"AND YOU HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM IN OVER in a couple of days?" Freya questioned the hybrid mother. Luna sat on the living room floor watching as her daughter played with Davina, she shook her head. "I've tried messaging, calling, leaving voicemails and he hasn't returned any of them. I'm really worried."

"Where did he say he was going again?"

"He said something about meeting up with Peter to find something from that belonged to his mother."

She sighed looking down at the engagement ring that rested on her ring finger. Freya nodded rolling out a map onto the table, "Give me something of his."

Luna nodded rushing up to their shared room and grabbed his leather jacket he has had for so long. She tossed it to Freya who caught with ease.

The blonde grabbed the knife sitting on the table before slicing the palm of her hand allowing the blood to drop onto the map. She clutched onto the jacket before muttering the spell. "Phasmatos tribum, nas ex veras, sequitas sanguinem."

Luna watched as the blood slowly began to drag into a location in Mexico. She frowned, "Mexico?"

"He's in Mexico." Freya confirmed.

The hybrid rose to her feet before yelling out a Mikaelson's name. "Rebekah!"

Immediately the blonde rushed into the room holding a blood bag to her lips with a worried look, "What?"

"We're going back to Beacon Hills early." She announced. The Original nodded before speeding up to the upper level to pack her things.

Freya frowned, "And Derek?"

"I'm going to call an old friend."

"I DON'T WANY TO MAKE IT SOUND LIKE WE DON'T appreciate your hospitality but do you think it would be possible to put that on ice?" Derek rolled his eyes at the sound of his uncle, ignoring the aching filling in his shoulder from being tied up to the metal fence that had been shocking him for the past few days.

The man sitting in front of them that held a shot gun in his hand glanced at the dismembered finger that belonged to Peter.

"Maybe something for my hand? Extra-large band-aid? Perhaps some antibiotic ointment?"

The man silently scoffed in amusement before shaking his head. Derek frowned in irritation, everyday he had been glancing at his phone that sat by the kidnappers seeing it light up with Luna's name or Scott's. He regretted coming to find what he needed and just wished he stayed in New Orleans where he could possibly be waking up at the moment from voice of his daughter's.

Ever since Derek had proposed to Luna, the couple had been on cloud nine enjoying their time and freedom. Hope was beginning to learn more words day by day and growing even more. Derek suggested it had to do with her wolf genes coming in.

A sigh came from Derek as he heard the footsteps on the upper level think they were soon coming down to torture them again but jumped when guns began to fire. His heart began to beat faster when he heard a growl.

Derek's eyes shifted towards the door in front of them watching as the door swung open. The guy attempted to shoot at it but he was pushed to the side causing him to knock out.

"Hmm . . . this is something new."

The wolf sighed in relief when his fiancΓ© came into view. "Luna."

The hybrid looked over to mercenary, "Is this something new to you?"

Braedon smacked her lips shaking her head, "Definitely not."

"Huh." Luna shrugged approaching the wolf. "You leave for a couple of days only to be kidnapped and stuck with your psychotic uncle."

Derek released a short laugh, smirking. "Not the highlight of my year." Luna chuckled shaking her head, "Nope."

His eyes shifted towards the woman standing behind her, watching out for any more bad guys. "You're the one who saved Isaac."

"I'm the one who was hired to save Isaac." Braedon corrected. Peter frowned, "Luna hired you to get us out of here?"

"Luna hired me to get Derek out of here." She corrected the man sending him a look. "You, I'm totally fine leaving for dead."

Peter sent the hybrid a deadpan look, "When did I get this reputation?"

Luna ignored his words, yanking the cuffs with ease off of Derek's wrist while Braedon tore off Peter's. Derek immediately pulled Luna into his arms letting a warm smile cover her lips.

Peter pushed past the three gripping onto his dismembered finger trying to attach it back, Luna sent the man a look before shaking his head.

"Okay, let's get the hell out of here." Luna announced pointing to the doors. Braedon nodded making her way to the door only for them to pause.

"We're not leaving without it." Derek stated.

"Without what?" Braedon asked without looking back. Luna sighed knowing exactly what they came for and weren't going to leave till they've gotten it.

THE FOUR WALKED INTO A LIVING ROOM WHERE the kidnappers would hang out most of the time. Her guard was still up along with Braedon's incase of any unknown attacks, she followed after Derek who approached a large chest. Watching as he went to open the case only for him to wince and pull his hand back.

