The group waited for the Uber that was going to pick them up and take them to Bato's house. As they waited Aang suggested for them to wait inside the airport because it began to snow plus's Toph was shivering to death, Sokka warped his arms around her as they walked inside trying to warm her up.

Finally, the Uber came and drove them to the house where they quickly ran inside trying not to freeze to death since they weren't wearing the appropriate clothes for the snow. They all stood in the living room catching their breaths before Suki spoke.

Suki - I wasn't expecting it to be this cold

Sokka - I mean we are in Chicago during winter

Katara - We better change into something more appropriate for this weather

Toph - Yeah I agree

Toph grabbed her suitcase and began walking upstairs towards all the rooms, everyone followed behind her before Toph turned around facing the group.

Toph -  Who's rooms are which?

Sokka - Oh I forgot to assign rooms, I guess just pick a room?

Katara - Oh I call the one with a fireplace!

Zuko - No fair !

Katara ran into a room on her right and everyone else began running around looking for a good room to stay in while Toph just stood in the hallway unbothered.

Sokka -  Aren't you going to pick a room?

Toph - Ehh I'll just pick whichever one is left

Sokka - Oh ok, Well the last empty room is down this hallway and on the right. Need any help getting there?

Toph - Nope I got it

Toph lifted her bag & Suitcase off of the ground strolling into her new room where she would be staying for the next 3 weeks, Sokka stood in the hallway smiling as he was watching Toph.

He then was snapped out of his stare by feeling Katara's fingers on his shoulder.

Katara - Being a creep much?

Katara said with a slick smile and crossed arms

Sokka - What no!

Sokka said blushing

Katara - Whatever. We are going to leave soon so you better get a dress for this weather

Sokka - Alright

Katara left Sokka as he began walking into his room, He smiled walking into his room because he got to the room closest to Toph which made him happy

Soon the group walked out of their room wearing jeans and big puffy jackets, Everyone was excited as they walked into town but not Toph.

She was upset with the weather Toph already knew it was going to be cold but she still didn't like wearing big fuzzy jackets.

While Toph unhappy walked into town she had a pouty look on her face which Solka couldn't keep his eyes off and her red cold nose made her seem 10x more cutter to him.

The group walked into a target to get stuff for the house, Aang and Katara did some grocery shopping while Suki and Zuko looked at the Christmas decorations. Leaving Toph and Sokka alone in the toy section.

Sokka - WOW look at this Toph!

Toph - One word.Blind.

Sokka - Oh yeah, it's a marvel live-action captain America doll!

Toph - That actually sounds cool. I mean I'm more of an Iron man guy but it's still pretty cool!Do they have any other marvel stuff?

Sokka - Yeah, They have an Iron man mask and Captain American shield !!

Toph - No way!

Sokka -  I know right, We have to buy it

Toph - Maybe

Sokka - Ahhhh look here Toph!

Toph - Blind

Sokka - Oh yeah sorry. It's a Marvel video game

Toph - You know what fuck it let's get all the marvel stuff we can find!

Aang and Katara walked towards the office supply area where they ran into Zuko and Suki. The group began talking for a while before Aang realized something.

Aang - Umm guys?

Suki - Yeah Aang?

Aang - where are Sokka and Toph?

Katara - I was about to ask the same thing

Suki noticed something behind Aang and moved her head trying to figure out what it.

Once she realized what it was her eyes widened and Zuko noticed her so he did the same thing and of course when he figured out what it was his eyes widened as well. This got Katara and Aang attention

Katara - What? It's there something behind us

Suki - Yeah

Zuko - I think we know where Sokka and Toph are

Zuko pointed behind Aang's head. Katara and Aang turned around to find Sokka and Toph walking towards them

[ A/N  I want you guys to imagine the part in movies when the characters walk in slow motion ]

Sokka was wearing a captain American shield on his back with a Captain America shirt and black sunglasses. Sokka was moving a cart that contained a whole bunch of Marvel stuff.

Toph was next to him with an iron man hand glove also wearing black sunglasses, They finally made it up to the group where everyone stood in silence because they were shocked with all the Stuff Sokka and Toph had.

