- CHAPTER ONE-HUNDRED-NINE -

Allison, Amara and Scott brought down a couple Onis while Eli and Ximena ducked down behind a statue. "Dad." Eli whispered looking over at his dad who was watching the fight. "We can't kill them. Not without silver. We need Parrish. We need to buy him more time." Scott said as Eli and Ximena ran away from the statue.

"Look out!" Liam yelled, making Scott look up and quickly roll out of the way before an Oni's sword could hit him. Allison ran up to an Oni, swinging her bow at it and dodged its attack before she ducked down and swiped at its legs, making it fall to the ground.

She quickly shot it with an arrow before stepping back as another Oni ran up, slashing at her with its sword. She pushed it back before turning to block another Oni's sword with her bow.

Allison tried to fight against it but the oni started to push her back before making her drop her bow. Her eyes widened as she looked at all Oni staring at her, none of them paying attention to Scott or Amara.

"Allison!" They heard Lydia suddenly scream, making everyone except for Allison cringed and cover their ears while the Oni flew away from Allison, disappearing in a puff of smoke.

Everything was ringing for a moment before they all looked over at Allison as she had her back turned towards them, a distant look on her face. Memory after memory flashing through her mind. Memories of her and Lydia, memories of her and Amara, memories of all her friends, her family. Everything.

"I remember. I remember everything." Allison said, making Amara's eyes widen slightly before someone else spoke up. "We're not done yet. The game is mine." The Nogitsune said, making Scott and Amara turn around to find him holding Eli and Ximena, his claws at their throats, Amara's eyes widened and she went to step forward but Scott quickly grabbed her arm.

"Take me. Let the others go." Scott said, "All the lives here belong to me." The Nogitsune said and Scott shook his head slightly. "All you need is me." He said, "Scott, don't do this." Derek said but Scott never looked away from The Nogitsune.

"Allison kills me, I die in probably Amara's, the same way that Allison died in her's then Amara goes into a coma." He said, making Amara look at him crazy, "That's the move that wins the game, isn't it?" Scott asked. "I've already won." The Nogitsune said, his voice rising slightly.

"You lose! Until me and Amara are off the board! And we're still standing. And we're still the Alphas." Scott said, "An arrow to the heart to save everyone else?" The Nogitsune asked, looking at Eli and Ximena, making Derek pull against his restraints slightly and Amara keep her eye on Ximena.

"All the other players go free." He said before moving his hand away from the teens' necks, holding his hand out towards Allison. All of the sudden, Allison's blow flew up into her hand, making her eyes widen as she looked at Amara and Scott. "No. No, I can't. I- I can't- I cannot- no." Allison said and The Nogitsune gripped Eli's and Ximena's hair tighter, making them flinch slightly.

"Kill him, Allison, and I win the game."

"Allison, please." Scott said, making Allison look at him, "Don't make us watch our friends and my family die." He said and Allison stared at him for a moment before looking at Amara. "Scott..." Amara said, glanced back at Ximena and Scott looked at Amara and nodded slightly, making her furrow her brows slightly before realizing he had a plan.

She sighed softly before looking over at Allison, who looked at her, before Amara nodded, making Allison suck in a deep breath. She pulled out an arrow, letting out a breath before looking at Scott and aiming her bow and arrow at him.

"Game is mine! Kill him!" The Nogitsune yelled before Allison released the arrow. Amara flinched and groaned slightly as the arrow hit Scott's chest, pain going through Amara's chest. Allison grabbed another arrow, aiming at Scott before releasing it again, hitting him in the chest making both him and Amara groan. Allison loaded another arrow and released it again, hitting right next to the other two arrows.

Scott stumbled back slightly before falling to the ground, making Amara quickly run over to him, despite the pain in her chest. Allison ran over, gently grabbing Amara's shoulders. "The wolves howl to signal their position... To the rest of the pack." The Nogitsune said, no longer holding Eli and Ximena as he was now crouched down on the ground, "Tell me, Scott McCall and Amara Hale, what is the sound of the wolf who is ready to die?" The Nogitsune asked and Scott shook his head slightly.

