Hey bubs!!😗 it's currently almost 2:30 am when I'm posting this so my brain is ✨not✨ working, meaning I have no idea what to put as the song lmao. Anyways I'll probably come back and edit it so it actually has a song but for now my brain is actually fried😀
Enjoy!:))
After dinner, Pansy, Daphne, and I headed back to our dorm. We were instructed to grab our pillows, and whatever else we wanted for sleeping in the Great Hall.
Dumbledore announced this at dinner. He said that because of recent events, all students were required to sleep in the Great Hall. The prefects were to watch us, and make sure none of us got hurt by the recent intruder, Sirius Black.
I wasn't sure what to think of the whole situation. It confused me that they wanted all the houses to sleep there, why not just Gryffindor?
They told us that they would have sleeping bags ready for every student once we got there, and that we could go back to our dorms in the morning.
"I swear if there are loud snorers-" Pansy complained, as we walked through the corridors.
"Oh c'mon, I think it'll be kind of fun!" Daphne says, placing her hand on Pansy's shoulder.
"I-" Pansy starts, shrugging Daphne's hand off her shoulder. "Do not."
I hear quiet chuckling and whispers behind me, making me turn my head over my shoulder. I furrow my brows at Blaise and Goyle who seemed to be planning something evil.
Blaise looks at me, winking, before turning back to Goyle and whispering again.
I look over at Draco, who is walking next to them, but paying no attention to their evil plotting.
I give him a confused look, hoping he knows I'm asking what they're doing. He meets my gaze, shrugging at my questioning. I nod slightly before turning my head back to Pansy and Daphne.
"Something tells me the boys are planning... something," I say, amusement in my voice.
"Planning something?" Pansy asks, looking over at me with a confused look on her face.
"Yeah," I say questioningly. "For tonight, I'm guessing." I finish, smirking slightly at the girls next to me.
Once we get to our dorm, we all grab our pillows, and pack our pajamas in bags for tonight. I pack a pair of shorts, with a black t-shirt. I also decide to pack a thick sweater because I know there's a chance of me getting cold.
I walk out of the common room, alone, as the girls are still packing their things. I look around slightly before noticing the platinum blonde ahead of me. I start jogging up to him, hoping he has an answer for what the boys are doing.
"So-" I start, once I reach him. "What are Blaze rod and Gargoyle up to?" I ask jokingly, smirking at him.
He gives me a confused glance before turning his head to look straight ahead of him.
"Well if I told you that would ruin all the fun, wouldn't it?" He says, a small smirk on his lips.
"Fun?" I ask, turning my head to look at him.
He turns to meet my gaze, nodding slightly before answering.
"Fun." He states,a lazy smirk on his face.
I freeze, furrowing my brows in confusion. I stand there thinking, trying to figure out what "fun" meant. I look over, seeing Draco reached the Great Hall because he kept walking when I froze. I bite my lip gently, confused thoughts filling my head. And I realized...
Oh god, they're definitely making me do something tonight.
My eyes widen slightly at the thought, my teeth letting go of my bottom lip. I sigh quietly, walking towards the Great Hall once again.
At about 10:30 P.M. Pansy and I decide it's a good time to snuggle up into our sleeping bags, and fall asleep.
I tell her goodnight before slipping my legs into the sleeping bag.
"Woah woah- what are you guys doing?" Blaise asks, a hint of a smirk on his lips.
I furrow my brows in confusion, a questioning look on my face.
"What does it look like, Zabini?" Pansy asks before I can say anything.
Blaise chuckles quietly, glancing at Goyle who was sitting to the left of him. Pansy and I give confused looks to each other, neither of us knowing what was happening.
"What? You didn't think we wouldn't have something planned for this little school sleepover?" Blaise smirks at our confused looks.
I roll my eyes, narrowing them at a certain blonde. He just grins at me, mouthing the words "fun". I shake my head slowly at him, a slight smile on my lips that I can't hide.
