When the siblings had returned inside, they opened the lobby doors to find two students attempting to move the corpse of Eunha, where she laid beneath the statue. Junhee had suddenly stopped walking, a guilty expression washing over his features as he stared helplessly at the girl he felt he had failed to save.
Glancing between her brother and the two boys, Jiwoo nudged the boy and sent him a warning look, reminding him of what they had discussed when they were outside. Taking her warning, he snapped out of it and together, the two approached the body and helped wrap her up, listening as they were told where they would be put.
According to their classmates, it had been Yoonseo's idea, the girl hating the idea of their peers bodies just being scattered around the youth centre. So, they were moving all the corpses to the freezer where they would be undisturbed until the police arrived. It seemed like the most humane choice, wanting their classmates to be able to rest.
Leaving the freezers, Jiwoo headed towards her room, needing time alone to just sit and think about everything that was weighing on her mind.
She had a role that could help save a lot of people, but she just did not know who to use it on. There were a lot of people remaining still and if she went through all of them, it would be very unlikely that she would find a Mafia. Even if she did, who was going to believe her?
The only way she could show proof was by outing herself as the Police, which would only put an even bigger target on her back.
Why had she been given the role of Police? She did not know what to do with such a large amount of responsibility.
How was she meant to help the others when she could barely figure out who to vote for?

As the sun begin to set, the group of students were seated in the cafeteria, unsure who to vote for as there was no evidence for any potential Mafias. The students were not even aware of how many Mafias there was, if there was two, five or less. That only made the later vote more daunting, the more innocent people they voted for, the less likely they were to make it out of the Youth centre alive.
A voice broke the silence that had set over the students, "Let's not drag this out," Kyungjun called out, leaning in his chair as the eyes all darted towards him, "just turn yourself in. If you're Mafia, tell me."
"Oh, yeah, that's going to work, isn't it? You've figured it all out for us, Sherlock." Jiwoo scoffed, resting head on her palm as she stared at the boy with a bored expression โ she was still annoyed from earlier when he had tried to pin all the blame onto her brother.
Kyungjun narrowed his eyes at the girl, mumbling a curse under his breath. "Okay, let me try again, this jerk is one hundred percent Mafia, anyone who thinks like this?"
Nobody replied and Jiwoo rolled her eyes, although she flinched when somebody slammed their hands against the table. "Reveal yourself if you're police then. Police!" Seungbin exclaimed harshly and Jiwoo swallowed harshly, attempting to remain inconspicuous. "Are you not going to reveal yourself?"
"I don't think they would do it either." Dabum spoke up quietly, hesitant as if he was worried he would receive the same annoyed tone.
Yujun nodded as he leaned in his chair. "They won't."
Tension was heavy in the air as Jiwoo flickered her eyes across the other students, desperate to keep her identity hidden. She found herself wondering who the other Police was, if she could see their role if she used her abilities.
"Why the fuck won't you cooperate?" Kyungjun shouted, pinching the bridge of his nose as Jiwoo flinched, not expecting that volume to suddenly leave his mouth. "Hey, Class President, it's you, isn't it?" Junhee stared back at the boy and Jiwoo restrained the urge to lodge her bottle of water down the boy's throat, why couldn't he just shut up? "Only Citizens died because you didn't allow us to vote. It was the Mafias' plan to kill all the Citizens, right?"
"It wasn't only Citizens that died yesterday, there was a Mafia as well, dickhead," Jiwoo called out, her tone bored and annoyed, "you would have known that if you paid attention." She shot him a sarcastic smile as she lifted her head off her palm. "Maybe you're the Mafia, pinning the blame onto Junhee to hide your own tracks. Was the plan one you designed? After all, you were quick to put everyone's phones away. Was that your scheme, Mafia?"
Kyungjun only scoffed at her accusation while she leaned back in her chair, glaring at the boy from where she sat.
Attempting to ease the suffocating tension clouding the atmosphere of the cafeteria, Eunchan scrolled through his phone. "At least, we can be almost sure about who the Doctors are." He announced while all eyes darted towards Yujun.
Noticing their looks, the boy straightened himself up. "It's not me." Yujun quickly corrected, shaking his head.
When their eyes darted towards Jisoo's, the girl grimaced. "It's not me either." She added and Mina rolled her eyes, unable to believe they had actually attempted to deny it.
"It's you two." Mina insisted as the two turned to glare at her. "Who would save Yujun other than you guys?"
The boy frowned, unable to figure out how to defend himself when the signs were obviously pointing towards them, "I don't know why the Doctor saved me either," he attempted with a shake of his head, "but it's really not me."
