(CHAPTER IS UNEDITED SO BE PREPARED FOR A LOT OF MISTAKES!!)
THIRD PERSON POV
Confused, flabbergasted, terrified, and anxious. These are the emotions Zin, Novick, and Horyang felt as the unknown masked man, the man that seemed odd to Zin popped out of nowhere and threatened to stop them by escaping in any means.
Being the tough guy he is, Novick stood up his grounds and questioned the man's existence. "Who are you? What do you want?!" He aggressively said.
The man's reply was only silence.
"........."
".......I think he's not interested in you," Horyang interrupted whilst the weird tension surrounding the masked man and Novick.
Thinking fast, Zin immediately created a platform of crystal and frantically pulled the two males towards it. "Why in the world would you try and make a conversation with him?! Let's just go damn it!!" she scolded the two.
The men only nodded their heads in agreement to the younger lady before hopping onto the crystal platform she had created. Sooner or later, Zin then approached Hwaryun who remained blank and composed as usual. She also pulled her towards their direction while whispering with a glint of menace in her tone.
"I don't remember you telling me that this would happen." Zin hissed.
However, Hwaryun wasn't fazed, instead she was amused and she showed this by huffing softly as a smirk formed on her lips. "I didn't need to. After all, you saw this coming didn't you?" the red head slyly hinted with a teasing remark.
"What theโ" Puzzled Zin stared at Hwaryun with furrowed eyebrows until it suddenly hit her.
'That sort of movie-like dream I just experienced....that must be what she's referring to.' The blue eyed girl speculated.
Continuing to stare at Hwaryun with confusion and disbelief tainting her orbs, Zin was baffled. She thought: 'If she knew that this was going to happen...then why didn't she told me?'
Zin lightly laughed at herself in her head as she thought that. How dumb of her, she though. It was obvious why she didn't tell her.
'Hwaryun is plotting something against me.'
From the very beginning, Zin has always been suspicious of the Guide. Why? Because she's a fucking Guide, they practically see the future and can even change it, meaning they lie to people so that they can achieve something that they want to.
And apparently Zin was just unfortunate to find about it this late.
But, if this is fate's path, could Zin even change something as big like fate when she's just a mere Regular from an abandoned clan?
Out of nowhere, Zin was then suddenly pushed and pinned down onto the ground by none other than Hwaryun herself. The Guide used her staff in order to pin Zin onto the floor as she struggled and let out a grunt.
"What the hell?!" Both Novick and Horyang were now alarmed but couldn't do anything as soon as Hwaryun rode the crystal platform and flew off. With them fleeing, there they left Zin, on the ground with her head lightly spinning from the impact of the floor she collided with.
The daughter of Klavis couldn't help but click her tongue in utter annoyance. "Tsk. That sly red headed woman..." She cursed lowly. Just then, Zin remembered that she wasn't alone and that she shouldn't careless in the situation.
Immediately she stood up and faced the unknown man, a brave, wary and fierce expression plastered on her face. However, both of them stayed silent, Zin staring at the man with a stance emphasizing that she's ready for an attack, whilst the mysterious man remained still standing in his place.
Zin hissed. 'Fucking Hwaryun fucking ditched me. I knew I shouldn't have trusted her! Now look what happened, she tricked me into being stuck with one of the enemies!' Zin closed her eyes tightly to cope for her aggressive feeling of intense irritation caused by Hwaryun.
"Hey," Stealing her attention, Zin opened her eyes and once again met the figure of the unknown man who just called for her attention.
Again, Zin clicked her tongue. "What do you want?!" She asked rather aggressively due to her irritation.
"......"
"I want to go home."
O__o <------- Zin
"H-HUH?!" Caught off guard, Zin widened her eyes and a total look of disbelief painted her face. Out of nowhere, this unnamed man started muttering light complaints and whines that Zin couldn't comprehend.
She didn't expect for this man to act so....introverted. Childish. Like anti-social.
"Why did I agree to that Guide's proposal? Now I don't know what to do....this is so annoying. I'm tired. I wanna go home....." He quickly mumbled, as if trying to copy Midoriya.
"What the actual fuck?" To say that Zin is confused was an understatement. "Tch. What do you want bastard!?" Zin just continued to ask her question, now shouting.
"Eek!" Yet again this man was full of surprises, he 'eeked' like he was shocked by Zin's tone and even flinched so hard and covered his face.
-__- <------- Zin
"I-I'm sorry, Zin. Please don't be mad at me, I was also just forced to do thisโ" The man tried to reason out with his voice slightly trembling in fear, as if he feeling threatened. But what caught Zin's attention was the mention of her name.
"How do you know my name?" Zin interrogated stoic with a brave look. Hiding the fact that she was slightly taken a back by the fact that this man knew who she was, especially her nickname
The man looked up, revealing his crimson eyes. "What do you mean how do I know your name?โoh right I'm wearing a mask." He realized as he touched his mask on his lower face. Zin could only deadpan at how dumb her enemy is right now.
However, that completely changed once the man took off his mask.
