Valentina POV

( 30 weeks pregnant )

𝑨𝑳𝑳 the girls have been talking about the past few weeks is throwing me a baby shower. Josh is going out with Brett and Connor for the day for guys day, while we have the baby shower.

"This is a stupid idea." I said

Josh and I are eating breakfast. 

"I mean why do I need one? I'm eighteen." I said

Josh chuckles.

"Well they think you need one. And it will shut them up so just go with it, babe." Josh said 

He kisses my cheek.

"Whatever. I just really want this baby to come already, I'm tired of being pregnant. This is your fault." I said

He chuckles.

"Yours too." Josh said

I roll my eyes. 

"But you still love me." Josh said

He leans in and kisses me deeply, and I wrap my arms around his neck. We pull back.

"Unfortunately." I said

There is a knock at the door, Josh goes to open it, and Cora, Hollie, Riley, Maya, Topanga, and Morgan walk in.

"That's my cue to leave." Josh said

He grabs his car keys. 

"Have fun." Josh said 

He kisses me and leaves.

"Do we have to have a baby shower?" I asked

They all look at me as if I'm crazy. 

"I'll take that as a yes." I said

They nod before dragging me over to the couch. 

"Why do we even have to do this?" I asked

"It's important! I had a baby shower and I loved mine." Morgan said

I roll my eyes before we get started.

Josh POV

"Baby shower? Girls are weird." Connor said

We are sitting in the football stands at the stadium, watching the game.

"How would you know? You don't even have a girlfriend." Brett said

We all laugh.

"Would people stop reminding me!" Connor said

We all laugh again. 

"You are all evil." Brett said

I roll my eyes.

"Not long now before you have a baby in the house." Brett said

I nod. 

"Think you and Vale can do it?" Brett asked

"I hope so." I said

I sigh. 

"I just don't want the fact we have a baby to change anything between us." I admitted

"It won't." Brett reassured

We continue watching the game.

Valentina POV

After the baby shower all the girls went home. It wasn't that bad, I mean we got presents for the baby and it was good to have some girl time again before the baby comes.

"I'm home." Josh said

He walks through the door and I'm sitting on the couch.

"Hey babe how was the game?" I asked

He walks over, sitting on the couch and kissing me.

"Good we won and mocked Connor for being single. How was the baby shower?" Josh asked

"Actually not as bad as I thought." I aIS

I laugh wrapping my arms around him. 

"It was good." I said

I smile and he kisses my head. 

"But I'm tired, so I'm gonna go to bed early." I said

I stand up.

"I wanna cuddle." Josh said

He pulls me back as I laugh. 

"Come here." Josh said 

He pulls me on his lap.

"No I'm heavy." I said

I whine and he chuckles placing his hand on my stomach.

"No, you're not." Josh said

I roll my eyes knowing he's just being nice. 

"Come here." Josh said

I cuddle into him as he plays with my hand.