Yawning tiredly, Jiwoo watched the back and forth, knowing that this was just the start of an incoming argument.
It did not take too long for that to kick-start, Mina opting to state her suspicions of Somi. As Jiwoo watched the two bicker, she realised that she actually had no idea who she suspected anymore, everyone had done suspicious behaviour and she was certain that if they treid hard enough, they could blame anyone.
When Somi flipped it around and begun to accuse Mina, Jiwoo sighed, listening as some of the others begun voicing their agreements. It was annoying to the silent students, realising that they had no solid evidence, merely accusing those that they did not like at the moment.
"Turn yourself in, or you'll see blood." Kyungjun threatened, bored of the back and forth, in his eyes it was wasting precious time that they did not have.
Once again, Jiwoo found herself unable to stop the retort that passed by her lips, her annoyance with the boy clouding every judgment she had. "Pretty sure they'd see blood if they turned themselves in, it's a lose lose situation for them. Your strategy sucks." She commented, tapping her painted nail against the table.
Before the boy could even open his mouth to retort, another student called out his name. "Why did you do that?" Wooram questioned him vaguely, mustering up all his confidence to blurt out what had been plaguing his mind.
"What the fuck are you talking about?" Kyungjun quizzed in a bored tone as he glared daggers at the nervous student.
Faking his confidence, Wooram straightened himself slightly. "Why were you hiding your phone yesterday? You knew that they would die if we don't vote. You didn't tell us on purpose so that they all die, right?"
His words made Jiwoo pause, thinking back to the day prior. Kyungjun had given her phone to her, insisting that she voted. She had barely processed how fast he had received their phones, brushing it off in her hurry to vote.
If he had taken his phone, did that mean he had taken hers from the pile as well?
Leaning forwards in his chair, Kyungjun squinted at the boy. "I told you," he pointed in Junhee's direction, "how can we trust that punk?"
Furrowing his brows at that response, Wooram shook his head. "If you didn't believe it, why did you force us to do it?"
Silence surrounded the room as they observed Kyungjun, the boy's lip trembling as if he was restraining a smirk. He glanced down at the floor, as if he was finally piecing every detail together. "It's you who killed Juyoung, you punk." He replied, scoffing in disbelief as he watched the boy attempt to remain confident, straightening his posture. "You told her how you felt about her, but she rejected you and it got spread on the internet only for you to get bashed."
Rising from his seat, Wooram clenched his jaw. "I was just joking." He attempted to defend himself and Jiwoo yawned, bored of their back and forth.
"Don't try to fool me, idiot." Kyungjun interrupted, adjusting the volume of his voice. "You kneeled and begged her to delete the post. Everyone here knows that. Mina, you say it, you took the video."
Turning to face the girl, Mina grew nervous from the shift in attention. "Yes," she confirmed slowly.
"It has nothing to do with this." Wooram defended but Kyungjun once again cut him off with an interruption.
"It has everything to do with this because you're a fucking Mafia!" Kyungjun snapped, his eyes narrowed at the accused boy. "You talked behind her back and called her a fox. You killed Juwon first because it would've been obvious if you had killed Juyoung first, didn't you?"
Pausing, the accused felt himself grow nervous, letting out a dry chuckle. "No, how can I be Mafia, it's you!"
When Kyungjun stood up, he clenched his jaw and glanced at his phone. "Fuck it," he told the group, pressing the vote menu on his phone. Everyone's phones buzzed and they grabbed it to see the new notification.
"Ko Kyungjun voted for Park Wooram."
Anxious that the others would follow in the boy's actions, Wooram attempted to defend himself but it went unnoticed as Kyungjun continued to insist that the boy was evil.
As he gripped the boy's chin, several students rose, ready to stop him if needed. Jiwoo watched the interaction with a frown as Kyungjun let his grip loosen, pushing the boy backwards as he did so.
"Shin Seungbin and Kim Jinha voted for Park Wooram."
Kyungjun glanced at the Kim girl who he had moved to stand near and lightly shook his phone in her direction, a signal that she should follow. Jiwoo glared back at the boy and moved her eyes towards the annoyed Wooram. As her attention shifted, Kyungjun rolled his eyes and once again grasped onto the accused's shirt. He directed his prior comments to the rest of the room, encouraging them to also vote for the boy.
Pushing the boy, he sent him crashing into a desk, narrowly avoiding slipping as he gripped onto the side of the table. With nothing more to say, Kyungjun spared a look in Jiwoo's direction before he was walking out of the room, ignoring Junhee's calls for him.