Katara - What is that?

Sokka - Marvel stuff !

Katara - Yeah I know.....But why?

Toph - Why not ?

Aang - Well I think it's great

Sokka - Thank you Aang

Katara - Whatever I think we should start heading home

Suki  - Yeah I think so too

The group headed over to the check-out line where they paid for groceries and also where Sokka and Toph happily paid for their marvel stuff.

Once The group made it home Suki and Aang put away the groceries while Katara began cooking some dinner. Zuko was taking a shower and Sokka was laying on the couch cuddling with Toph as they listened to the Tv.

Sokka - Tomorrow is going to be so much fun

Toph - I bet

Sokka - What should we do first?

Toph - I don't know whatever you feel like doing

Sokka - Ok we have to go ice skating

Toph - I don't know Sokka, I won't be able to see that well

Sokka - Don't worry one bit I'll be there the whole time

Sokka - I Promise

Toph - Promise?

Sokka - Promise

Sokka bent down and gave Toph a Passionate kiss on the lips before breaking apart so they could walk to the dining table.

They sat down at the table and thanked Katara for the lovely meal before stuffing their face.
After dinner, everyone headed ups stairs to go to sleep.

[ Next day ]

Toph woke up the next day to the house binging completely quiet. So she headed downstairs to find everyone staring at a window speechless, Toph walked over to them wrapping her arms around Sokka's neck from behind.

Top - What's going on?

Zuko - There's a whole heard of deers near Katara car

Suki - They are so cute!

Katara - Cute? That car was not cheap

Sokka - Yeah but they are the pretty cute

Katara - Ugg I guess they are

Aang - So what are we going to do today guys

Aang said as the group began walking away from the window and Toph still had her arms around Sokka as they walked making Sokka heart melt

Sokka - Toph and I are planning to go ice skating

Katara - That sounds like so much fun

Katara - I'll start getting ready

Sokka - Uhh no I meant it was going to be just me and Toph

Katara looked Towards Sokka disappointed and then let out a sad sigh before taking Aang by the hand and sitting on the couch with him.

Zuko walked with Suki toward the kitchen as they ate breakfast,
Sokka walked upstairs with Toph to her room.

Toph's face-planted onto the bed while Sokka began going through her clothes trying to find an outfit for Toph to wear sense she hated picking out her clothes.

Sokka - Excited for today?

Sokka - I can't hear you from the pillow Toph

Toph - Ugh

Toph lifts her head off of the pillow eyes still closed

Toph - I said, why can't everyone else come?

Sokka stopped looking through her clothes and started thinking for a minute before walking over towards the bed and laying next to Toph

Sokka - I guess I just wanted someone on one time with you

Sokka - Is that bad?

Toph - Nah it's fine, so snoozels when are we leaving?

Sokka - Now actually

Sokka got off of Toph's bed and handed her Winter clothes as he exited the room. After they both got dressed they met up in the hallway and walked downstairs where they said goodbye to everyone.

Once they left the house Sokka included that the ice skating rink wasn't too far so they could walk to it. When they got there Sokka paid for the tickets and walked inside with Toph where they ordered their shoes.

Worker - Size?

Sokka - Men's 11 and a kids 5.5

Worker - Alright here you go, have fun

Sokka - Thanks

Sokka and Toph walked inside the ice skating ring and were sent windy chills by the icy weather.

Sokka sat down on a bench to put his skates on and then after he placed them on he helped get Toph to get her skates on since she was having a difficult time.

Once Toph had her skates on she stood up and immediately grabbed onto Sokka's arm not wanting to fall.

This made Sokka laugh and Toph get embarrassed, Finally, Sokka was Abel to make it Inside the skating ring with Toph holding on to his arm for dear life.

