Draco and I had been dating for two months now, but we hadn't told anyone yet. We were planning out how to find a way to tell everyone but then we remembered that he had a birthday party at his manor and decided to tell people there.

I was at my house getting ready and putting the last bit of my makeup on. I was quite nervous, knowing what was going to come, but also excited to tell everyone how happy I am.

I wore a beautifully tight fitted dark red dress and some black heels. I looked at myself in the mirror for the last time and took a deep breath.

Just then, Draco apparated right next to me. He saw how nervous I was and snaked his arm around my waist as we looked in the mirror together.

"Hm," Draco hummed.

"What," I said.

"You think of this as fancy and enhanced beauty, you know, for special occasions, but this is how I see you everyday," he said as he eyed me up and down, admiring every part of me.

I turned to face him and softly laughed. "A simple you look beautiful would have been a perfect compliment," I said. He smirked. "Well where's the fun in that if I don't give you special compliments?" He said laughing.

I gave him a quick kiss on the lips. As we parted, I took a look at him and giggled. "You've got lipstick on your lips now," I said as I wiped it off with my thumb. "I don't mind if it's from you," he says. "Come on. People are waiting."

I slid my hand in Draco's arm as we both apparated to Malfoy Manor.

We walked in through the double doors and there I see all my friends, Draco's friends and his family. I see Tonks in the corner chatting with Ginny and Harry, who were now dating.

My eyes lit up as I see Tonks greet me with a wave as she held a champagne glass in her hand. I looked at Draco, asking for permission to go. He let me go and I ran up to Tonks almost immediately.

"Tonks! It's been forever!" I said excitedly as I threw myself onto her for a hug.

"Hey, Y/n!" She said, greeting me with a warm smile.

"Ginny, Harry! You both look amazing," I say. They smile at me as thank you.

"So, uh, Y/n. What's up with you and Draco? Talking a lot have you both?" Tonks said as she winked.

Draco walks up behind me and slides his arm around my waist. I did the same for him. "Actually, Y/n's my girlfriend... it's been official for two months now," he said as he smiled.

"Two months, eh? And you told me nothing at all?" Ginny jokingly said. "Ugh, I know. We wanted to keep it secret for a while. We're going to tell Mr and Mrs. Malfoy next," I say.

We excused ourselves from the conversation as we walked over to Mr and Mrs. Malfoy.

"Never knew you were that close with my cousin," Draco said. I softly giggled. "She's quite funny, you know," I say.

We then stood right in front of Mr and Mrs. Malfoy, who were enjoying their champagne. "Oh, Draco. My boy, happy birthday dear," Mrs. Malfoy said as she cupped Draco's face and gave him kisses all over.

I laughed, knowing Draco was now embarassed. "Alright, alright. Mother, father, I want to introduce you to my girlfriend... Y/n. We've been dating for two months now," Draco said. Mr. Malfoy raised a brow.

"So you're the girl he talked about constantly at dinner..." he said. Draco mouth dropped. "Ah, ah, Father. Not here please," he said as he nervously laughed.

"Aw... welcome to the family, Y/n. We wish to see you more soon," Mrs. Malfoy said as we shared a hug.

We then met up with Draco's friend group, Blaise Zabini, Theodore Nott, Pansy Parkinson, and Crabbe and Goyle whom I was familiar with already.

"Hey assholes," Draco said. His hand was in mine as we walked towards them. He caught their attention and I could tell their eyes shot straight to our hands.

"This is Y/n. My girlfriend," he said.

"Hey guys," I greeted.

"Ohh, you're her! Draco would not shut up about you. You're all he talks about. Y/n this, Y/n that, everyday!" Pansy said laughing. Draco tilted his head up in annoyance.

"It's really nice to meet you, Y/n," Theo and Blaise said. Draco looked at Pansy and mouthed at her to cut it out. I couldn't help but laugh.