Peter smirked at the creativity, "It's made from a Rowan tree. It's mountain ash wood."

Braedon kicked off the lock with heel of her boot making Luna grin in amusement. The two Hale's looked over to McCall making her send them a wink.

She pulled open the box revealing nothing by mountain ash, "And that would be just mountain ash. Somebody really doesn't want our hands in there."

Three supernaturals looked over to Braedon causing her to sigh, she reached her hand in the ash pulling out a cylinder capsule. "And there she is."

HOPE'S LAUGH FILLED THE WALLS OF THE LOFT watching as her blocks came tumbling down after she had just made a tower with her mother and Aunt Rebekah. Luna grinned before looking over to Derek who was currently sowing on Peter's finger that was cut off.

Peter winced, "Ow! Don't you have any anesthetic?"

"Yep." Derek replied not bothering to give him some just for the fun of it. Luna grinned in amusement as she shook her head.

"Well, are you at least going to tell me what I risked life and digit for?" Peter asked before hissing as Derek tied up the string.

Rebekah rolled her eyes at the older man's whimpering, "You're a big baby."

Peter's eyes narrowed towards the Original but said nothing, not wanting to risk him losing another possible finger or life.

"I'm going to show you." Derek twisted open the capsule before spilling out what was in there, which happened to be Talia's claws. Peter picked one up on curiosity, "After the fire, that's all that was left of her."

"Talia." Peter figured out. "I can't decide whether if that's touching or morbid."

Derek sent the man a look.

"I guess the real question is, what are you planning on doing with them?" The ex-Alpha asked.

"I have to ask her something. And from what I've heard from Klaus and Freya, this is the only way it's possible." Derek explained making Rebekah nod confirming his sibling's words.

Peter looked down at his hand before sending a look to his nephew, "You gotta be kidding me."

"Why do you think he sewed your find back on, Dumbass?" Luna piped in from the middle of the floor causing Peter to send the mother a look.

Derek smirked in amusement, grabbing his mother's claws he began to place them back in the capsule for Peter.

"You know, there's always an element of danger to rituals like this. I'm not particularly fond of them. Unless the somehow benefit me." Peter stated making Derek scoff in disbelief.

"What do you want?" Derek asked. Peter grin.

"I want to keep them." He motioned to Talia's claws making his nephew raise a brow. "Sentimental value."

Luna furrowed her brows looking over to him.

"She was your mother, but she was also my sister." Peter tried to explain. He saw the looks he was getting from the three supernaturals including the baby. "What? Am I not allowed a little bit of sentiment?"

"Sentiment? Really?" Rebekah piped in. He shrugged.

Derek said nothing but instead placed the capsule in front of him, meaning he could keep them. He smiled which creeped Luna out in every way.

Luna and Rebekah watched in curiosity to see if the man would stick to his words, he released a deep breath his hand hovering over the top.

Derek sighed rising up to his feet, he looked over to Luna before sending her a nod. She smirked before speeding over next to the ex-Alpha.

"Too long."

Luna ignored his panicked murmurs of rejection and pushed his hand into the capsule causing his fingertips to come intact with Talia's claws. His eyes flashed their cold steel blue meaning it worked.

Rebekah dragged over a chair for Derek ignoring Peter's whimpers, he sat on the the chair awaiting for Peter.

"That's not exactly my color." Peter stared at his sister's claws that were now on him. He glanced between the hybrid and the back of his nephew.

"This is going to be excruciatingly painful." He informed him trying to scare Derek but he didn't care. "Just do it."

Luna sent her fiancΓ© a comforting smile which relaxed him.

"Oh, I'm going to. I just wanted you to know we all have our petty revenges." Peter growled before slamming the claws onto the back of his neck causing Luna to flinch.

She watched with fear as Derek's eyes screwed shut and grind his teeth from pain. Luna looked over to Rebekah but she sent her an assuring nod.

Luckily, it only lasted no more than a minutes and Peter was retracting the claws making Derek's eyes slam open with a gasp. The sweat dripping off his face trying to catch his breath.

"Did you see her? What did you ask her? Did she say anything about me?" Derek's head turned to look at with a glare.

"Well, that doesn't look good." He breathed out.
