A/N: I'm finally back with another part, it's been a while. I'm extra sorry because not only you had to wait over a week, but also it's just a short filler chapter. However, I can't wait to write the next part, so brace yourself for part 9! Enjoy! 💜
With only just over a week left before the boys leave for the competitions, Andi came up with the idea that before they go away, they have to help Maja finally decorate her apartment the way she wanted it.
"Who's idea was it that all five of us go shopping? It doesn't take so many people to grab a few cans of paint and some decorations." Maja acknowledged from in between Richi and Stephan in the back of the car while Andreas drove and beside him in the front passengers seat was Markus. Unfortunately Lena had work and Karl was recovering from a flu so they couldn't come help out.
"Are you complaining? Besides, you'll get more opinions on what you're buying this way," Andi responded, glancing at the girl through the rear-view mirror.
"I'll waste more time this way for sure," she mumbled, making the two boys beside her chuckle.
"Be grateful! You're getting help from three handsome men." Markus grinned brightly. "...And Richi of course," he concluded. Richard laughed, rolling his eyes at the comment.
"Yeah, Richi, the handsomest of you all." Maja smirked, knowing it would set the boys off. Richi couldn't help but smile softly, he knew it was part of a joke, but the fact that she stood in his defence still managed to lift his mood.
Andreas came to a stop at a red light. "If you're that desperate to walk Maja, I can let you out here," the blond joked, in response to her 'hurtful' comment.
They arrived at the store not long after, thankfully all in one piece and no one ended up having to take a walk.
Markus immediately volunteered to get a trolley, to which no one objected. Before they even managed to enter the actual building, Andi was already sitting, rather uncomfortably inside the trolley. His limbs were much too long and his height wasn't making the situation any better.
"And this is what happens when you take two kids shopping." Maja shook her head, hiding her face in Richard's shoulder out of embarrassment. However, it didn't stop her from taking out her phone and snapping a picture of the two dorks.
She chuckled at the picture, before sliding her phone back inside her pocket. Maja, Richi and Stephan began searching for the items the girl needed, while the other two boys took a ride around the store.
There was only so much Maja could do since the apartment was rented, but she had a privilege anyway, which thankfully no one asked any questions about.
"Don't you think it's a bit too pale?" Maja asked the two boys. They were a few minutes into a deep conversation about which paint she should choose for the bedroom.
"No, I think it'll be-," Stephan didn't get to finish his sentence because all three of them flinched slightly at the sound of a scream. A very familiar scream. They shared a worried glance between them, before rushing to where the sound had came from.
"Andi what have you done?" Stephan immediately groaned at the sight.
For some reason it didn't even surprise the three when they saw the blond boy on the floor. The trolley was knocked over and so was a small aisle with pillows, which were now also scattered around the floor.
"It was Markus!" The younger boy whinged. Yet, Markus was nowhere to be seen. "He pushed me and then ran away," Andi explained.
Stephan was already by his side, helping him get up. Maja caught a glimpse of Markus who was hiding, well trying to hide behind a pole.
"We literally left you alone for like five seconds!" Maja huffed, slapping Markus harmlessly around his head. At which the boy yelped more dramatically than necessary.
Thankfully they all managed to quickly clean everything up and bring it back to how It was before any staff appeared. The girl ensure all boys stayed with her this time as they walked back to the aisle with paint. Yet, that didn't stop Andi from flicking Markus continuously.
"Do I need to hold you hand?" Maja suddenly stopped in her tracks, making Andi stumble right into her since he was walking behind her. She rolled her eyes, but laughed at him.
The right side of his lips tugged upwards, forming a cocky smirk. "That wouldn't be such a bad idea, would it?" The blond spoke softly, looking directly into her eyes with a flirty gaze. She would never admit it, but whenever he looked at her this way, even if it was just a joke, her legs went weak every time.
She slowly and carefully stepped closer to him, making sure her legs wouldn't give up on her. "You would love that," Maja spoke confidently, stealing his line from the training when she threatened to pull down his pants. Since she struggled to keep his teasing gaze any longer, she gave him a wink before turning back around and catching up with the boys who were now ahead.
Andi's smirk widened. The only thing he could think about now was how he was really growing a soft spot for that attitude of hers.

Richi helped Maja set everything up, covering the furniture with foil so that no paint would stain it. The rest of the boys brought up the cans of paint, painting equipment, some plants and decoration she chose.
The boys were already dressed appropriately for the job, so Maja quickly nipped to her room to get changed. She put on some old hoodie that she didn't really wear anymore and just as she was putting on her leggings, something by the door caught her attention.
"Ever heard of knocking before you enter, you perv?" She spoke surprisingly calmly. The boy leaned against the doorframe, an amused look on his face.
