Sokka drove into the stake house Parking area and helped get Toph out of his car. They walked into the stake house and got seated in a booth, Then they ordered their meals and waited for the food to come.

As they waited they had a small talk here and there but nothing really big, Sokka wanted to apologize for being such a jerk to Toph and being mean to her for no reason.

Toph also wanted to apologize to Sokka but neither of them knew how to bring it up which resulted in a very awkward silence between the two best friends.

Finally, the food arrived and they both stuffed their faces with meat, Sokka orders a big fat steak and some side of steak fries while Toph ordered A hamburger and a side of fries as well.

They ate their food very quickly and didn't have time to talk, As they waited for the waiter to come to pick up their plates Toph began to Talk

Toph - Sokka?

Sokka - Yeah Toph what is it?

Toph - I umm I want to apologize for being such a jerk

Sokka - What! I should be the one apologizing for being mean to you for no reason

Toph - Well I guess we were both jerks this past week, so do you forgive me?

Sokka - As long as you forgive me then we're good.

Toph - Ok, umm what do you want to talk about?

Sokka - How about that date you had tonight Mrs. Beifong?

Toph - Ugh worst night ever

Toph said as she planted her face onto the table

Sokka - Come on it can't be that bad?

Toph - You have no idea...

Toph mumbled from the table

Sokka - Ok just tell me

Toph lifted her face from the table and began telling Sokka about the date she had tonight and how she never wanted to see Chang's face again.

Sokka tried holding in his laugh as she talked about the wasabi part but he couldn't keep it in and just started laughing his pants off, At first

Toph gave him an "I'm going to kill you look"

which made Sokka stopped laughing and sit up straight but then Toph started laughing to and together they started laughing annoying the couple that sat behind them.

Finally, the waiter came and took their plates and handed the check to them Sokka paid for the meal and walked to his car with Toph,

The whole ride to campus they blasted the radio and sang at the top of their lungs and had a great time.

They made it back to the campus and walked up to their apartment floor Sokka was going to go to his apartment but Toph pulled him into her dorm and sat him down on the couch as she served them ice cream.

Toph walked over to Sokka with two bowls of mint Chocolate in her hand and gave him one as she sat at the other side of the couch from him. They began eating and talking about old high school memories because that was their favorite thing to do.

Toph - Haha, Okay but remember that freshmen that spilled Hot Coffee on the principle. And he got detection for a week...I'm pretty sure he moved schools after that hahaha

Sokka- I can't believe you remember that... I even forgot about it...You have on heck of a memory

Toph - What can I say besides that there is no end to my greatnesses. Ok what was one of your favorite memories of high school

Sokka - Um oh I know the spring dance

Toph - really?

Sokka - YESSS it was SOOOO much fun don't you remember

Toph - uhh I don't because I didn't go...My date bailed on me....remember?

Sokka - Oh gosh I'm so sorry I forgot I feel so bad-

Toph - it's fine, I destroyed his car the next day

Sokka - He missed out on a whole lot of fun

Toph - Yeah he did haha

Sokka - So umm Toph can ask you something ?

Toph - Sure

Sokka - Do you know why thing's didn't work out with Chang?

Toph - Yeah I know...You weren't the person who ate raw fish for an hour

Sokka -  Toph I'm trying to be serious

Toph - Oh ok this is my serious face

Toph put down her ice cream bowl on the carpet floor and whipped her face before trying to make a "serious" face.

But it looked more like she was trying to hold in a big fart and Sokka started crazy laughing and Toph joined in,

Then out of nowhere, they started to play fight and before they knew it Toph fell on top of Sokka the way she did the night before.

They stopped play fighting and sat in the romantic tension between each other not knowing what to do. Sokka just stared at Toph's amazing foggy green eyes while Toph looked into the darkness, Finally, Toph got off of Sokka and sat at the other side of the couch and Sokka sat upon his Side of the couch as well.

A couple of minutes after an awkward silence Toph walked over to her room and changed into black sweatpants and an oversize green earth kingdom shirt and had her hair up in a very messy bun.

Then she grabbed 2 blankets from a closest and threw one of them on Sokka head as she walked over to the other end of the couch Sokka was sitting at.

Toph wrapped herself around the blanket and curdle into a little bawl and closed her eyes, Sokkka grabbed the blanket from his face and placed it on top of himself, and got comfortable for the night.

Sokka finally tried going to sleep by closing his eyes but his mind was still up and wouldn't let him fall asleep so he lifted his foot on top of Toph's leg which caused Toph to push Sokka's foot back and him to laugh in pain.

