You sit on your lovely couch, awaiting your husband of 4 years, Levi

"he should be home by now..." you mumble to yourself looking at the ticking clock

Then a terrible thought dawns on you

What if- what if he was cheating on me? you think getting nervous as the clock moves forward

No, he wouldn't do that...not after all these years  you reassure yourself

Then those thoughts were flushed away when you heard the sound of a clicking door noise

You ran to the door and see Levi and embrace him in a tight hug

"Levi! i thought- you never come..." you say as he pushes you off  him

"you okay?" you ask worried

Levi grunts and mumbles "i'm fine"

"if there anything wrong, you can tell me, I don't mind" you say kindly and softly, trying to not get one his nerves

Levi growls and throws his coat on the floor forcibly

Never in your years have you saw such anger, not after all these loving years together

"Levi! are you okay?" you reassure

"I'M FINE JUST LEAVE ME ALONE" he yells in frustration at you

For the first time you feel tears well of in your eyes

why is he angry?

does he not want me?

what happened?

Many thoughts surround your head but snapping out of it, you ran upstairs and lock yourself in "your's and Levi's bedroom"

You cover your face in your legs and arms and cry

Why? why is so angry you thought as you kept crying

Is it my fault?

Did I not try not enough?

What did i do? you ask yourself questions

You had cried for hours before drifting to sleep on the bed

. . .

After the sun beamed through the window you hiss and sit up and turn to your side to see no one beside you

Suddenly memories come flooding back from the previous night and you feel warm tears travel down your face

"i'm going to give you some time Levi..." you mumble

You look at your big closet and pack everything you need, maybe a day or two should be good enough  you thought as you packed

You quietly walk downstairs to see Levi on the couch,

Great because of me, he slept there...wasn't it?  you thought

You look at his sleeping face and stroke it softly

"I will give you some time" you mumble quiety

You look at his face once more before leaving your humble house

. . .

"[Y/N]!" Hange beamed as you arrived at her door

"hey" you wave in response

"what happened, why, what is all this?" Hange looks at the suitcase you fostered

"oh just a night, I just need to think" you say rubbing my neck

"is it because of Levi" Mikasa pops out of nowhere

You jump at the sight of her

"what are y-ou doing here Mikasa?" you ask nervously

"jut hanging with Hange, she's helping me with something..." Mikasa answered and then looking at your appearance to see if he abused you in any way

"do you need me to beat up Levi, that pipsqueak..." Mikasa mumbles under her breath

"uh- no, no, don't worry I will sort it by myself" you say walking into Hange's house

"are you sure? Mikasa is badass" Hange compliments Mikasa

You shake your head

"don't worry about it, anyways we have a girl's day out then" you say changing the topic, you were dying to change the topic

"ooooo exciting!" Hange jumped up and down

"great..." Mikasa tried to sound excited

"so what do you want to do?"

"wow, dinner was great, thanks Hange, I owe you a lot " you say rubbing my stomach after eating a feast

"yeah, that reminds me, I have to go, to see Ereh" Mikasa said with that classic pronunciation

You look at Hange and she looks at me and you both giggle

"it's eren, not ereh!" you mumble to Hange in your own language you two made up

"anyways see ya" Mikasa waved after getting her purse

You and Hange waved at Mikasa and when she left

You sighed and Hange smirked at you

"soooo, you want to chill?" Hange asked with that mischievous smile

"what do you mean by chill?" you ask catching on

"I have some news I discovered, come" Hange grabbed your hand

After sitting for hours Hange never seemed to shut her mouth, she could talk about her findings forever

"anyway Hange, sorry to disturb you but i'm really sleepy " you said yawning and stretching your arms

Hange smiles

"oh sure [y/n], get some rest and stay here as long as you like" she chuckled as she wrapped up everything

You smile and thank her before going to the spare bedroom

You pop on the bed and snuggle the pillow thinking of how it led to this point

Levi...

shit you did miss him a lot as you self-pitied yourself

You shed a tear in the pillow which later put you into the position into crying a river

which led to you sliently cried yourself to sleep

. . .

After waking up you look at the clock and decide to head back, just for Hange and her husband to have some privacy

Hange does need some time with her husband after all you thought as you get everything ready for your departure

You jog down the stairs carrying your mini suitcase and wrote a note for Hange when she wakes up and then you get into my car and sigh

here goes nothing...you thought as you started the car

After driving into the familiar path,

You inhale the familiar air and walk to the door, with trembling hands making the keys shake

You take another breath and open the door quietly and find the house in a massive reck

"what the hell..." you mumble quietly as you observe the home wreck

You gently walk up the stairs and show an interest in the mess that followed that

You look at the bedroom door you and Levi shared and twist the door knob slowly

After examining the dark room with only the window as a light source, you look at a curled up figure with its back against the bed side

You walk slowly to the sleeping figure and saw sleeping Levi with your pillow

You sigh and drop all your things and observe him, he looked broken and you felt guilt rest on your shoulders

After looking at him for another second, you decide to nudge him lightly

"Levi..." you say quietly, nudging him slightly

After a few light nudges, he opens his eyes and focuses them on yours

His beautiful eyes, were replaced with red dried up eyes like he cried non stop

After realising who you were, Levi without warning embrace you in a tight hug

" I thought you l-eft me" Levi embraced crying once more

Your heart collapses and guilt rushed over you quickly

"I thought you gave up on m-e" Levi cried on your shoulder

You hug back tightly trying to hold in the tears circling in your eyes

"as if I could ever" you reply

You cup his cheeks after you part and look at the soft Levi and pull him into soft kiss

He complies and kisses you back hungrily with lust

He then lowers you down supporting your fall with his strong arms, pinning you down

"I- missed you so much [y/n] " he stutters as you break apart the kiss

You smile warmly

"I am so so so sorry, I was so angry and overreacted and hurt...you" he apologised as kissed your cheek and neck

"no it's my fault I probably misunderstood you and got a little to emotional" you reply

" no it's my fault, just don't leave me again" Levi said reassuringly hugging you

Your eyes soften and you feel tear at the brim of your eyes and you smile and stroke his loving face

"I won't again,

I promise" you finalise as you embrace him in a forever hug
