Amelia woke up to the sound of owl pecking on her window. She looked at the owl and instantly recognised it was from her father. Confused she got up to open the window and take the letter, but she saw there were three letters. Two tied to the owl and one already dropped on the window sill. All three of them had her name. 

She took them in and the owl left. She saw two were letters while the other one was a howler. She widened her eyes, what on earth did she do to receive a howler? That too from her father.

She decided she would open the howler and other letters at some deserted place. So got ready and and left her dorm. Descending the stairs of the gryffindor common room she got several weird glances, some suggestive, some bewildered etc etc.

She got several glares from the girls of the whole school. Many girls sneered at her making her more and more confused and frustrated. She decided she would go to the black lake to hear the howler and read the letters.

"I always knew she was a bitch" Amelia heard a girl hiss behind her back to her friend.

"I am better than her" Another hissed. Amelia clenched her jaw and turned around sharply to face the girls behind her.

"I dare you say that on my face" Amelia said in a low dangerous tone. The girls ran away.

Amelia huffed annoyed and continued walking, she saw most of people who were giving her wierd looks wete holding newspaper.

"Shorty wait" Amelia heard George call from behind. She turned around to see both the twins coming together. One cheery while the other one gloomly.

"Yep wassup?" Amelia asked smiling.

"You really are a thing shorty" George said wiggling his eyebrows. Amelia looked questioningly at him then at Fred who looked away briskly.

"What the hell is up with people today!?" She exclaimed. George laughed and handed her the newspaper.

Looking the front page her eyes popped out. Thete was a large picture of Amelia and Cedric kissing. Her head started spinning wildly, she started freaking out. George again laughed at her reaction which was a whirlwind of emotions.

With her mouth wide agape, Amelia turned around with a traumatic look on her face and continued her walking towards the Black lake. She couldnt believe her eyes, that bitch really printed their picture while kissing that too on the front page!

Amelia reached the black lake and started with the howler somewhat knowing what it could be about.

"AMELIA SIERRA BLACK! HOW COULD YOU!? I WOKE UP IN THE MORNING AND PICK UP THE DAILY PROPHET TO SEE MY DAUGHTER KISSING A GUY!?- sirius calm down- SHUT UP MOONY! I CANNOT BELIEVE MY EYES! WHENEVER I CLOSE MY EYES THAT HORRIBLE PICTURE COMES IN MY MIND- stop overreacting sirius- MOONY PLEASE, YOU SAID THAT SNIVELLUS WILL LOOK AFTER MY DAUGHTER BETTER THAN YOU, THIS IS WHAT HE HAS BEEN LOOKING AFTER!? I WANT HER HOME BACK, AWAY FROM THAT BOY, OR I COULD JUST MURDER HIM MYSELF, I WONT MIND ANOTHER 12 YEARS IN AZKABAN- thats enough sirius, silencio- Amelia dont worry he is just overreacting, i know Cedric is a nice guy- ouch Sirius stop hitting me, take care Amelia" as the howler finished it scattered into pieces.

Amelia sat there bewildered not knowing how to react. She did not know if she could face the other two letters.

She saw one letter was from Remus and another had a very rich parchment and strong royal scent. She decided to open Remus' letter first.

Dear Amelia,

I myself am bewildered but dont worry, i know the guy, he is a nice lad, i have taught him. I knew it was gonna happen sometime.

Sirius here is in a little trauma and refuses to eat. But dont worry about that, i will handle it. Just make sure when you meet him, keep yourself prepared because he surely is gonna through a fit. His dramatic self wont accept it this early.

And on the other hand, i dont know how you will deal will Severus, he is gonna be same as Sirius. So i wish you luck with that.

And also keep informing me if anything happens more. And yes, try to keep your face away from his as much as possible.

Amelia rolled her eyes, although she had been freaking out still. Her father, godfather actually the whole damn world has seen the picture of her kissing one of the Triwizard champion and she did not know how to take it.

She sighed exasperatedly and opened another letter. She saw it was from Mrs. Malfoy. Great just great! She thought to herself, it wont be late when she will recieve a letter from her dead mother too.

