

Why was he calling this late at night?

"Y/n" Is voice broke like he was crying.

"Demetri are you okay?" I jumped out of bed in panic.

"It's Cobra Kai they-" He chocked up. "Eli he-"

"Where are you right now?" I tried to ask calmly.

" Golf and Stuff" He barely got out.

My poor Demetri.

"Okay, stay right where you are, I'm coming okay?" I said while running to Dawson's car.