After Sokka was done laughing in pain he did the same thing again trying to be playful but Toph did not take it that way and pushed Sokka off of the couch with one foot and quickly sat up on the couch.

Sokka looked up from the floor and saw Toph and she looked like she was about to destroy the whole building

Sokka got up from the floor and grabbed his blanket and sat at the other end of the couch as Toph still "looked" into his soul.

Toph - WHaT arE YOU DoING.......I'm TryING TO gEt SoME SlEep

Sokka - Ok sorry It's just that I can't fall asleep and I was just trying to have fun

Toph - Ok Fine! If you can't fall asleep just talk to the celling

Sokka - Okay

Toph laid back down and closed her eyes Sokka thought she fell back asleep but she was listing to what Sokka was saying to the ceiling. Sokka sat up against the head of the began talking to the ceiling

Sokka - Ok celling "person" I'm Sokka and right here on my left is my very grumpy friend Toph

Toph lifted her left leg and shoved it down on Sokka's lap which caused him to yell in pain, But then he took this as an excuse to give Toph a free foot rub which she seemed to enjoy a lot Later They both drifted off to their sleep.

[ Next day ]

Katara woke up from her room and took a shower and got dressed she went back to her room to do her makeup as Suki went to the bathroom and took a shower neither of them realizing Sokka and Toph were knocked out on the couch.

After Katara was done with her makeup she left her room and headed to the kitten to make breakfast but as she was walking to the kitten and saw Sokka and Toph asleep on the couch together Katara narrowed her eyebrows and bit her lip.

This call's for an emergency meeting.........Now
Katara whispered to herself

Katara ran over to the bathroom and banged on the bathroom door and heard Suki fall,

Suki - OWW

Katara - Sorry

Then Katara raced to the boy's dorm and opened their door, Zuko had just woken up and was walking to the bathroom but Katara grabbed his hand and rushed to Aang's room where she pulled him out of bed.

Aang - HEY what's going on

Zuko - Yeah I was going to go pee-

Katara - Shut up I need to show you guys something before they wake up

Zuko -Show us-

Katara - I said Shut up!

Katara dragged Aang and Zuko out of their dorm and brought them to the girl's living room where Toph and Sokka were sleeping, Suki rushed out of the bathroom soaking wet and had a towel wrapped around her hair and body which made Zuko cheeks become bloody red.

Katara finally let go of the boy's arms and pointed at Sokka & Toph they got everyone's attention and they turned towards the couch and tilted their head in confusion.

Sokka had both of his legs twisted around Toph Right leg and Toph left leg was on top of Sokka chest, While Sokka Left arm was placed on Toph foot and his other arm laying over the couch - Toph had her hands over her hair and faced and had 2 strands of hair in a bun as the rest of her hair was all against her face.

Katra - What are we going to do?

Zuko - About what?

Katara - About Them

Aang - I do not see the problem

Katara - Ugh  the problem is that one second their "Best buds" then the next Toph is in Sokka's room making out with him But the next day they don't talk to each other And now this!!

Aang - I kinda see your point now

Zuko - I don't I'm fucking confused, Besides why should we care what they do it's their life

Katara - You are not made for these kinda talks

Zuko - I'm not

Katara - Anyway, what should we do Help them become a couple or not?

Suki - I don't know, you guys should decide I'm still the new girl

Aang - I say we should help-

Aang stopped talking when he heard Toph and Sokka waking up and soon the whole group were staring at them as they woke up.

Toph untangled her legs from Sokka and began putting her hair back in a bun while Sokka rubbed the back of his head, He turned around to see everyone staring at him and caused him to jump.

Sokka - Umm What are you guys doing?

Katara - Well *cough* nothing we were.....umm just talking about school

Toph - Next time you lie try putting in more effort.

Katara - Whatever fine. But what were you guys doing?

Toph - It's called sleeping!now if you excuse me I'm going to the cafeteria for some breakfast

Sokka - Yeah me two

Toph and Sokka walked out of the girl's apparent and headed to breakfast, Katara started to clean up the living room as Aang helped. Suki went back to the bathroom to continue her shower that was rudely interrupted earlier.And Zuko went back to his room to get the dress for the day.

Later that day the group went to the mall and had a blast and of course, Toph and Sokka were side by side which caught Aang and Katara's attention, After the mall, the group went to the boy's apartment to have a movie night.

They watched Jurassic park and Katara was holding onto Aang the whole time while Toph laughed every time she heard someone being killed by the T-Rex. The girls slept over at the boy's apartment that night and went back to their home in the morning, Nothing else happened that weekend and before they knew it it was Monday.