Dearest Amelia,

I hope you are doing fine. Today i saw your picture in the daily prophet with a boy, quite handsome he is.

I like him, he appears good to me for you. I gathered information about his family. They are all purebloods even if they dont support pureblood beliefs.

I dont think that is a matter of objection for you or dear cousin Sirius. If you want I will try to get you guys betrothed-

Amelia widened her eyes and instantly crumpled the paper in horror. Her heart was beating rapidly.  This was insane. She tried to calm her breathing and got up. That was more than enough for today.

The whole day Amelia was the target of every damn student in the castle. She tried her best to stay away from her uncle's gaze and also skipped his lecture today.

Cedric seemed almost unfazed with the picture of him in the newspaper kissing his girlfriend. He knew Amelia was distressed, it was a very horrible way to come out. He tried to convince her that it was fine.

Draco on the other hand couldnt have been more pissed. He started burning every newspaper in the slytherin common room. Meanwhile Amelia's beauxbatons and slytherin friends were very happy for her.

Amelia told Cedric about the howler from her father the boy was really intimidated. Amelia laughed at his reaction. She didnt tell him about Narcissa's letter it was embarrassing.

"I am just worried how will i face Sev" Amelia muttered worriedly.

"Its not like he will avada you" Draco said nonchalantly.

"He could do worse" Amelia whined.

A first year student came towards Amelia with a small piece of parchemnt in his hand, he handed that to her and left before smirking at Amelia. She clenched her jaw how every kid in hogwarts had the audacity to make fun of her. She read the note which the boy gave her and instantly all the color drained off her face.

"What happened, satan summoned?" Draco asked sarcastically.

"Yes" Amelia muttered wide eyed amd got making her way slowly to the dungeons office. Where her dear uncle called her.

She took calm breaths before knocking at the door, she wished to get dissovled in air at this moment.

Her heart stopped when the door opened in a swift moment, she casted her wide eyes down and went inside.

She flinched when the door closed with a bang. She took heavy breaths trying to keep herself calm and avoid any panic attacks. She felt Sev's presence behind her, she gulped not daring to utter a word.

"Did you read today' newspaper?" Sev asked in his low cold voice. Amelia merely nodded still boring holes in the floor with her eyes.

"Interesting news topics nowadays" Sev said in a bitter low tone. Amelia started freaking out internally as she heard the shuffling of papers behind her.

"Read me this headline" Sev muttered passing Amelia the newspaper. With slightly trembling hands, Amelia clutched to the paper and saw her and Cedric's picture, kissing.

Sev went forward in a swift moment and sat on his chair with his hands clasped together. Amelia didnt dare meet his eyes.

"I said read" he said in monotone. Amelia inhaled sharply.

"The T-Triwizard champion Cedric Diggory and the daughter of escaped prisoner and mass murderer Sirius Black, romancing before the first task" Amelia read mentally cringing on what that bitch skeeter wrote. Amelia knew today was her end.

"Further" Sev sneered bitterly.

"Amelia Sierra Black, a twelve year old witch, takes a liking towards the handsome hunk and the Triwizard champion from hogwarts Cedric Diggory of twenty. The couple had been many times spotted roaming around the hogwarts castle hand in hand and smoo- erm. From some sources it is know that the daughter of the mass murderer was expelled from beauxbatons a year ago...." Amelia trailed off with a look of distaste on her face.

"Fantastic" He muttered in his usual tone but his eyes glaring daggers.

"What are your views on this Ms. Black" He asked in low scary tone. Just let me bloody go. She thought to herself.

Suddenly she remembered something. And looked up at him confidently. Why was she even scared about this?

"Its quite fascinating if you ask me" Amelia said with a smirk watchig Sev fume in anger.

"What happened Professor? I dont think a student's personal life is of any concern to you" Amelia mocked. He stood up abruptly from his chair and she couldnt care less. Not knowing from where all this courage was coming in her.

"You have lost all you etiquettes living in that wretched house" he sneered.

"I am sorry professor but i dont think you have the right to insult any house while being the head of one" Amelia said slyly. She could sense he was going to burst out anytime.