"......I know your name because you're my little sister."
Zin's jaw hit the floor.
Gulping, Zin managed to utter the name of the said man who claimed she is his sister. "Z-Zen?!" She let out the name of her dear brother who escaped from their clan and ran off to the Tower.
There revealed Zen who is the second oldest child of the Klavis family. His crimson blood eyes looked lifeless with his bangs slightly covering them. Hair parted to the side, one could tell that he has striking features but his posture showed that he is laid back and certainly lacked the ability of communication. Regardless, he stood tall yet slouched, however anyone who underestimates him will feel the wrath of the rock.
Zen lightly grinned. "It's been a while, hasn't it?" he started awkwardly.
"T-That's how you start?! When you literally ran off from the clan and escaped here to the Tower!" His younger sister couldn't help but scold him.
Again, Zen flinched and lightly yelped at her loud remark. He's not a fan of loud noises or yells. "I-I have my reasons......" he lowly replied with a pout present on his face.
Calming herself down with her face still painted in disbelief, Zin took a big inhale of air before exhaling it and looking straight into Zen's eyes. "Reasons? Are these reasons also part of why you're with FUG?"
Her statement caused for the white headed man to turn to a completely different person and shot a glare at Zin. "Don't you dare talk to me in that tone, Zin." Menace tainted his voice.
Zin was lightly taken a back. 'I knew that Big Bro Zen had this sort of two personality going on when he's triggered, but now witnessing it for myself it's really terrifying....'
*SIGH!*
A sigh left the older Klavis' lips. "You would never understand even if I tell you."
"How are you so sure?"
"How could you understand when you never felt the feeling of loneliness ever."
Zin was confused but then, anger struck her.
"Are you implying the you felt lonely all these past years? Well, it's your fault for leaving us in the first place!" Zin growled back at him while Zen remained still. "You're the one who left without a word, you're the one who decided to run offโ"
"I didn't ran off, I just went independent." Zen clapped back.
"Independent? Bullshit. Then why the fuck are you complaining then? Suddenly leaving, and then showing yourself to me like this...you even said you want to go home. But the thing is, you left home!โ"
"That place was never a home! It felt like prison!" Taking a step back out of shock, Zin halted on her words as she was startled by Zen's unexpected outburst.
Ever since they were little, Zen was born different. Everyone from his clan, specifically the 'Ze Branch' was known to be hot headed or either aggressive, emphasizing the color red of Zen's eyes. But Zen was always out of place, he is timid, shy, hated interactions, an introvert, and overall just wants to keep himself to himself. Zen described himself to be always alone but never lonely, since he had his sibling like Zin with him who was always there for him. Especially this one friend from their Branch who always kept him company.
Until one day, an incident happened that only he and the head of the 'Zy Branch' knows.
"A home is supposed to be your comfort zone. A place where you will feel belong, a place where you feel welcome and loved. It's not just simply a shelter or a roof over your head. A home is where you could always go back to when you feel lost."
"But that place, our family, has never been like that. And even if we were, then that means we've been living a lie." Zen concluded.
Just then, Zen slashed out his giant swordโa claymoreโand held it with his right hand. His head low but eyes staring straight ahead at Zin's blue ones. "I now understand why the Guide told me to confront you, Zin. It seems that you still don't know the power you possess after all these years."
'Guide? What does he mean Guide?โ!!'
Zen suddenly struck at Zin and tried to slash her with his claymore! Zin who remained in her fighting style, immediately created a shield out of her ability and blocked her brother's attack with full defense.
Zin then engaged an attack and created a blade of crystal, managing to scratch her brother's face. Zen was surprised and immediately kicked Zin on her stomach causing for the girl to let out a yelp and roll back. Getting back on her feet, Zin sprinted wielding a scythe she had created with her crystals.
Once she reached her brother in full speed, as well with full strength did she kicked the side of his head and tried to corner him using her scythe. Not trying to wound him as much as possible.
Zin knew in herself that she couldn't kill Zen, more like she can't. For he is her brother, therefore the memories they shared are what keeps her from trying to kill him despite him being her enemy and an overall threat.
The young man couldn't help but chuckle. "Still quick, I see." He commented, acknowledging his sister's great survival skills.
"However," Zen back down, taking a high jump and moving backward, dodging the attack of Zin again preparing himself for an attack. "No matter how much you've improved or how strong you are now, you still lack experience." The platinum haired gentleman taunted causing Zin to grit her teeth as she prepared herself for another upcoming attack and gripped her scythe tightly. "You're still a Regular trying to climb the Tower, remaining in the bottom" Raising his left palm into the sky, a magical circle with it in front, Zen finished his statement with this badass look.
"Meanwhile, I'm a Ranker and have already reached the top."
A magical circle appeared above Zin and there she stared in pure bewilderment. It was sudden, when one, then two, three, fourโmultiple colored red crystal spears started raining above her in such a fast pace!
Dodging but couldn't help but leave a scratch on her sides which caused her to bleed. Just then, another spear, a gigantic one at that landed on her as the scythe shattered into pieces.
