3rd pov

"who put their hands on a girl like that !" tom yells at quinn as georg and gustav struggling to hold him back. Estrellas eyes went a bit wide, she couldn't believe tom had done that for her. She softly smiled a bit, no boy had done that for her, but then she remembered what quinn had done to her and she walked up to him and started yelling in his bloody face.

"you know i'm done with your ass! you can go put your hands on some other girl cause i'm done quinn, i'm done with you and your shit so bye, i'll go by your house tomorrow to get my shit." she yelled at him, estrella felt tears well a bit, she knew it was the alcohol making her extra emotional so she just walked out the house and walked towards the car, she didn't bother to say bye to anyone she just wanted to go home. She reached for her phone that was in her back pocket and was still surprisingly there after what happened.

"hey v, can we go now please, i think you know what happened, but i just wanna go home." estrella said to violet on the phone, violet said she'd be there in a few minutes she was just dealing with something, estrella hung up saying it was okay. Estrella hung up and sighed, looking up at the night sky, and the beautiful moon.

"hey." she heard a voice say behind her, she turned around to see who it was.

"hi." she said with a bit of a shy smile, tom walked and stood next to her, he then turned to her and grabbed her face inspecting the cut on her cheek, it had almost fully formed so you could see the hand mark, and due to the fact quinn had rings it left a cut.

"a pretty girl like you shouldn't have to deal with this, i should've beat his ass even harder." tom said chuckling, which caused estrella to as well, tom removed his hand from her face and they stood in peaceful silence while looking up at the night sky.

"thank you tom, no one had ever done anything like that for me before.. my dad he- he would be greatful for you." estrella smiled sadly, tom looked at her, he saw how much she loved her dad.

"you could thank me by letting me take you out on a date." he said smirking and raising his eye brows up and down teasingly, estrella rolled her eyes and shoved him a bit.

"how bout my number." estrella said looking up at him, she saw a smile start to light up his face, he quickly reached into the pocket of his baggy jeans and pulled out his phone, estrella put her number in. She saw violet, diego, and devon start to walk up.

"call me sometime yeah? we can get to know each other more." she said smiling, he nodded seeing as she had to leave.

"see you Prinzessin." tom said having a smirk on his face, estrella turned around and started waving her hand goodbye, then quickly blew a kiss at the boy, she saw him catch it and place it on his heart which caused her to shake her head and smile.

"so what the fuck happened." violet asked as they all got in the car, diego driving of course, estrella in the front, with devon and violet in the back.

"umm well, a lot, just first and foremost i'm done with quinn, i'm gonna go to his house tomorrow get all my stuff and be done." estella told the band, they nodded glad that she finally was.

"but you still didn't tell us what just happened." devon said with a concerned look on his face.

"well, okay so i wanted to go home and quinn wasn't listening cause he was lit as hell, and i just started dragging him cause i wasn't gonna deal with his shit and then he called me a bitch and i called him a fucker and he got all mad and then, umm hit me, then i threw my drink at him and punched him, then he was gonna come back and hit me again but then tom came and beat his ass for me." estrella explained with a smile towards the end, the band was glad she was gonna end things with quinn but pissed as fuck that he hit her.

"star, has he hit you before?" diego asked in a calm voice, he didn't wanna cause a ruckus over him asking.

"umm, yeah h-he has." estrella said as he voice cracked while speaking, she was finally gonna tell the band all the things quinn did. She had told them everything from the hitting, the drinking, the drugs, just everything, they were all mad and wanted to go beat quinn up but they knew he got his ass beat tonight by tom so they left it.

"sooo yeah, i finally had enough though, and i'm sorry i didn't tell you guys sooner." estrella said as she looked down at her lap.

"star, you know you don't gotta be sorry, that's a lot of stuff you were dealing with, but good thing is now, is that your breaking up with him." violet said as she leaned on the center console and rubbed estrellas shoulder as in a way to comfort her. Estrella smiled glad that she had the friends she had.

"thanks guys, i love y'all for real." estrella said as she smiled and them, she felt tears start to well in her eyes, she didn't know where'd she be without her friends, these people right here were her family.

"aye we love you too star, but if he ever try anything again, let us know and we gon jump him." devon said laughing, everyone rolled their eyes playfully at him before joining in on his laughing, he always knew how to make everyone laugh.

"now thank you guys honestly, but take my ass home i'm tired as hell and got a fitting tomorrow- or well basically today, so later."estrella said laughing, everyone was tired, it was already 5 am and they could see the sky getting lighter. Everyone laughed and they joked around in the car off, until they made it to stars house, thinking about it estrella overall she had a good time minus the quinn bullshit.

"i'll see y'all later, love y'all." she said as she exited the car and waved at them, she heard a chorus of 'love you too's' back and she smiled waving at them.

Estrella got ready for bed and couldn't help but think about how tom was immediately ready to fight for her, they didn't even know each other, they only talked once, and he was ready to get down for her, she smiled childishly and laid in bed, maybe she could let herself open up to tom...
