A peaceful month passed, the school was not traumatic at the end this year. The rumours of Sirius Black were fading slowly. The end was nearing of the school year.

Amelia had quite a change in her life, she kept herself busy by studying advanced potions because basic ones were already taught to her by Severus in her childhood.

Gradually the dreams of her mother or something wierd as Amelia would call them were dying. She got any barely, she was thankful for that. Because every time she had that dream of her mother she would think she was going nuts.

The school year was to be ended by the end of the month and then long the students will be gifted a summer break like every year.

Unlike other students Amelia wasnt very grateful for the fact, because in the whole summer she will have to live in the gloomy house of Sev, at Spinners end, without Remus that worsened the situation.

She right now sat in the great hall having lunch with the twins. Her and the twins kept themselves busy in planning about the future jokes shop. Amelia introduced them with many new types of tricks, pranking potions and candies.

"I have a new idea but am not quite sure how to bring it into action" Amelia said frowning thoughtfully.

"Enlighten us please" the twins said grinning in unison from across her. She rolled her eyes smiling at their twin telepathy.

"I read about a eye deceiving potion that when given to a person they see only one thing which we want them to see in everything." Amelia said grinning through her teeth.

"Wicked" they said again in unison.

"But it cannot be acquired this easily, the ministry banned its use years ago, but still some people smuggle it secretly" Amelia said grumpily.

"Do you know where could it be found?" George asked.

"Not sure" She replied pursing her lips.

"I thought it'd be awesome, we could make some sort of candies of it and you know hihih" Amelia said grinning mischeviously.

"You know right we are proud to have you" Fred said cheekily, Amelia rolled her eyes smiling until her eyes landed on the table in front of her.

The yellow robed students sat, and the only one who captured her attention was already looking at her. She passed him a secretive smile gaining a wink from those brown eyes. She looked down as her cheeks flared up.

"Look she is blushing again" George exclaimed shaking his head. They knew what their little friend has been up to lately. Amelia passed her a playful wide eyed glare as people turned to look at them.

The twins caught her and Cedric many time in the last month sneaking in the kitchen, black lake or empty corridors. So defeatedly Amelia had to spill her little dirty secret to them. That she liked Cedric.

Her and Cedric had been spending a lot of time since their date. She didnt kiss him again after that,also it took them quite a while to come with the fact with what happened between them. They decided they will not make things awkward and be comfortable around wach other.

She loved the way Cedric treated her, like a gentle man. She told the twins that her taste is in mature guys, which hurt Fred a little, but she decided to let that go, and George never spared a chance to tease her about that.

"Your are gonna have your heart broken because many girls are after him" Fred said raising an eyebrow in a playful way. Amelia gave him a deadpanned look.

"Do you really think i cant fight them" Amelia said smirking.

"Whatever dont come crying to us" Fred said rolling his eyes. George decided to stay quite or something might slip from his mouth.

"You are such a meanie" Amelia said narrowing her eyes at Fred.

"I am wise" Fred said proudly mocking.

"Yeah whatever, i have my classes lined up after lunch, let me go to my dorm first" Amelia said whining.

"Bye catch us at the tower in the evening" George called as Amelia stood up to leave while Fred just waved his hand.

"Sure Bye boys" Amelia called back leaving the great hall. She ran to her dorm, her owl Suez hooted loudly on the entry odhi master. Amelia passed him a smiling glance and went forward towards her shelves.

She rummaged through her books picking up the required ones. Checking hr timetable she ran out of her room only to bump harshly into the brightest witch.

"Oww, watch it, will you?" Hermione whined as he heavy books fell on her.

"Look at your audacity, instead of apologizing you are blaming me" Amelia shouted glaring at her.

"Bitch" Hermione muttered under her breath standing up.

"What did you just say?" Amelia sneered. Hermione widened her eyes intimidated.

"Nothing" She said backing away.

"Pick. them. up." Amelia snarled folding her arms. Hermione's mouth parted in disbelief. She stood in the same challenging position as her.

"Are you challenging me granger?" Amelia asked in a low dangerous tone. She could feel Hermione hesitate.

"You wish" Hermione said glaring at her. Amelia wasted no time in lunging forward and grabbing her by collar.

"Remember what happened last time when you tried to mess with me?" Amelia asked in the same low dangerous tone. She saw hermione quivering in fear remembering how she got a black eye for a whole week.

"Fine" hermione said raising her hands in surrender, Amelia smirked to herself leaving her collar. Hermione picked up the books and handed them to her.

