"Where the heck were you?"

Baekhyun's questioning look welcomed me once I entered the house. I forgot about him after the attack I had and I only noticed now that it's almost midnight.

The living room was dimmed, only the lamp was on to give light to the place. I gave him a sly grin and walked to the stairs.

"Appa called. I just had to deal with some things." I lied. I took the first step on the stairs and halted when he spoke.

"You should've told me, Saemi. I was looking all over for you." I pursed my lips and faced him with a small smile.

"Mian. Good night, Byun." I went up to my room, still feeling him eyeing me until I close the door before heaving a sigh.

For the following days, I chose to stay at home and not go with Baekhyun to their rehearsals. He left early before I even woke up so I didn't get to prepare him food before he go.

I felt my phone buzzed while I was going through the shows and movies in Netflix.

Minhyungie

Noona
Can I drop by later?

Sure. Make sure to bring snacks

Got it ;)

I settled on watching Hwarang. There was this particular character that caught my attention upon taking in his features. He kinda looks like Byun. Is he perhaps related to him?

I was in the middle of watching when I heard the door creak open. Who's that? Min Hyung would have rang the doorbell if it was him. Baekhyun's the only one who has keys and he's still at work.

I looked at the door and was taken aback when I saw Baekhyun removing his shoes before stepping in, making me confused.

"Oh? I thought you have practice today?"

"We finished early." He replied and went to the kitchen to find for something to eat. I stood on my feet and went there as well.

"What do you wanna eat? I have ramyeon here." I opened the cupboard and brought out the ramen I was saving for later when Min Hyung arrives. But I guess this idol is starved at the moment and he'll have to take it first.

"Yeah, I'll have that. Thanks." I moved on to preparing the ramyeon for him and placed it on the table while he's fishing on his phone. He glanced at me and mumbled a small thanks before proceeding to eat.

"We'll eat well!"

"How was the practice?" I asked and propped my elbow on the table, watching him eat. He slurped the noodles before looking at me.

"We still have to finish the last part of the song. But the choreographer dismissed us early for some reason." I hummed.

"Good luck on your performance."

"Of course, chippy. As long as you'll come watch me on the performance night." A grin crept on my face and chuckled.

"I'll check my schedule."

"What's this? You don't even do anything."

"There's so much you don't know about me, Byun." I stood up and I felt him follow me with his eyes.

"Yah! You haven't told me your secret today and yesterday. You owe me two, chippy." I scoffed at what he said and stoop up to get him some water before he could even choke on his food.

"I was about to major in music but my father err- forced me to take entrepreneurship."

"So you're a musician?" He looked at me with his mouth agape causing me to chuckle. Is that really surprising?

"I would say I am." I replied and placed the glass of water on the table. He took it and drank it whole before burping and excusing himself.

"How about your other secret?"

Before I could even answer, the doorbell rang and I rushed to get the door. Min Hyung immediately went inside while smiling widely and sat on the couch.

"What is that kid doing here?" Baekhyun asks from the kitchen. I looked at him apologetically.

"My second secret is, my brother's coming over." I snickered before sitting beside my brother who's eyes wide open at seeing Baekhyun, again.

"Yah, what's wrong with you?" I nudged his side but he quickly snapped out of whatever his thoughts were and brought out the chips he bought and placed them on the center table.

While he was bringing them all out of the paper bag, he said, "I'm now a trainee in SM Ent." causing my eyes to widen in shock.

"Oh my gosh. I'm so proud of you!" I jumped at him and put my arms around him, swaying us both. Then I saw Baekhyun moving out of the kitchen and going upstairs.

"I'll just go change." I nodded at what he said and continued hugging my brother who was already complaining at my sudden action.

"Noona, stop~" He whines.

After moving away from him, we settled on searching for a series to watch. I found Extraordinary You and we began binge watching this KDrama. I guess I'll finish Hwarang next time.

Baekhyun came down soon and sat beside me on the long couch. Min Hyung was sitting on the single couch, his feet placed on top of the center table while munching on his chips.

"Ugh! Why can't they just reveal the guy? For all we know, he's really handsome."

"Oh my gosh. Why is he so handsomeeeee?" I squealed when Rowoon was revealed. I couldn't help myself from hitting the one beside me, and unfortunately, it was Baekhyun who chose to sit with me.

"Yah! Stop hitting me, girl!" He gripped my arm to stop my hand but my eyes are focused on the tv.

BAEKHYUN'S POV

This woman is really something, isn't she?

Really? Hitting someone while seeing a guy in a television. Is this how fangirls react when they see us on stage?

I kept my grip on her arm just to make sure Saemi wouldn't just attack all of a sudden if something 'thrilling' comes up. But she didn't budge. Her eyes are focused on the tv, not even minding what's happening around her.

I took the chance to look at her features. From her eyes down to her lips. It all screamed beauty and simplicity. For the past few weeks I've been with her, I never saw her put on a show on anybody. Not even giving an effort to put make up on her face when I bring her to our dance practices.

I suddenly remembered the last time she went with me in our practice. She looked so worn out when she told me her father called for her. What did he tell her?

I was alarmed when she suddenly cried loudly that caught both Min Hyung and I's attention.

"What now, noona?" I chuckled at Min Hyung's complain but my attention was snatched away again by Saemi's cries. She's literally crying like a baby.

"Remember Dan Oh, Haru-ya! You can't just ignore her as if she didn't actually have a role in your life!"

"Haru-yaaaa! My goodness, I even call him just like how Dan Oh does."

"Stop crying, woman!" I used the back of my hand to wipe her tears racing down her soft cheeks and took the glass of water on the table before making her drink. And I just didn't give it to her. I brought the glass to her mouth and made her gulp it down.

She hiccupped a lot of times, her eyes still drenched from crying a lot.

"It's just a drama, chippy. You're such a baby." I mumbled to her and she looked at me with a mocking look.

"As if you're not?"

"Why? Do I act like a baby?" I raised an eyebrow and she huffed.

"Heck yeah, you do."

"So I'm your baby?"

"Yeaโ€” wait what?" A smug grin crept on my face upon hearing her almost agree to what I said. I turned my head to the tv and I can still see from my peripheral sight that she was still looking at me.

"Quit staring at your baby."

"What the heck, Byun?"
