Every day, for almost two weeks, your parents and Yoimiya would visit you in your chambers located in the hospital. You laid unconscious in a comatose for that long which was very worrisome for your friends and family.
For two weeks as well, they have been making sure to take care of your classes at school considering that you were also a very active member of not only the student body but as well as the student council. At this point, everyone in the school has also been very worried about your state, hoping that their vice president was safe and well.
It was a Sunday evening and Yoimiya volunteered to keep watch over you this time because everyone else would be busy and she had free time on her hands after skipping classes just for you.
She giggles, a small smile making her frown turn upside down as she scrolls through your phone's gallery. After the emergency team had brought you to the hospital, the police investigated the scene and looked for any belongings that may be important to you and they just happen to find your phone.
After seeing that there was no suspicious activity that may conclude to a result where the accident happened to be a crime, they returned your things and now Yoimiya has a hold of your dear phone because she refuses for anyone to touch the very thing you love the most.
Almost several of the pictures she had scrolled through were either blurred and vague pictures of her and your other friends or maybe aesthetically pleasing pictures of past events that have occurred throughout the year.
The small smile she had on her face started to slowly fade away as she stumbled upon a picture of you and a very familiar raven-haired boy.
You two were just a new couple in the picture, so fresh and innocent like a flower that bloomed from a small bud. You had your arms around the boy as he squishes one of your cheeks. You could see him giggling at your lightly scrunched face. She remembered how this moment went very well because it was the moment where you had been the happiest. Being able to be with someone you loved. That was when you were always the happiest.
"What are you looking at?" her stomach dropped as her soul almost left her body at the moment she heard a voice echo throughout the silent room.
"Oh my god!" she exclaimed as she quickly turns off the phone before meeting your hazy and tired eyes. "You're awake!"
She doesn't hesitate to jump on you and give you a tight embrace. She knew it would crush you a bit but it's been long since the last time she felt her best friend's warm body hug her back. She could cry out of happiness but she suddenly remembered something very important.
"Do you remember who I am?" she pulls away from the hug to stare at you dead in the eyes.
"Of course yes! You're Yoimiya, my bestie!" you looked at her with a pout, offended at the fact that she thought you had forgotten her.
"Why would you think I'd forget about you?" you raised your eyebrows at her before she holds your hands and start speaking.
She explained how the doctor said that there was a large possibility that you may forget your memories because of the accident that happened but it seemed to her that you were fine.
After that, she called the nurses and doctors over to come to take a look at you and see if your head or your body was doing fine.
"She woke up?!" Thoma exclaims an obvious smile on his face as he and the blue-haired siblings seemed to have a brighter aura than before.
"Thank the stars!" Ayato sighed as he patted Ayaka on the back. "We should go see her now, the doctor must be done with her."
Yoimiya leads them to the room once again after the doctor leaves with his nurses. They all look at you and they didn't know whether it was just them or did your aura and vibes seemed to have changed. A nostalgic feeling of seeing you again somehow made its way to their minds.
"Y/n? Do you... do you remember us?" Ayaka took slow steps towards you, speaking in a very calm voice and hoping to be very gentle with you as if you were fragile porcelain.
"Uhm." your eyes slowly looked away from her baby blue orbs, lips forming in a thin line as your sweat dropped at the question.
"Oh god! Ayato!" she quickly turns to her older brother with sad and almost teary eyes as her head filled with thoughts of you probably forgetting about her.
"Big Forehead-chan?" god, she was about to cry. But suddenly you had the nerves to joke about something so stupid.
"God damn it, Y/n!" she stomped her feet as tears fell from her face. You giggled at her before opening your arms for a hug to which she quickly ran towards to.
"I was so worried!" she mumbles between the nape of your neck. "Did you have a good sleep?"
"Mhm, don't worry about me. All I know is that I'm alright." you smiled at her as you patted her hair from behind, trying to calm her down. Honestly speaking, if Yoimiya was emotional, Ayaka was a drama queen.
"We're so glad that you're okay, Y/n!" Thoma walks up near your bed as you smiled up at him.
"Sorry to bring this up but does Scaramouche know what happened to you?" Ayato asks with a hand under his chin.
Yoimiya groans at his question. Did he have to bring up the dude while they were trying to savor the sweet moment of reuniting with their friend who's been partially dead for weeks?
"I'm sorry. Who?"