"I'd tell you, but neither of us are ready to die." He said before the arrows suddenly caught fire and burned to nothing as his wound healed. He kept his eyes on the Nogitsune as he, Amara and Allison stood up, before smirking slightly. "Fox fire." The Nogitsune said and a fiery fox aura surrounded Scott before moving back to Hikari.

Allison quickly loaded an arrow, aiming it at The Nogitsune before releasing it. The arrow embedded in The Nogitsune's forehead, making him scream before ripping it out. The Oni suddenly appeared behind Allison, Amara and Scott, making them turn around before they heard someone roar.

Everyone looked over to the side to see Hellhound Parrish break the barrier, Malia, Argent, Peter, Makena and Melissa behind him. They ran in and Argent immediately shot an Oni making it disappear. Melissa ran forward, lifting up a small crossbow before shooting an Oni which disappeared in a puff of smoke. Peter pulled out two daggers from his pocket before dodging an Oni's attack then stabbing the Oni. Makena held up her gun, shooting an Oni, making it disappear.

"What is that?" The Nogitsune asked as Argent walked forward, "Silver, you motherfucker." Argent said, shooting a couple Onis. The Oni Argent shot and the Oni Peter was stabbing disappeared.

The Nogitsune let out a loud yell before disappearing in a puff of smoke and green light.

Ximena quickly ran over to Amara, who gently grabbed her arms. "Are you okay?" Amara asked and Ximena raised her eyebrows, "Shouldn't I be asking you that?" Ximena asked. Amara just rolled her eyes, wrapping her arm around Ximena's shoulders.

Eli quickly ran over to his father, grabbing his restraints, "Come on. Come on." Eli said as he tried to pull against the restraints, which didn't budge. "Okay. Stop, stop." Derek said, making Eli stop and look at him, "The only way we can break the bonds is with our strengths combined. You and me." He said.

"What strength? I don't have any strength." Eli said and Derek nodded slightly, "You will as a wolf. We do it together. You're my son. You're a Hale." Derek said before he flashed his blue eyes and let out a small roar.

Eli's eyes widened before his eyes glowed a bright yellow. "You are a werewolf." Derek said, completely transformed before Eli also completely transformed and roared slightly. They both roared before breaking the bonds together, smiling at each other before quickly getting the others out of their restraints.

"Mason! Sheriff!" Parrish called out, tossing them each a gun clip filled with silver bullets. An Oni moved towards Parrish, making him quickly grab it by the throat before Mason shot it. Stilinski fought against an Oni before shooting it in the face, making it disappear.

Everyone turned as the Nogitsune walked under a torii gate before falling to his knees. "Do you remember, Scott, the gift that you gave me? The bite of the Alpha, the power of the werewolf." The Nogitsune said, making Scott's eyes widen. The Nogitsune started pulling off the bandages around his face. Beneath the bandages was a fleshly creature with werewolf features and glowing green eyes.

Amara's eyes widened as she shook her head slightly. "That shouldn't be possible. That defeats the purpose of everything we did to get rid of that mother fucker the first time." She said as she stood next to Allison, Ximena and her mother and they all glanced at each other.

Scott kneeled down on the ground before letting out a loud roar as Derek and Eli ran up next to him and Amara stepped next to him, eyes glowing as they growled. The Nogitsune let out a loud roar, making some of them flinch slightly before the four of them ran at the Nogitsune.

But the moment they got to him, they weren't in the same Japanese garden with the others. Now Scott and Amara stood in a red tatami room together while Derek stood alone in a blue room. "Derek, it's not real." Derek heard Amara say, "It's just another illusion." Derek said.

"Dad?" Eli said, making Derek glance around, "Eli? Eli, can you hear me?" Derek called out as Eli stood alone in a yellow tatami room. "Yeah. Yeah, I can hear you." Eli said, all of their voices were like echoes to each other. All of the sudden the Nogitsune showed up out of nowhere and swiped at Eli, making him stumble back.

