━ STEP ONE ❪ ꗃ ❫

open photopea

click on open from computer and choose your gif and open it.

apply your psd if you want

━ STEP TWO ❪ ꗃ ❫

go to file > open and place and choose the overlay given on the top of the chapter.

once the imae appears, take the cursor to the corner of the image and rotate it to 90 degree.

you can change the direction of the image on the top [ shown in the image above in red ].

now enlarge the image to fit the canvas, don't worry about distortion.

━ STEP THREE ❪ ꗃ ❫

right click on the overlay layer and a bar will drop down. choose on blending options.

change the blending mode from normal to screen or lighten. [ i went w/ screen here ]

and click on OK.

and you have the gif there, now all you have to do is export !

━ STEP FOUR ❪ ꗃ ❫

click on file > export as > gif

and click on save.

this would be the gif ^