"We can't do anything, genius. Prefects are guarding this place like we're all made of gold." I say, turning my head back to Blaise.
Blaise's smirk grows wider, as he glances around the dark room.
"What's fun without a little... danger?" He quirks an eyebrow, not breaking eye contact with me.
I glance over at Pansy, who seems to be lost in thought. She turns her head to me, raising her eyebrows and shrugging slightly. I turn back to Blaise, poking the side of my mouth with my tongue.
"What's the plan then, Zabini?" I ask, tilting my head slightly when I say his name.
He smirks at me before glancing at Goyle, who is grinning childishly, then at Draco, who has a lazy smirk plastered on his pale face.
Before I know it, Blaise is directing us out of the Great Hall secretly, and telling us when to stop or when to keep going. Once we've all made it out, I take a look at the group that consisted of Pansy, myself, Blaise, Draco, Goyle, Daphne, and a sleepy Crabbe who has absolutely no idea what's going on.
Blaise looks around the empty hallway we all stand in, seeming to not know what to do next.
"Well, Zabini, what now?" Pansy asks impatiently, crossing her arms and raising her eyebrows.
Draco sighs quietly, before gazing around the hallway just as Blaise had.
"In here," the blonde whispers quietly, pointing to a classroom door.
I look over my shoulder at him, examining the door slightly before realizing that it was the classroom that Divination was held in.
I walk over to him, ignoring the argument between Blaise and Pansy that everyone seemed to be trying to help.
I grab my wand from my pocket, pointing it at the doorknob.
"Alohomora," I whisper, before placing my wand back in my back pocket.
I glance at Draco before my gaze retreats back to the doorknob, watching him twist it open. Our eyes meet, slight smirks on our faces.
"Ladies first," he says, gesturing his head to the room.
I roll my eyes playfully at him before grabbing my wand quickly once again, knowing that the classroom would be dark.
"Lumos," I say softly, pointing my wand in front of me.
Light comes from the tip of the wand, lighting up for me to see wherever I walked. I overhear Draco getting everyone's attention, urging them to get into the classroom.
A few moments later, everyone finally came into the classroom. I notice Pansy still seems to be angry from the argument with Blaise, as her eyebrows are furrowed and she seems to be chewing angrily at her lip.
I set my wand down on the ground, light still shining from it, and sit about a foot away from it.
"C'mon then," I say, inviting them to sit around the light.
Draco is the first to come sit, the rest soon following his actions.
We sat in a circle, staring blankly at each other before Blaise broke the silence.
"Want to play truth or dare?" He asks gently, a tiny smirk on his lips.
I glance around the group for reactions, before shrugging, turning my gaze back to Blaise.
"Might as well," I say, leaning back on my hands.
Blaise nods slightly, looking around the group as I had moments ago, seeing if anyone would deny.
"Alright... Greengrass, truth or dare?" He asks, turning to Daphne who was sitting next to him.
"Hmm.. dare." She answers, quirking a brow as the word 'dare' leaves her mouth.
Blaise nods slowly, an evil smirk growing across his face. He takes a deep breath in, exhaling in thought.
"I dare you... to tell me who you fancy." He says, grinning evilly at the poor girl.
"What!? No! I pick truth!" She says instantly, her cheeks growing red.
Blaise snickers, pretending to think before speaking again.
"Ok.. tell me who you fancy." He grins proudly.
Goyle chuckles at him, acting as if he were genius. He raises his hand, excitedly, to high five Blaise. His hand slowly falls back to his side as he realizes Blaise didn't see his try for a high five.
A laugh escapes my mouth at Goyle's failure before I cover my mouth with my hand, not wanting Daphne to think I thought Blaise was funny. Pansy looks at me weirdly before turning her head back to Blaise.
Daphne contemplates for a minute, probably trying to find an excuse. She sighs loudly, turning her head to Blaise.
"Fine, but you can't tell anyone." She says sternly.
