- CHAPTER ONE-HUNDRED-SIX -
Ximena stopped the car next to a gas pump outside the auto shop before getting out of the car, moving around to the other side to help Eli out with his ankle. The both of them walked around the car and Eli grabbed the pump and went to put gas into the car.
"Thanks for helping me out." Eli said a bit awkwardly as he looked at Ximena and she smiled at him, "No problem." She said. Ximena glanced around before noticing a car driving right towards them, making her eyes widen.
She quickly pulled Eli back, running towards the doors of the shop as the car crashed into their car, making the two teens fall to the ground. Glass flew everywhere while the gas pump fell over, gas leaking onto the ground, mixing with the rain. Ximena and Eli quickly got up and ran over to the door as Eli pulled keys out.
Allison stepped out of the car and started walking towards him as Eli got the door open before him and Ximena quickly ran in, closing the door behind them. Allison continued to follow them, making no kind of reaction when the cars blew up in flames behind her.
Eli and Ximena quickly ran into the garage part of the shop before dropping down next to a car a little ways away from the door. "It's Allison Argent..." Ximena whispered, making Eli look at her, "What?" He asked. "Allison Argent. I don't if your dad ever mentioned her. She was Amara's first love, also dated Scott for a little while. She's an Argent, a hunter. She died like fifteen years ago." Ximena said and Eli raised his eyebrows, "She doesn't seem very dead." He said before they heard the sound of metal scraping.
Eli leaned down to look under the cars to see Allison's shoes. His eyes widened and he grabbed Ximena's arm before quickly and quietly moving away from the car. Allison glanced around before walking away from the car, not noticing Eli and Ximena up on top of one of the car lifts.
Ximena leaned down to look under the car to look at Allison before the two of them quietly climbed down. Eli a nearby wrench and ran at Allison, making Ximena's eyes widen as she tried to stop him. He swung at Allison but she quickly dodged before swinging her bow at him, which he blocked. He tried to swing at her again but she stepped back, making him hold up the wrench as if it was a baseball bat. He ran at her again but she hit him in the stomach with her bat. He leaned up against a car and she hit him again, making him fall to the ground.
She loaded her bow and aimed it at him before Ximena ran out, kicking Allison's side, making her stumble back. Ximena's eyes glowed a golden yellow color as Allison raised her bow, aiming it at Ximena, making Ximena let out a low growl.
All of the sudden the garage door pulled up, making Allison quickly aim her bow and arrow towards it to find Scott and Amara. "Allison, stop!" Scott yelled and Allison shot the arrow at him, making him quickly try to hit it away, the arrow grazing his hand. Allison stared at him for a moment, making Amara quickly run forward and grab Eli and Ximena.
"Come on! Come on! Go, go, go, go!" Anara said as she pulled the two teens out of the shop, Scott followed while Allison shot at them again, making them duck down. Right as they got up to Scott's car, an arrow embedded into the tire, making Amara grab Eli and Ximena's arms.
"Oh! Ah, come on! Come on, let's go!" Scott said, pulling them off in another direction, "I know you don't remember everything, but if you stop trying to kill us for half a second, I could help you remember!" Amara called out as she and Scott pulled Eli and Ximena past the jeep, ducking behind another car.
"Hey. We're gonna have to run. I need you to heal." Amara said, looking at Eli, "You know I can't. I can't heal. I can't transform. I can't do any of it." Eli said. "Well, you're gonna learn right now." Scott said and Eli furrowed his brows, "How?" He asked. "Like this." Scott said before letting out a roar, making both Ximena's and Eli's eyes glow a bright yellow, Amara's eyes flashing a scarlet red as a cut on Eli's face started to heal.
He pressed his hand against his healed cheek in shock as he glanced at Amara who smiled proudly. "Now you can stop thinking you're a broken Hale." She said and Eli glanced at Ximena, "Yellow eyes look good on you." Ximena said, making Eli smile at her. "Come on, let's go." Amara said before grabbing both teens' arms and the four of them quickly got up and ran through an opening in the fence.
Scott, Amara, Eli and Ximena ran through the forest, "Come on! Don't stop! She's right behind us." Scott said, Amara making sure the teens were in front of her at all times in case Allison shot an arrow.
They got to a small creek before Scott stopped and grabbed Eli and Ximena, pulling them down. Amara glanced around for Allison for a moment before crouching down next to Scott. "Listen, you're gonna have to keep going without us." Scott said, making the teens look at him, "What?" Ximena asked. "I have to try to get through to her." Amara said and Eli looked at her crazy, "She's trying to get an arrow through you." He said.
Scott looked at the cut on his hand that started getting a black color to it. "What is that?" Eli asked, looking at the cut, "Wolfsbane." Ximena said and Scott nodded. "She coated the arrowheads in wolfsbane." Scott said. "My dad told me you guys almost had to cut my dad's arm off once because of wolfsbane poisoning." Eli said as Amara nodded, "We were going to." She said.
"You need to run. We're not far from the road. We'll keep her busy." Scott said and Eli shook his head, "I can't. Okay? I can't do it without you." Eli said. "Hey, you're gonna be alright. Okay? Remember, you just learned how to heal." Scott said and Eli shook his head again, "You did that for me." He said.
"He gave you a push. And if Allison has any chance of remembering who she is, she's gonna need the same push. And if anything happens, Ximena has a good control on her abilities. Find your dad. I think we're gonna need his help." Amara said and Eli nodded. "Yeah, okay." He said while Ximena looked at her worriedly, "Are you sure you'll be fine?" She asked, making Amara look at her beta.