"And now it would be very understanding of you let me take my lectures" Amelia said with a tight mocking smile. As she was about to twist the door knob Sev casted the spell locking it.

"You wont leave until we are finished" He said angrily.

"There's nothing pending professor" She said glaring at him.

"I will not tolerate this behavior of my niece" He sneered.

"Oh so now you remember you have a niece" Amelia said laughing dryly.

"That is enough of your insolence Amelia" Sev said sternly.

"No sev, that is enough of you being a prick, stop trying control me okay, i can do whatever i want, i can date however i want, i am sorry if it hurts you but you have no rights to control me" Amelia yelled furiously.

"Dont raise your voice Amelia, and you better realise I am your ward, not your escaped prisoner father. I have every right to stop you from doing such stupidity" He said furiously.

"You know what Piss off" Amelia yelled and turned to the door.

"Bombarda" She yelled the wand pointed at the door and burst into pieces and she ran leaving a fuming Sev.

A day after Amelia's outburst at her uncle, everything is still not normal. People still whisper behind her back, and she ends up hexing a few earning atleast a dozen of detentions.

Cedric found it rather amusing how she bombarded the potion master's office door. Amelia spent most of her time in the hufflepuff common room because they were the most calm and understanding people.

After the first task being completed, the next problem was the golden egg. It held a message which no one knew how to retrieve.

Amelia had been busy reading and searching in books how to get the message out of the egg in her detention. Right now she was serving detention in Mcgonnacal's office reading a thick book about tournaments. Suddenly she widened her eyes as she found the solution amd started squealing startling Mcgonnacal.

"What on earth happened Ms. Black?" Mcgonnacal exclaimed with a hand on her heart.

"I found the way how we will get the message out of the egg Minnie" Amelia squealed. Mcgonnacal shook her head.

"You are aware that its not your job to do?" The professor asked.

"Ofcourse i know but can i not help my friend" Amelia said innocently, Mcgonnacal's face crooked in a small smile.

"Fine your detention is over" She said, Amelia grinned at her gratefully and left her office running straight to Cedric.

She found him sitting in the ground with his friends and ran towards him sitting beside him on the ground. The large grin on her face told Cedric something was up.

"I take it you found how to get the message out of the egg" Cedric said raising an eyebrow. Amelia widened her eyes surprised.

"Wow Cedric Diggory you bloody mind reader" Amelia exclaimed. Cedric laughed.

"So show me" He said. Amelia stood up holding her hand out for him to take. He took it without questioning ans stood up. They both left the group and went inside.

"So?" He asked.

"Um i have figure out that it will open in water but where can we do that?" Amelia asked unsure.

"Oh you leave that to me" Cedric said winking and pulling her to somewhere. He led her up several flights of stairs on his way he took the golden egg with him too. She kept whining about where was he taking her. They stopped on reaching on the fifth floor.

"What here?" Amelia asked.

"Come" He said grinning leading her inside. Steppig n Amelia widened her eyes on seeing an overly large and grand bathroom. She gawked seeing how beautiful it was.

"Wow Cedric Diggory you are full of surprises" Amelia said smirking at him. He shrugged grinning.

"Come lets have a bath" He said causing Amelia's cheeks to flare up.

"What me too?" She asked in a slow voice.

"You worked as hard as me you deserve a good bath, or are you saying you dont want to come in pool with me" He flirted causing her to blush more.

"I would kill to be in the pool with tou" She flirted back. Cedric grinned and quickly took his clothes off, Amelia tried to look away as much as possible, she realised she too will have to do the same. Inhaling sharply, she started unbottoning her shirt slowly.

"I would appreciate if you keep your eye away diggory" Amelia called from her shoulder playfully. Even from a distance she could feel him blush. She quickly got rid of her clothes leaving herself in sports bra and short shorts which she always wore while wearing a skirt. She tied her hair up in a bun and turned around to see he was out of sight.

"Cedric" she called then saw him rise out of water. Her breath hitched on seeing him. She didnt notice his was the same condition.

"Erm i dont think we have whole day* Cedric said coming out of trance. She nodded and went inside the large bath sheepishly. She took a dip drenching herself and found Cedric staring at her.

