House: Hufflepuff
Draco and I were walking in halls together as he was going to drop me off to my next class since his was just nearby.
He was helping me study for my test yesterday. A lot of people don't know this about him, but he's really smart. Sometimes he just likes to play dumb and trick people.
We made it to the doorway of my classroom. "Alright, here's your stop. You wanna go down to Hogsmeade later? We could do some stuff?" He asked. I smiled and nodded.
He gave me a soft kiss on the forehead as he went on his way.
"Y/n! Hey, I been looking for you. I want to talk to you about something," Cormac McLaggen said.
From the corner of my eye, I could see Draco freeze.
He slowly turned around to see what was happening.
"Uh... sure. What is it, McLaggen?" I said.
"Would you like to go to Hogsmeade with me?" He asked.
My eyes widened. I could see Draco fuming.
I didn't know what to say. I didn't want to embarass him by rejecting him. I stood there for a couple seconds thinking about what to say.
"Well?"
Draco stood in front of me. "She's taken, thanks."
McLaggen eyed Draco up and down. "She's better off with me than she is with... you," he said.
"You better back off and know your place, Cormac, because she's mine," Draco said firmly as he got up close to Cormac's face.
I tugged on Draco's sleeve wanting him to back up. I was afrait that if I didn't, something worse might have happened.
"I'm sorry, McLaggen. I'm going to have to pass," I say. He squinted his eyes in anger and walked off.
I turned Draco around to face me.
"Hey, it's okay. You're the one I want," I said as I fixed his collar which was a bit crooked. I pulled him in by his collars and kissed his cheek. He slightly smiled.
"Now go to class. You're going to be late," I say as I slightly pushed him. He made his way to his class and I entered mine.