Once Toph feet reached the ice her frown disappeared and her face began full of fear, not know what to do she grabbed on Sokka arm tighter not realizing she sunk her nails into his skin

"Owww," Sokka thought to himself

Toph - Ok this is a lot scarier than I thought

Sokka - It's ok just try to keep your balance

Sokka regret saying that because right after he said it Toph started tripping even more and every time she would try to get up she would push Sokka down and then she would fall again leaving both of them on the ground

Toph - Ahhhhh I don't like this

Sokka - I have an Idea

Toph - No..... Sokka doesn't get an idea....please don't!

As they began to stand up from the floor Sokka quickly let go of Toph because he knew if he slowly let go of her she wouldn't let go of him.

Once Sokka let go of Toph he stood up and watched her as she slowly slid away from him yelling.

Toph - Ahhh, why am I moving so slow ?Sokka!!!!! Where are you!?!?!??

Sokka - Toph don't worry about me I'm fine

Toph - Dude I don't care if  you are fine I'm worried about myself

Sokka -Wait Toph stop!

Toph - No forget it I'm an independent women
I can skate by myself

Sokka - Toph waits for no-

Crash

Sokka - Toph!

Sokka ran over to Toph as she laid on the floor from hitting the window. She was face-planted on the ground and when Sokka help lifted her face off she was bleeding from her lip.

Sokka - Ow that must have hurt

Toph - Ehhh I'm still mad at you for letting me go

Sokka - I'm sorry I thought you would learn better

Toph - Yeah just let the blind girl skate on ice, She would so definitely figure it out

Sokka - Here let me help you

Sokka places one arm around Toph's waist and the other holding her hand that was placed over his shoulder.

After Sokka helped Toph up from the floor they skate together, Of course, Toph still holding onto Sokka and Sokka still having his arm around her waist.

But slowly Toph let go of her grip and she began skating by herself, Sokka smiled knowing that Toph was having fun and she understood skating.

Toph - Wow I can't believe it took me so long to figure it out

Sokka - Yeah It's really fun once you understand it

Toph - I bet I can skate better than you

Sokka - is that a challenge?

Toph - Yep, you on for it?

Sokka - You know I am

Toph immediately began skating super fast sending wind to people that stood near her, Sokka followed behind realizing she was a boss at this and he was getting quite tired trying to keep up with her.

When Toph noticed that Sokka was behind she started skating backward impressing Sokka even more.

Toph - Told ya I'm better

Sokka - Alright you win

Toph - So I guess that makes me the queen of ice skating?

Sokka - Haha I guess

Toph - And that makes you Mr. Ice skating loser

Sokka let out a sigh and frowned

Sokka - Hey Ms ice skating queen

Toph - Yeah?

Sokka - Look behind you

Toph - Ahhhh !

Toph's face planted into another window except for this time it wasn't that hard but she still fell on the ground. Sokka finally caught up to her and let out a hand helping Toph get up

Sokka - Did the skating queen just fall?

Toph - Shut up  Snoozles

After a while of skating Toph and Sokka agreed they were done for the day so they turned in their skates and headed outside.

While walking home Sokka had got a great idea to mess with Toph and have a fun time. Sokka stopped walking and bent down to get a bundle of Snow before forming it into a ball and throwing it at Toph.

Toph - Hey what was that for?

Sokka - No reason.

Toph - Oh I'll give you a reason

Toph bent down and began throwing Snowballs at Sokka and before they knew it they were having a snowball war and Toph was winning.

Toph - Ready to give up?

Toph said from her hiding spot

Sokka - Not yet. sneak attack !

Sokka ran towards Toph from behind the tree but Toph already knew he was there so she threw a couple of snowballs at him causing him to trip over a stick and tumble onto Toph.

Then the two fell on the ground and tried catching their breath from laughing so hard.

Toph - I guess I win like always

Sokka - I let you win

Toph - Sure Snoozles

Toph gave Sokka a slick smile which warmed his heart before kissing Toph as the snow began to fall again. Finally, after a while, Toph pulled away from the kiss

Toph - Umm Sokka?

Sokka - Yeah Toph

Toph - You are kinda crushing me

Sokka - Oh I'm sorry

Sokka got off of Toph and helped her stand up, they stood up Wiping the snow off of their clothes before heading back home.