"Like what you see diggory?" She asked smirking fighting the blush his gaze caused.

"Very much" He said coming closer but Amelia stopped.

"We are here for a task Mr. Diggory" She said playfully. He groaned smiling bringing the egg.

"Now we will open it under water" She said, both inhaled dipped inside, Cedric opened the egg and both instantly heard a melodic music. Amelia absorbed each and every word carefully and tried to solve the riddle.

Both rised above breathing heavily. Amelia processed what the egg sang. She tried putting the words and phrases together coming to the conclusion.

"The next task is in water, deep inside you need to have something to help you breath the whole time under water" She explained it to him.

"Hm i think i can do that" Cedric said with a small shrug.

"Hm practise swimming a lot, holding your breath and all while i'll keep myself surrounded by books again" Amelia said rolling her eyes playfully at the last part

"Lets do the first thing then" Cedric said with a smirk. Amelia widened her eyes at him. She dipped inside as Cedric was about to launch himself on her. Both played in water for who knows how long until Amelia became quite breathless and leaned to the wall of the pool catching her breath.

She squealed as Cedric rised just in front of her. Both laughed enjoying time with each other. Cedric rested beside her smiling.

"I think that's enough of practise, lets go" Amelia said before moving but Cedric pulled her back causing her to collide in him and wrapped his arms around her waist, Amelia placed her hands on his bare chest shyly looking away.

"I think i am enjoying it" He said playfully leaning causing her to blush.

"Shut up, lets go" Amelia said pulling away but he had other plans and tightened his arms around her waist not letting her go.

"One condition" Cedric said smirking, Amelia widened her eyes playfully glaring at him very well knowing about his condition.

"No" She said blushing furiously.

"Sorry hearing problem" He said leaning in, Amelia looked away briskly her face crimson red. He titled his head looking at her before pushing her to the stone cold wall of the pool making her gasp.

"What if someone comes?" She asked in a whisper looking at him.

"No one comes here darling, besides they wont be seeing anything new" He said smirking. Amelia shook her head blushing.

In an instant Cedric's lips found hers bringing her in a searing kiss. He pulled her more into him tightly wrapping his arms around her waist. Just like everytime Amelia's hands made their way around his neck. She gasped while in the kiss feeling him against her and pulled away breathless.

Cedric moved his lips from her mouth to her jaw, she clutched to him tightly as his warm lips started moving downwards on her neck. She inhaled shuddering as he planted deep smooches on her neck.

"Ced.." she moaned in a whisper breathing heavily, her heart drumming wildly against him. She shrank as his lips moved to her shoulder and the strap of her bra. She inhaled sharply bringing his face up again crashing her lips on his.

After a while she pulled away breathless with her face red and a small smile. He smiled brushing wet strands of hair out of her face still holding her, she rested her head on his shoulder inhaling his scent in a comfotable silence.

"Why did you stop it was amazing" they both jumped shrieking hearing a shrill voice. Both turned to see Moaning Myrtle sitting there waving at them with a sly grin.

"Myrtle you scared us" Cedric exclaimed still holding Amelia.

"Sorry, but you guys stopped" Myrtle said cheekily. Amelia blushed and hid her face in his chest.

"You were watching us the whole time?" Cedric asked flustered.

"Yep it was amazing" Myrtle said giggling.

"Myrtle can you please leave we want to wear our clothes" Amelia said shyly.

"Ugh fine, but let me tell you, You guys are my favourite couple" Myrtle said giggling in a high pitch floating away through the wall.

"She is the only girl who does not want to murder me for dating you" Amelia said chuckling pulling away from him making him laugh.

"Well you should be thankful for that" He said cheekily, Amelia playfully pushed him away getting out of the pool. She could feel his gaze on her.

"Staring is rude Mr. Diggory" She said smirking her back still facing him.

"I cant help it" he called playfully Amelia shook her head blushing before picking her wand up and drying herself and wore the uniform back. Cedric followed. She untied her hair, letting them dry by air. Smiling at each other both left the place hand in hand.
