Two weeks later

Zizhen and Jin Ling arrive in Cloud Recesse for Sizhui to take his place as the next clan leader. Lan Xichen is still the Xiandu since there is no one who is better then him. Lan Wangji is standing with Lan Xichen and his uncle, he know that they misses him very much.

They are waiting for everyone to arrive before they can start the ceremony. "Wei xiong, aren't you going to go over there?" Ask Nie Huaisang who appear out of nowhere.

"I think I rather stand here. I don't fit in with them. What about you, Nie Xiong?" Wei Wuxian asked Nie Huaisang.

"I'm not good with talking with those good for nothing sect leader. I won't forgive them for what they did to you. Well beside Xichen ge, he didn't have a choice. I warned my brother but he didn't listen to me."

"You knew?"

Nie Huaisang nodded his head, "when I told Da Ge about it, he won't believe me. I'm sorry I couldn't save you Wei xiong. But there is one thing you should know."

Wei Wuxian didn't turn to look at Nie Huaisang, "I believe that you didn't kill Jin Zixuan and Jin Zixun." Wei Wuxian smiled at this, "thank you Huaisang."

Nie Huaisang smile at this, "What are friend for Wuxian."

Soon the ceremony has begun. Nie Huaisang went over to where his clan is at. Wei Wuxian just stand in front of the tree leaning against it. Wei Wuxian watch the ceremony from where he is at.

His eye lingered on Lan Wangji, 'This will be your last day to be here Lan Zhan.'

About an hour or so later the ceremony is over. Wei Wuxian doesn't know it but Lan Wangji is looking at him from the distance. Wei Wuxian gave Lan Wangji a soft look in his eye. His heart skip a beat to see Wei Wuxian is looking at him like this.

Everything around them disappear, the people, the chair, the loud noise, it is just the two of them. Wind is blowing around as leaf is flying in between them.

(Imaging Wei Wuxian wearing this. I am using San Lang outfit as example. The shoe doesn't have the silver hanging from it. The shoe went up to his kneel and is black. The pant is still white. From neck to toe, the red is dark blue, the white is still white. The belt is plain black, the two silver on the wrist is black.and he doesn't have San Lang butterfly necklace. And his hair is half tie up. Like when he become Yiling Laozu.)

"You has fun, Lan Zhan?" Wei Wuxian talk through their mind link.

"Mn. I got to see Sizhui become the next sect leader."

"What if I said that this will be your last chance to see your uncle and brother, how do you feel?" Lan Wangji see the look in Wei Wuxian eye, "I know that they will understand."

Wei Wuxian look up, the wind review Wei Wuxian eye. Lan Wangji cheek have blush on them. His eye was soft, not angry, "do you remember what I ask you back at the Phoenix mountain?"

"Mn. You ask me what you are to me? I ask you what do you see me as? You told me that you see me as your soulmate."