"Eli!" Derek yelled before the Nogitsune came out of nowhere and swiped at Derek before disappearing again. Scott and Amara glanced around as he heard Derek roar before the Nogitsune suddenly swiped at Scott, making Scott stumble back and swipe as Amara turned around but the Nogitsune was already gone.

One by one, the Nogitsune would suddenly appear in one room, attack before disappearing and reappearing in another room. "Harris had his chance. Now it's my turn, my revenge. I'm going to kill them all, starting with this child right here." They heard the Nogitsune say and they all glanced around their rooms.

"You wanna kill someone, start with me!" Derek yelled before the Nogitsune grabbed his shoulder and swiped at him, disappearing before Derek could even hit the ground. Scott growled and ran forward the same time as the Nogitsune showed up and knocked both Scott and Amara to the ground.

"We can't fight him alone. He's too strong. We have to break the illusion. We have to catch him." Scott said as they all glanced around, looking for the Nogitsune. "You can't catch me. You can't kill me. You can't even find me." The Nogitsune said, "You're right. We can't find you... but we can find each other." Amara said and realization crossed over Derek's features.

"A wolf howls to signal its pack." Derek said and Eli looked up, "What about a werewolf?" He asked. "A werewolf roars." Scott said before they all let out loud roars. Eli suddenly heard a roar behind him, making him quickly turn around, grabbing the Nogitsune's arms.

Derek suddenly ran up, grabbing the Nogitsune's shoulder before Scott ran up and punched the Nogitsune. Scott grabbed his other shoulder before Amara punched him. She grabbed the Nogitsune's arm, letting Eli let go and punch the Nogitsune. The four of them grabbed the Nogitsune before pulling him down and suddenly they were on top of the Nemeton in the Japanese garden.

The Nogitsune tossed Eli off to the side as Amara looked at Parrish. "Parrish! Let's burn this fucker to the ground!" She called out and Parrish ran up to the Nemeton, grabbing the Nogitsune as Amara, Derek and Scott fought against him. "Hey, hold him! We gotta hold him!" Scott yelled and Parrish shook his head, "You can't! You'll both burn up with him!" Parrish yelled, making the Nogitsune laugh as Amara pushed Scott off the Nemeton before looking at Derek.

"Derek, go!" Amara yelled and Derek looked over at his son for a moment before looking at Amara. "You and Scott the Alphas. He's part of your pack now." Derek said, looking over at Eli, making Amara follow his line of sight before her eyes widened. "No." Amara said, shaking her head and Derek nodded.

"I know you'll take care of him." He said, and tears formed in Amara's eyes as she lightly bit her lip before nodding slightly, knowing she won't be able to convince him once he's made up his mind. "God, I hate you sometimes. Say hi to Aunt Talia and Laura for me?" Amara whispered and Derek smiled softly at her and nodded.

"Parrish! Light this fucker up." Derek said and Parrish stared at him for a moment before looking at Amara. She took a deep breath, before nodding slightly making Parrish grab the Nogitsune again as he and Amara erupted in flames. "Dad?" Eli whispered as he looked up, seeing his father start to catch fire along with the Nogitsune. Derek roared as his bright blue eyes slowly turned a scarlet red before there was a small explosion within the fire.

The fire went out and all that was left was Parrish laying down and Amra still standing ash floating around them. Everyone stared at Amara, Parrish and the absence of Derek before all of the sudden, everyone found themselves standing in the middle of a Lacrosse field, Lydia and Jackson standing off to the side.

Everyone glanced around, people pulling people into hugs while Lydia carried Jackson out to the field before hugging Allison. Amara stumbled off the Nemeton slightly, making Allison quickly run over to her, grabbing her arms. The two of the stared at each other for a moment before Allison pulled Amara into a kiss.

Amara gently grabbed Allison's face as they kissed for a moment before slowly pulling away. They smiled softly at each other before Amara glanced around to see Eli kneeling on the ground with his head down. She started to pull away from Allison and went to walk over to Eli but stopped when she saw Ximena walk over to him.

Ximena gently grabbed his shoulder, making him look up. Ximena gave him a sad smile before helping him stand up and wrapping her arms around him, making him tightly wrap his arms around her.