"Next time watch where you go" Amelia said smirking leaving the dorm.

"Bitch" Hermione groaned after she left.

The days passed faster than thought. Today was the last day of school, students filled the great hall for thwir last feast. Dumbledore stood up for his farewell speech. The 7th years were a bit emotional for last day ever at hogwarts.The house cup was again won by gryffindor despite being defeated in the match.

The gryffindors cheering and appluading loudly, while the other house rolled their eyes at the old man. After the feast being over the students started going back to dorms. Amelia was with her slytherin friends for a while.

"Such a biased man he is" Draco sneered. Everyone hummed in agreement even Amelia.

"Yep, he could do anything to make gryffindor win the house cup, every year" Blaise said.

" I agree" Amelia said nodding. She didnt like the partiality of Dumbledore. But her godfather has always said people worship him.

"Forget it, tonight's our last night, we will all be separated tomorrow for months" Pansy said pouting.

"Ya i am gonna miss you all" Amelia said looking at everyone.

"I really pity you, poor soul has to live with snape" Daphne said making everyone chuckle.

"Come to my house for the break, i will make my mother talk to Snape, he will agree" Draco said excitedly. Amelia mentally rolled her eyes remembering what happened when she went to his house last time.

"I would love to" She gushed. They chit chatted for a while making plans what they would do while in the summer break, before Amelia bidded them goodbye leaving the slytherin common room.

In the morning the students logged on the train that will take them back to Kings cross section and then everyone will part to their homes. Amelia sat in the slytherin compartment after having spent some time with the twins.

"I want to go washroom" Pansy said getting up.

"Wait i'll come too" Amelia said following her behind. Pansy went inside the washroom while Amelia waited outside peaking through the windows. She felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around to see her favourite guy.

"And i thought you forgot me" She smiled playfully at him.

"Never in a million worlds" Cedric said smiling.

"You better not, or you will regret it" Amelia said threatening playfully. Cedric raised his hands in surrender.

"Are you free, come to my compartment, after all i too deserve to spend time with you." Cedric said. They heard the opening of the door behind them Pansy came out and instantly a suggestive smirk forming on her face as she saw the two in front of her.

"Yes Amelia you should go, i will tell other, have fun, meet us before leaving" Pansy said suggestively, Amelia passed her a playful glare. Pansy winked at her and left.

Cedric and her went to the hufflepuff compartment, in his compartment not many people there, just Ernie and his girlfriend, Claire.

"Hey Amelia, long time no see" Ernie said the last part sarcastically. He had been there most of time when Amelia was with cedric. Amelia playfully glared ta hime before seating herself beside Cedric.

"Hi Claire, i am amazed how you tolerate such an idiot" Amelia said to Ernie's girlfriend taunting him.

"I love this idiot, thats why" Claire replied laughing gaining a peck on cheek from her boyfriend. Amelia had established a quite nice relationship with the other two hufflepuffs, Ernie was just like a brother to her.

"I have tolerated him more than you can ever imagine" Cedric said causing Ernie to stick a tongue out at him. The compartment door opened again and there stood Zacharias Smith.

"What is it with you two bringing your girlfriends all the time" he said groaning to the two 6th year boys. Amelia bit back the blush that was threatening to form on her face. Amelia jerked her head towards the boys sitting beside her who was poking her in the side, he had a playful look on his face.

"Oh piss off, its not our fault no girl is interested in you" Ernie said causing Zach to scowl and leave closing the door grumpily.

"Have you seen the trolley lady yet i am starving" Claire said, everyone shook their heads no.

"Come we'll buy you something" Ernie said standing up holding a hand out for his girlfriend and leaving the compartment leaving the Amelia and Cedric alone.

"Girlfriend huh?" Amelia mocked playfully.

"Well i cant help it, i am so handsome, people think its impossible for me to be single" Cedric said fixing his collar proudly. Amelia playfully glared at him before they burst out laughing.

"You are an idiot Cedric Diggory" She said in between laughs. He grinned at her.

"But i am gonna miss you a lot" He said pouting.

"Tell me about it" Amelia said letting out an exasperated sigh. She was going to miss everybody a hell lot more than they will ever do. She layed her head on his shoulder pursing her lips sadly and hummed a song.

"I promise we will meet atleast once in this break" Cedric said laying his head on the tops of hers. Amelia smiled weakly knowing Sev was never gonna let that happen.