Knowing that there's no way she could dodge this, Zin created a shield and covered her body, however due to the impact she went unconscious.
And unknowingly to Zen, Zin secretly took out her phone and messaged through Emily, sending a secret code.
Even secretly leaving her pocket behind the piles of rocks that had been created due to impact of Zen's attack.
"....."
Sighing, Zen ran his hand through his locks. "Did I went too hard?" He asked himself as he gazed at the foggy scene before him that he had caused due to his attacks.
"As expected, Zin wouldn't dare to kill me, nor hurt me." He scoffed to himself. Zin would never hurt any of those she cares for, he knew that a lot. Guilt was swelling him up, but he knew that this was the only way, moreover this is the way that fate wanted it to be.
Slowly and carefully, Zen approached Zin and carried her on his arms gently. Rubbing her forehead to take off the dust and eyed the scratched he had given her. Despite he was the reason for all this, his love for his sister still remained. That's why despite the attack he did, he made sure that it wasn't enough to kill her.
With a sigh, Zen proceeded to carry Zin in her arms and went off to God knows where. Hoping that once she awakens, he will be able to clear everything between them. And perhaps, maybe even clear things up with the rest.

KHUN'S POV
"News! Breaking News! The results are in from the Northern Arena!!" My attention was stolen by one of the hosts as he began announce the circumstances regarding the battle between Team Fug and Team Mad Dog which took place in the Northern Arena.
The host then continued. "Team Fug won because Team Mad Dog threw in the towel! The winner of the semifinal is Team Fug!!"
I was shocked.
'What?' Gave up?' What the hell was going on back there? Why in the world would Team Mad Dog give up? Confusion painted my face as I continue to stare at the now moving Archimedes and the host who continued on his announcement.
"I have one more piece of news! Five members of Team FUG, including Jue Viole Grace have left the Team. So Ron Mei and Varagarv of Team Mad Dog shall take their places!"
O__O??!!? <------- Khun
'What?!'
"Hey, Zon are you hearing this?" I tapped (slapped) Zon harshly who was on my side who seemed so laid back despite this absurd information that was spoon-fed to us so bluntly and carefree!
However, the man just ignored which ticked me off and caused me to shift my gaze to him. "Hey!"
"I love you..." Zon told to himself as he looked at himself through his mirror he brought, his expression trying the best to look dreamy as possible. "God I'm so romantic.....I wanna marry myself."
-___- <------- Khun
I decided to ignore this imbecile on my right side and continued to piece up all the informations I have gathered as of now and think of a (temporary) solution.
Bam isn't the type to betray his teammates, well it depends on who his teammates are of course. But remembering that time he protected one of them when Isu fought him, it's most likely that he will protect his teammates. Which gives me more enough reasons on why it's totally impossible for him to betray Team Fug.
However, Zin is there. So could it be possible that this is a part of Zin's plan (if she does have), convincing Bam to oppose their side? But Bam wouldn't do such a nasty thing and it's risky. For all I know, we may be used as hostage to blackmail Bam into following FUG's desires despite against his own.
Not only that, the host had mentioned that there are five, so that means there are four more that also fled. I am assuming that two of them are Novick and Zin. Does this mean that this betrayal act has occurred in Team FUG has something to do with Team Mad Dog joining forces all of a sudden?
My brows scrunched as I continued to speculate with Rak and Yeon continued to argue and spout nonsense with a loud volume.
"He's not a bad turtle!"
"He is a bad person!"
"You're wrong!! Damn Angola Turtle!"
"Let's go to the Waiting Area first and check out what's going on. And crocodile cover your face." I ordered them before our whole Team travelled to the Waiting Area for the quarter finalists.
Which consisted of a surprisingly larger building than I thought and looks comfy and spacious inside.
R-9 who introduced itself, a flying robot that looked like a camera, to be the guide of the building we step a foot in. It simply told us the area where to rest before the semifinals begin which was in the hallway to out right.
However my interest were so far different from taking a rest. "I'd like to see the record of the battle between Team Fug and Team Mad Dog." I requested politely.
"You can watch them in the video room. That is the first room to your left." R-9 replied.
And so that's where I went to. I made sure to give my teammates instruction on making sure they take some rest before the next match and then proceeding to my video room.
But before doing so, I was interrupted by my dilemma.
"Hey, can I come too?" Zon questioned, concern spread on his face, brows furrowed and eyes emphasize anxiety. "I think Big Sis Zin is part of this whatever's going on."
My brows perked up at his statement as a thought came in mind. 'Oh right, if Zin knows something about this.....maybe I could try and contact her with the Pocket?'
'I'll watch the video first.'
(A/N: I might edit this part just because I'm not sure if they're allowed to use their Pockets during the game or not...I know it's been very confusing but pls bear with me. Despite the Workshop Battle being one of my faves arcs, it's undeniably one of the most complicated ones. ToT )
I immediately understood Zon's concern for her sister.
Nodding, I gestured with my head with a tilt to then indicate my invitation of Zon in coming along. "Sure."
From that simple reply, Zon