"We will be fine. Now go and don't try to be a hero that runs back here." Amara said and Ximena looked reluctant for a moment before nodding and she and Eli got up and ran off.
Scott and Amara looked at each other for a moment before nodding slightly, getting up and quickly running in the opposite direction.

Scott and Amara ran through the woods, Allison following them. "Allison, please just stop for one minute!" Amara called as Allison loaded another arrow before aiming at them. Amara moved Scott out of the way a bit, making the arrow hit a tree.
"Go." Amara said, pushing Scott to run more before he tripped over a log. Amara quickly crouched down next to him, grabbing his arm to pull him up before suddenly catching an arrow that was about to hit her.
Allison dropped her bow as Amara pulled Scott up slightly, "We want to talk." Amara said, looking over at Allison. Allison didn't say anything, just pulled out two Chinese ring daggers, spinning them around her fingers.
"Sure, let's talk." She said before running towards them.
πΉ
Allison swiped her daggers at Amara, who kept blocking each hit. Scott stood back a bit, ready to step in. Amara wasn't letting him join in the fight because he already had wolfsbane in his system and she could already feel the pain in his hand through their Alpha connection. She wasn't about to feel more of his pain.
"Allison, if you just give us one second, we can tell you the truth." Amara said and Allison glared at her, "You both killed half my family." Allison said, making Amara scoff and raise her eyebrows. "As much as I wish I could be a Hale with the bragging rights for killing an Argent, I didn't kill any Argent." Amara said.
"Scott never killed anyone and neither did you... I admittedly have, but it wasn't anyone in your family." Anara said, making Allison's glare deepen before she took a deep breath and went to punch Amara. Amara dodged the punch before shoving Allison away from her a bit but Allison was quick to continue the fight.
"I'm gonna hate myself for this later..." Amara mumbled before punching Allison. Allison quickly kicked Amara in the stomach, making her stumble back into Scott, who quickly grabbed her. "We know those daggers have wolfsbane on them. And we know you think you're gonna go through with it." Scott said and Allison charged at them, making Amara quickly move forward.
She grabbed Allison's arm, shoving her into a tree. "Because that's what the Nogitsune wants. He want's either me or Scott or both of us to die in my arms this time. He'd probably get a kick out of me dying in your arms this time." Amara said before shoving Allison to the ground.
Scott quickly grabbed Amara's arm before running off, Allison not far behind them.
πΉ
The sun had risen and the three of them now stood on a cliff, Allison still swinging her dagger at them. "Woah, ok, stop!" Scott said, grabbing Amara's arm when he noticed how close to the edge of the cliff they were.
"What's it gonna take to get you to stop and listen?" Amara asked as they all glanced around at where they were standing. Scott looked at Allison for a moment before letting go of Amara and grabbing Allison's arm.
Amara's eyes widened when Scott quickly stepped forward, stabbing himself with Allison's dagger. "Scott!" Amara yelled, wincing in pain as she felt Scott's pain while Allison looked at Scott in shock before pulling the dagger away. She dropped it to the ground as Amara grabbed Scott's arm, looking at him like he was crazy.
Amara glanced down as Scott moved his jacket to the side a bit to reveal the growing blood stain on his shirt. Amara pulled her shirt up a bit to find a red mark on her side. "I hate you so much." Amara whispered, looking up at Scott, who gave her an apologetic look before looking at Allison.
"Okay. You killed me, and probably Amara too. Now can we talk?"
πΉ
Scott's arm was around Amara's shoulders as she helped him walk through the woods. Allison followed behind them, dagger in hand in case either of them tried anything.
"We're heading back to the main road, aren't we?" Scott asked and Allison pushed him forward, making him groan. "And my blood, it's going to lure them. Amara and I are the bait for the trap, right?" Scott asked, wincing slightly as they kept walking.
"Cause by the time the others catch up to us, I'll be dead, Amara will either be in a coma or dead, and you can pick the others off one by one. Is that the plan?" Scott asked, leaning his other arm on a tree to give Amara a moment break from holding up pretty much all his weight since she was slowly getting weaker the weaker he got.
"Yeah, actually. That is the plan." Allison said, pushing Scott forward, "You should know that plan A or B ever works in Beacon Hills." Amara said before glancing back at Allison. "Listen, you don't hunt werewolves, Allison. You tried it before and it didn't work out very well. Each time you ended up getting betrayed by your family after being manipulated by them. If you hate us because you think we killed your family, they weren't innocent in the first place." Amara said.
"But no matter what the Nogitsune has put in your head, you definitely don't kill werewolves either. And I know that you know that deep down. I saw it in your eyes at the cliff." Amara said, stopping to look at Allison, who raised her eyebrows. "Saw what?" Allison asked, "Regret. I've seen it countless times, felt it too." Amara said.
Allison stared at her for a moment, her hard gaze faltering for a moment before she slightly pushed Amara forward. "Go." She said as Scott groaned slightly.
"You're not gonna kill us. Especially not me and especially not Scott." Amara said and Allison nodded slightly, "That's right. The wolfsbane is going to kill Scott, and then probably you since you're connected." Allison said and Amara looked at her for a moment. "You had a code." Amara said and Allison hummed and nodded, "We hunt those who hunt us." She said.
"No. That was the first code. You came up with a new one. Nous protegΓ©ons ceux qui ne peuvent pas se protΓ©ger eux-mΓͺmes. We protect-" Amara said but Allison cut her off, "We protect those who..." Allison said without thought before pausing when she realized what she was saying.
"Cannot protect themselves." Allison said and Amara nodded, "You remember." She said and Allison was quiet for a moment before looking at them and pushing them forward.
