"Get in Jail, Shadyside trash" Shelia pulled the girl she caught. "You're property of Sunnyvale now!" She pushes her harshly.

"You move, you speak, you fucking die!" The guy in the red shirt shouted as Shelia forcefully pushed their prisoner.

"Shelia" A guy called out, "from Will," he told her as he handed her a note. Shelia grabbed it and blushed as she read what it said.

Shelia approached the bathroom and followed the trail of flowers. As she got closer she could hear music playing, opening the door she saw the candles and closed the door before following the flowers leading to a stall, smiling and feeling flustered.

"Will! This is too cute. Could've done it in your bunk, but I guess this is kind of hot." Shelia called out.

Unbeknownst to her, Nick, Aurora and Ziggy all shared a disgusted look before Ziggy pretended to gag. Shelia entered the stall noticing another note waiting for her. She picked it up and unfolded it.

Shelia slowly looked up to see a big bucket hanging above her. That's when the three of them pulled the rope connected to the bucket dumping the bugs from science and nature onto Shelia and sprinting from the outhouse as she squeals. Nick jams a screwdriver into the lock to keep her locked in with the bugs as they continue to run away.

The three of them ran towards science and nature before Ziggy explained that she was going to head back to her cabin and try and fix the walls. She slung her arm around Aurora before leaving.

"Who knew the new girl from Sunnyvale could be so much fun. We should 'hang' more often Rory!" As she strolls away Aurora calls out,

"I hope that wasn't a witches pun Ziggy" Ziggy only laughs as she waves.

"Did you hear her?" Nick asks with a laugh as they continue walking into science and nature.

"She sounded like a frog." Rory tells him, "Blaaa" She shouts out mocking Shelia's scream.

"What'd I tell ya?"

"Fuck paint!"

"Fuck paint." Nick mimics as they both laugh. Both of them stop walking and face each other.

"Who would've thought Nick Goode had a troublemaking side. Who are you?" She teases.

"Nick Goode," He says putting his hand out, "Nice to meet you." Aurora looks down at his hand before taking it in hers with a blush.

"I know, I've seen you around school, just haven't had a reason to talk to you before."

"It's some kind of cavern. I don't know. It seems to just... go on forever" Cindy informed them looking around using her touch to see a way out.

"I don't care" Alice croaks out from beside Melissa. Mel looks at the ground barely registering the conversation going on around her. Cindy sighs.

"Alice, can you please just... help me?" she begs, attempting to move rocks that blocked the exit.

"What? You're just going to pretend that everything's okay? Tommy... split... Arnie's head in half. Do you realise that? He almost got Melissa." Alice expressed with no emotion, staring at the floor.

"Please can you just help me? Both of you, please!" Cindy sobs.

"With what?!" Alice shouts, "This shit weighs, like, a million pounds. I thought you got an A in physics?" Alice continues to argue, Melissa snaps out of her daze at the shouting looking between the two while rubbing the tear tracks on her rosy cheeks.

"We have to get out!"

"Well, tough shit. Because we can't. We're going to die down here. Just like Arnie" Alice tells her.

"No, no. We have to get out! We have to! Those names on the wall, they didn't stop with one murder!" Cindy explains frantically, "Seven, nine, ten, fifteen people. Those were serial killers!" Melissa gasps, coming to a horrific realisation.

"Alice, all the campers are up there, our sisters. Oh god..., Aurora's up there, and now, so is Tommy," She chokes out looking between the other two.

"I thought you two didn't believe in the witch" Cindy stutters out a response to Alices' statement as Mel snaps.

"God, Alice! What does it matter? There are innocent people up there who are going to be murdered!" But she's ignored as Alice and Cindy continue to argue, as they've done most of the night.

"Oh my god, you are fucking unbelievable, Cindy. Okay? He was possessed!" Cindy tries to justify his actions by blaming drugs before Alice cuts her off, "No! No! Cindy, no! It wasn't the fucking Tylenol, alright? It was the witch. Alright, you saw those names and that... that ritual, the witch is real. And she's doing some... some fucking spell shit and possessing people, okay?"

"Every name on that rock. And Mary knew it, alright? She knew it. And it's all right here." Alice finished her rant.

"This isn't real!" Cindy shouted, knocking the diary out of her hands.

"You want an explanation? Well, here it is. Okay? She looked for the hand bone to fucking stop the curse, to save Shadyside, but she couldn't find it. Wanna know what she did find? Your boyfriends' name on that fucking wall." Cindy tried to deny it and get Alice to stop talking.

"Alice, come on! That isn't helping anyone!" Melissa tried to diffuse the situation, but she's always been a terrible mediator and they both ignored her again.

"So she tried to kill him. Which I also would've done, if I knew there was a chance that Tommy fucking Slater would axe my boyfriend in the fucking head!" Alice shouted before Cindy yelled back and pushed her away.

"There we go. That's the Cindy Berman I knew." Alice said, "Hey, where are you two going?" She called as Melissa and Cindy marched away from her.

"To find another way out! Are you coming or not, Alice?" Melissa asked but Cindy interrupted.

