No one's POV

Wyatt made his way through the forest occasionally checking to see if he was being followed.

When the coast was clear, he walked through the now broken gates of the forbidden forest and past an old and run-down building.

He wandered down to the entrance of the wolf den where Willa stood anxiously along with the rest of the pack.

He took off his disguise to reveal a dark brown sleeveless jacket with fur adorned on its shoulders, a purple shirt and dark jeans. His moonstone necklace was placed on him and his wolf markings were applied back on his face by his pack mates.

Wyatt's POV

I could feel the power of the moonstone coursing though my veins as I bared my fangs. It was getting weaker and weaker by the minute.

"Well? What happened?" I turned to my impatient alpha. "They heard you howling Willa." I growled showing her the drawing I had grabbed earlier.

She snatched the paper for me and laughed. "Don't be such a worry wolf brother, we have way better hair than that." She joked before tossing it aside. "Besides, I was only saying Awoo! It's like saying 'Hello' or 'Ciao' or I'll rip your throat out."She said causing me to sigh.

"We need to find the great Alpha. She'll lead us to the moonstone and-" "If there even is one!" She snapped and everyone stepped back. "We saw her in the forest-"

"There were two girls. Besides how do the prophecy says there's a great alpha. How do we know it's a girl?" She cut me off again but I couldn't do anything.

"She's the great alpha! I bumped into her during my mission. She had the white hair, she was..." I trailed off back to when I met Alicia. She looked so familiar but I couldn't quite place my finger on how.

The first thing that captivated me was her scent..It as something I had never smelled before. Her scent made me pretty sure she was the great alpha but another thing was when she heard me mutter. As wolves, we had learned to mutter because of our keen sense of hearing. Only another wolf can hear us mutter and her confusion shows she definitely heard me. I know-

"Brother!! Earth to Wyatt!" Willa waved her hand in my face and I shook my head. "Sorry! I got lost in my thoughts." "Okay. But you were saying?" Well at least she cared a bit.

"Right. Her scent, she doesn't smell human at all. She's the great Alpha. We have to go get her."

Willa scoffed obviously disgusted. "Why? I hate that town. It's full of terrible people."

'Well they'll both agree on that.' I rolled my eyes. "Willa! We're running out of time and you know that. More members of our pack are getting sick and our necklaces are getting weaker day by day." I was annoyed at this point.

"We do need the moonstone! So we can recharge our necklaces and remain wolf strong for another one hundred years." Wynter chimed in excitedly resulting in the other wolves yipping in agreement.

"Fine." Willa was finally giving in. "Even if she is the great alpha, how do we even find her?" She asked and I smiled in relief. "I found this in the woods." I took out a hairpin that I found at the entrance. "It's hers."

"We can use our strong sense of smell to track her down!" Wynter jumped in as hyper as she is. "We could do that.." I said giving her a look before turning to Willa.

"Or we can go directly to the source. It says Seabrook on there so let's go there." I said and Wynter huffed.

"You're no fun." She mumbled while I smirked. "I love you too." I teased and Willa groaned in annoyance.

"Great. I grinned at the thought of being able to bring Alicia to the wolf den. "We'll go tomorrow morning." I announced but Willa glared at me. "We go tonight." She said and I rolled my eyes.

"Or tonight works." I muttered catching my sister's little smirk. 'We get it. You're the alpha.' I smirked back. The pack howls in acknowledgement of Willa's decision.

As we run through the hallways of the school, Willa opens up a metal panel. "We'll hide here for tonight then find the girl, get our moonstone, and leave this awful town." She said in a revolting manner.

"I wouldn't call it awful..They've got something called Froyo." I smiled but she rolled her eyes before crawling into the vent with the rest of the pack.

I sighed. "Yep you're right. This town is the worst." I glanced around then joined everyone else in the vents.

Alicia's POV

I woke up to loud yelling coming from downstairs. I swung my legs over my bed and put on my slippers then walked out of my room.

I headed down the stairs to see Mom, Dad and a random guy in the living room. 'Why does he look familiar?' I thought as I hid myself from their sight.

"I would never have run away if you had just told me I was fucking adopted!" The guy yelled as Mom and Dad glared at him.

"Why did you come back then?" Mom asked, her brown eyes ice cold. "I came to get my sister." He spoke a bit calmer this time. "Alicia is not going anywhere." Dad said. 'What is going on?' I thought.

"She's coming with me." The guy spoke again. "I wish you guys had the balls to tell her she was adopted." He spat and my heart dropped to the bottom of my chest.

"Be quiet. She is currently asleep and can never know about that." Dad warned and tears made their way down my cheeks.

"Oh I think she already knows." The guy smirked pointing in my direction.

I slowly made my way down as Mom and Dad froze.

I noticed that some of Mom's hair was sticking out of her night cap and it definitely wasn't white like mine.

Looking around, I noticed that the white hair was hung on a mannequin in the middle of the room.

All this time....It was just a wig... No wonder she never let me touch her hair...

All my life....has been a lie...

I walked up to the guy who instantly pulled me in for a tight hug. "It's been so long little sis." He smiled and kissed my forehead, wiping away the tears.

Suddenly, it hit me out of nowhere.

"Aiden?" I asked looking up at him and he nodded. I wrapped him up in a tighter hug causing him to chuckle lightly.

"I missed you too emerald." He whispered.
