I walked closer to the edge of the pool while laughing. This was what a pool party needed. Water was splashing everywhere and on the other side of the pool, I could hear a faint Dracula trying to stop everyone. Clearly, no one was listening while more monsters started jumping/ diving into the pool and splashing each other.

"For how many years I have lived. I have never seen the pool area this wild before." Markus said while walking over to me. "And I am turning 118 soon. So that's pretty long." He finished. We both laugh while watching the pool of monsters go wild. Johnny and Mavis are still chicken fitting each other while a sea monster was splashing around big waves to other monsters.

"Well. I guess I am doing my job well then" I said with confidence while brushing fake dust off my shoulder. Markus gave a small laugh while crossing his arms at me.

"I guess my dad hired one fangtastic party planner," Markus said. We both stared at each other for a bit after he finished his sentence and Markus kept a smirk on his face the whole time. Did he just. Make a pun?! I could not help but start laughing, and after a few more seconds I could hear him join me.

"You did not just use a pun on me," I said in between laughs.

"What can't handle it?" Markus asked after he finished laughing.

"More like. I didn't think little Marky would make puns" I said knowing that would get a reaction from him. As soon as I said those words, his face started going red.

"Hey! Come on. Don't start using that dumb nickname my dad used?!" Markus pleaded while covering half his face with his right hand from embarrassment. I just continued to laugh.

From a distance, Markus and I heard our names called. We turned our attention to them and it was Johnny and Mavis waving us over. I guess this is a good stopping point of teasing mister 'Prince of the night'. Not even asking for consent, I grabbed Markus's arm that he was using to cover his face and dragged him over to where his sister and Johnny were.

It only took a few seconds before we got to our destination and once we arrived I let go of Markus's arm and sat down on the edge of the pool. Markus joined me and sat to my left.

"Hey. So who won the chicken fight?" I asked looking over at Johnny and Mavis. Mavis swam to the ledge of the pool closest to me and rested her arm on it.

"Oh. That was clearly me." She said while looking up at me and Markus. Johnny who was only a few feet from us heard what Mavis said, and splashed Mavis. Mavis instantly crossed her arms in front of her to shield herself from the big wave Johnny pushed over her. Because I was in front of her a little bit, I also got hit with the crossfire. Mavis only laughs while looking back at Johnny.

"Aw. Come on Johnny don't get my hat!" I said as I grabbed my witch hat and set it behind me. Hopping that if I put it there it won't get any wetter. And so I can get back at Johnny splashing me, I kicked both my feet that were underwater at him making multiple water waves splash over to him. Soaking him more. He only flailed his arm trying to fight back the water.

The little group we had started laughing and we enjoyed the moment. This sea monster that was in the pool decided upon himself that he was a diving board. In a quick second, he lifted Frankenstein out of the water and up into the air.

Like really high. My god, it was like he was an ant up there.

"Frank, if you hurt yourself..." I heard Eunice yelled up to him on my left. I think he responded but he was way up high for any of up to hear him. I took a look around me and saw everyone watching him. If he wasn't a monster that can survive without any limbs I think he would die.

Then what seems like no hesitation he ran off the sea monster's arm and started to fall. He looked like he was falling slowly from how high he was. It was quiet around the pool while we all watched him jump off.

"Is he..." I started to ask out loud, breaking the silence. I didn't take my eyes off of Frankenstein's falling body. The closer he got to the pool the faster he looked like he was going.

"He's fine. Trust me. Nothin kills uncle Frank" Markus answered me and in response to his answer the others around us also gave out a small agreement.

After what seems like forever he finally landed in the water. More like body slammed into it, once he landed his whole body fell apart. His arms and legs started floating away in different directions. I looked to my left past Markus and saw Eunice roll her eyes while hopping back into the pool to fetch her husband.

After that, the pool started to become lively again. Other than Wayne pulling down Griffins swim shorts. Griffin is the invisible man, he told us his name during bingo. I also laughed at that funny scene, luckily he was invisible so I saw nothing, plus the kids didn't either.

"Johnny. Ella" I heard Dracula behind me quietly yell out. Johnny and I turned to him. Dracula was freaking out while grabbing his face dramatically.  "Your makeup. Your makeup Climb out. Now." He continued to say while looking around us.

Luckily Markus was occupied with talking to Wanda and Murry while Mavis also was gone too. I think she went to talk with another monster not too far away.

The next thing I knew, Dracula tried to pull out Johnny from the pool next to me. Before he even goes even lift him out. A surprising monster got under Johnny and lifted him. Causing Johnny to pull Dracula into the pool, and that leading to Dracula falling into the pool. Splashing me in the process.

Dracula falling into the pool got everyone around us attention. Mavis just swam back from her talk and Markus and the other two looked to where Dracula dived into.

"Oh, man. I guess the Count wanted to go for a swim. " Johnny said nonchalantly. That causes everyone, including me to laugh. I could see a lot of bubbles float up from where Dracula was underwater.

"He's probably yelling," Markus said over to me. We looked at each other then back at where Dracula dived in. "Probably from excitement," I said back sarcastically.

Then Johnny suddenly got pushed out of the water and into the air. Just like Frankenstein, he was high up where Johnny only looked like an ant. I stared up in shock and fear.

Wait! Johnny can't survive this fall. Doesn't he know gravity! Calm down, Ella. He's not that dumb. He wouldn't jump.

...

OH MY GOD JOHNNY IS ACTUALLY REALLY DUMB! HE JUMPED! He even did flips. I mean nice flips but come on Johnny!

What's even worse was that the pool was suddenly draining. Are you kidding me! The others around me noticed this and look at the pool surprised. Everyone within the pool quickly got out. That included Mavis and she sat next to me. I looked up once again and saw Johnny freaking out. He probably saw the pool emptying.

Then out of nowhere, Johnny froze. He stopped falling but he also stopped moving. He was frozen in mid-air. When I looked down at the now-empty fool I saw at the bottom Dracula bringing over Blob. He sat him right under where Johnny was going to fall. Then he pointed at Johnny, where he proceeded to fall again where he survived and landed on Blobby. Dracula looked so annoyed but at least Johnny's alive. 

Oh, Thank God.

After Dracula saved Johnny the pool party was over. The pool was drained of water and that means no pool. Everyone started to head back inside slowly and back into the hotel room. Probably to dry off for tonight, or should I say daytime.

I was still watching Dracula and Johnny talk but could not hear what they were saying. In the corner of my eyes, I could see Markus and Mavis get up from both sides of me.

"Hey. We are going to head back inside to dry off for today. Are you coming?" Mavis asked while they both looking down at me. Markus held out his hand to me to help me up. I gladly took it and looked back at them.

" I think I will stay back with Johnny. To see if there is any more planning for tomorrow night" I answered them while pointing at Johnny at the bottom of the pool. Mavis let out a giggle while nodding while Markus nods. Mavis walked away back inside where everyone else was going while Markus joins her.

I have a feeling me and Johnny are going to get a lecture from Dracula.