"No, don't follow us!"

"Well, don't come back here, alright?!" Alice shouted.

"Alright, do you hear me? Don't come back!"

"Alright, next question." Nick says glancing over, "uh... What about you and your sister? Why'd you move to Sunnyvale of all places?" He decides to ask.

"Thought these were supposed to be easy questions?" Aurora asks, tucking a stray piece of hair behind her ear that had been annoying her all day.

"Says who? There are no rules to this game." He replies as she makes her way to the snakes' tank, lowering her head to look at it.

"God, I hate snakes"

"Why are you dodging my question?" Nick asks watching her with a curious look, Aurora takes a deep breath and leans against the bench. She could tell the truth but she didn't want to cause any problems for herself and her sister. That was part of the reason they moved after all.

"Why do you care" She shot back, "Sorry, I'm not meaning to be rude. It's just a tough subject. I don't want you to look at me different" She explains apprehensively.

"I'm curious" He answered, Aurora joked that she was a serial killer and that's why they had to move, "come on," Nick replies laughing slightly.

"It seems you're not who people really think you are" She starts.

"What?"

"Nick Goode, heir apparent, Daddy was the police chief, the king of Sunnyvale, and you're going to be the same. Except it's all make-believe. The truth is you like Stephen King and Spiders and... the new girl in Sunnyvale." Both of them had walked closer to each other now as the tension seemed to grow thicker. "People talk, I seem to know a lot about you"

"Alright, first of all, Stephen King is, like, super popular. And, second, I can't like the new girl" Aurora's face dropped slightly in fear of rejection from Nick, her confidence deflating.

"Why not?"

"Because I'm a counsellor. She's a camper" Nick explained and Rory let out a breath of relief.

"I don't know how this works, but I'm pretty sure it's the last year for me. First-year for you."

"Plus, how will I ever get to know her when she keeps dodging all my questions?" Nick asks, walking closer to her face with every word before backing off and sitting on the bench. Aurora smiles, biting her lip and takes a moment to compose herself, she then walks over to the bench and takes a seat to the left of Nick while sighing.

"We used to have everything. We were your stereotypical popular girls next door," Nick turned to watch her talk, but she kept her gaze forward as she couldn't look him in the eye. "But Melissa wanted more from life I guess, and she made friends with the wrong people. Started sneaking out, partying, drugs, alcohol, you name it. My parents knew but she was their pride and joy who could do no wrong"

"You don't have to tell me-"

"It's fine. Everything was somewhat alright until the accident. They had been out drinking and getting high when her friends decided to go for a car ride, she said no but hey! Peer pressure. They lost control of the car and hit another, one of her friends died and so did everyone in the other car involved." Nick reached out to hold her hand.

"It was on the news, 'Drunk and high teens kill young parents and toddler', They couldn't name them because of their age but everyone knew. My sister and I were bullied by teachers, students, random people. Our house got vandalised, broken into and shit got stolen. My dad lost his job".

"It wasn't your fault, you couldn't have known what was going to happen that night" Nick comforted her.

"It didn't matter. So, we moved. My dad has family from here and they decided it would be better to have a fresh start. It was a good decision to move, I like it here, even though it's only been a few months and Melissa? She's been spending her time trying to atone for what happened but she'll carry that guilt till her death. I wouldn't expect you to understand how it felt, everything seems overly perfect in Sunnyvale" She finished.

Her blue eyes glazed over with tears waiting to fall. She laughed slightly, although she didn't find anything in the situation funny, "Sorry, I didn't mean to offend you".

"No, maybe you're right. But, uh... being the heir apparent isn't always easy either. Before he died, my dad loaded me up with all this, you know, 'you're my legacy, the future of the family depends on you' shit." Now it was Rory's turn to comfort him. Nick started to become emotional thinking of the tasks he needs to complete if he wants a better future for himself and his family.

"You know, he just dropped this huge burden in my lap and... I don't know, what if I don't want that? What if that's not who I want to be? What if I want to be the kid who likes spiders and Stephen King and-"

"And the new girl in Sunnyvale?"

"Yeah. The new girl in Sunnyvale. But, uh... I guess there's nothing I can do about it."

"Why not?"

"Yeah, you were right. Can we, uh... can we go back to the easy questions?" Nick asks standing up, trying to get away from the situation that was arising. Aurora nods with a thoughtful look. Standing up she joins him at the table, thinking about how to word her next question.

"How about...  Would you ever kiss the new girl?" Aurora asks looking up at him, Nick gulps feeling like his breath left him completely. Aurora moves closer to him with a slight smile and the fear of rejection in her eyes. Nick's hand raises to caress her face, moving the hair away that had slipped from behind her ear.

Then finally, as if they had been waiting all their life, their lips connect. It wasn't like how everyone described it, there were no fireworks. Just a strong sense of comfort and the feeling of coming home. Aurora brought her hands up to play with the back of his hair and Nick cupped her face in his warm hands. It was only a few minutes before the tranquillity of silence was broken.

They both pulled away abruptly as they heard a girl screaming. Making eye contact, they rushed towards the commotion.