"Ever heard of closing the door when you don't want to be seen getting changed?" Andi sassed back just as calmly. "I might think you did it on purpose."
The girl laughed. "Are you sure you didn't hit your head when you fell out of that trolley?" She asked, giving the leggings a final pull.
Before he could reply, Richi walked in with a can of paint and two paint brushes. "You two can start the bedroom while the boys and I paint the living room and kitchen," he stated.
"Why do I have to paint with him?" Maja playfully pulled a disgusted face.
"Because him and Marcus together would do more damage than good to this apartment.," Richard laughed. He pressed a sweet kiss to her forehead. "Good luck," he whispered before disappearing out of the room, making the girl smile at the gesture.
Maja glanced over at the blond who was staring at her intensely, biting his lip. 'Don't do that' she thought instantly and forced herself to look away.
"Come on then Milka, let's do this." She smiled, clapping her hands. She heard the boy laugh and she frowned.
"That's not exactly how I expected you to invite me to have sex with you, but I'll take what I can get." He joked.
"Andreas!" Maja gasped. For some reason that remark actually managed to make her blush a little. "Stop being such a pig!" She began laughing along with him, both of them laughing until she eventually forced a paint brush into his hand.
After only painting one side of the wall, Andi demanded a break because his hand was hurting. Maja didn't mind until she noticed for how long he was not returning to the painting. She suddenly heard light snoring from her foil covered bed, laid on it was Andi of course.
"Unbelievable," she laughed, shaking her head. She quietly tiptoed over to the bed and with a swift movement, she painted on a moustache just above his lips.
The boy immediately snapped awake. "What the hell?!" He tried to wipe of the paint, but that only smudged it across his cheek, making the girl laugh.
"Oops, my hand slipped," she laughed, covering her mouth innocently.
"Oh you are so dead!" Andi warned, rushing off of the bed to grab the paint brush that he used previously. Maja ran to the door, but she didn't manage to even open it because she was pulled back by Andi.
"No! Not my hair! Andi I will make you wash it for me!" She cried out, but the boy had no mercy and he dragged the paint brush from the front to the back of her head, right across the middle part of her hair.
"Oops, my hand slipped!" He mocked her. The boy let her go and amused, he stared at her to see her reaction.
"That's it Wellinger! You pushed it too far now." She cautioned, but much to his surprise she just turned away and continued to paint the wall. Andi watched her carefully for a moment, but since she wasn't attacking him, confused, he also went back to painting.
Andreas forgot about Maja's words and he focused on what he was doing. He was lost in his thoughts, happy that they almost finished painting the room, when suddenly he felt a weight on his back, making him stumble backwards.
"Maja get off! You're the one that started this!" He screeched, but the girl was holding on tightly. He closed his eyes as soon as he felt the wet paint on his head and the forehead.
"Oh shit." The girl mumbled, quickly jumping off. It turned out she didn't actually realise how much paint was on the paint brush. Definitely much more than she expected.
Andi slowly turned around, wiping the paint of off his forehead before it managed to get to his eyes.
"Nice to meet you Jack Frost," she laughed, instantly regretting it because the boy began taking slow steps towards her. "Stay there! Don't you dare come any closer!" She warned, sticking out her paint brush, but that didn't stop Andi.
Once again Maja didn't make it to the door before she got attacked by Andi, so all that was left for her to do was to try covering him in as much paint as she could.
"What on earth are you two doing?" Richi stood in the doorway with Markus and Stephan behind him. Maja was straddling Andi on the floor, covering him with paint wherever she could, the boy flipped her over and did exactly the same, both of them laughing.
"And you said that Andi and I would be bad together. Look at those two devils." Markus laughed.
"Have you two seen yourself?" Richi asked, raising his eyebrow in amusement. Andi and Maja finally gave up, deciding they both had enough. However, they couldn't stop laughing at how the other looked.
"Aww Richi come give me a hug!" Maja grinned, opening her arms and heading over to him. The boy quickly hid behind Markus who looked at the girl terrified. Everyone's attention was suddenly diverted to Waffles who ran into the room, dripping in paint. Maja looked at everyone with wide eyes before they all chuckled.
"Aw you poor thing," she sighed.
"Go clean yourselves and the pup you two, we'll finish it off." Stephan informed, sending them a smile.
Maja gave them a thankful smile before heading out of the bedroom. "Uhm you've forgotten something," Andi pointed out, making Maja turn around confused. He gestured to the puppy.
"Uhm I think you've forgotten who's pup it is." She laughed, sweetly blowing him a kiss.
Despite ending up covered in paint, Maja wouldn't have changed this day in any way. She enjoyed herself, and her company wasn't so bad neither.