Blaise nods eagerly at her, a smile on his lips. Daphne leans in, covering where her mouth whispered into Blaise's ear. I couldn't make out anything she said. Darn it, she must've been a good whisperer.
After a few seconds of her whispering, Blaise's eyes slightly widened. He whistled loudly, apparently forgetting we were in hiding.
My eyes widen at his loud noise, my head instantly turning to the classroom door.
"Merlin Zabini, we're gonna get caught!" Draco whispers, panic in his voice.
I watch as his eyes flickered to the door, the sound of footsteps approaching.
My heartbeat grows quickly, my eyes wide in panic. This was it. We were all gonna get caught and get detention for only god knows how long.
I feel as Draco's hand wraps around my forearm, almost identical to when he dragged me into that dark alleyway.
He rushes through the small space between the bleacher like stands, where students would sit during class. I follow behind him quickly, even though his tight grip would've dragged me whether I followed him or not.
Everyone else in the group follows behind us, panicked whispers filling the air.
He yanks my wrist, making me collide into him. There's a moment of silence between us, as we stare into each other's eyes. I always admired his soft but strong grey eyes from a far, but wow was it nice seeing them from this close. They seemed to have so many emotions as I gazed into them, moving side to side, trying to pick which of my eyes to look at.
He clears his throat awkwardly, distracting myself from my thoughts. I distance myself from him, his arm still wrapped around my wrist.
The footsteps sounded only feet away from the door, making me panic even more. Whoever was coming, could easily see us if they walked back here.
My eyes widen in fear, looking at Draco for answers. Answers on how not to get detention for the next 5 years at Hogwarts.
He stares at me for a split second before gripping his hands on my shoulders, turning my body and softly pushing me down.
I look around for a moment, realizing I was now under the bleachers, well hidden from any Professor or Prefect who walked in.
Draco quickly sits down, inches away from me. The rest of the group had gone to the other side of bleachers, leaving me and Draco alone on this side.
I look around slightly, making sure everyone was hidden. A sigh of relief quietly leaves my lips, as I see everyone is hidden... until I hear a snore. A loud, long snore, that could only belong to one person. Crabbe.
My eyes widen as I realize. I look over at Draco who's eyes were wide as well. There was nothing we could do though. Not when the teachers hand was probably on the doorknob by now.
I hear the door creak open slowly, light from a wand appearing in the doorframe.
"Hello?" A stern voice says.
I recognize the voice instantly as Professor Mcgonagall's.
"Vincent Crabbe, is that you?" She asks, confusion filling her voice.
I hear a loud yawn, and a panicky gasp from the boy who was sleeping only moments ago. There was a rustle, I imagine as Crabbe quickly standing up.
"Oh s-sorry," he says, his voice full of fear.
I lean my head against the wood bleachers, looking over at Draco. A smirk grows across his face. I knew he wanted to say something at that moment but he knew he couldn't.
"Well goodness how did you even get in here?" The Professor asks, a hint of amusement in her voice.
"Well.. Goyle woke me up and then- then-" he pauses, trying to remember more.
"I think you may have been sleep walking, dearie." Mcgonagall says sweetly, concern in her voice.
Crabbe tries to deny it, but his words and memory seem to not work.
"C'mon now, back to the Great Hall." The woman speaks, her voice slightly fading as she walks towards what I'd guess would be the door.
Silence fills the room once they leave, leaving me to realize how close Draco and I actually were.
His face only inches from mine, our breaths heavy from the panic. His hot breath fanned onto my skin, a minty scent filling my senses. Draco had always somehow smelled nice. He had a scent of green apple and mint. Not the candy-ish green apple though, more of a sweet, cologne type green apple.
My eyes widened slightly at the thought. Why the hell was I thinking about how Draco Malfoy smelled good?
Moments after silence filled the room, we all escaped from our hiding places, laughing quietly at the situation.
"Never thought I'd say this," Draco chuckles, "but thank god for Crabbe."
