"Dark energy? What kind?" Lan Wangji turn back to look at Wei Wuxian who sigh. "Let me show you?" Before Wei Wuxian can start the guard came back, "Gongzi," Wei Wuxian look at Zizhen, "take Sect leader Ouyang to a room to change. Zizhen, take your clothes with you once you change. Come back here and give it to me okay?"

"Okay Wei Qianbei."

"Sect leader Ouyang, please come with me," Zizhen follow the guard. Wei Wuxian went back to the Lan clothes, he waved his hand above Lan Wangji set of clothes. "Lan Wangji, this is your clothes."

Lan Wangji see his clothes emerge a dark crimson red energy. "This is your brother, uncle and disciple clothes." The other set emerge a dark dark black energy. "Why is our clothes have energy in them?"

"That is a good question Hanguang Jun. I couldn't believe that this energy haven't taken over you all yet." Wei Wuxian waved his hand again, the energy disappear. "Wei Qianbei said that it is from the talisman, Hanguang Jun."

"The talisman?" Sizhui nodded his head. "But how come we don't know about it?" Lan Wangji turn back to look at Wei Wuxian who raised his eyebrow, "how come you know about it, Wei Wuxian?"

"Like Sizhui said, from the talisman. Even though you took out the talisman from your clothes. The energy of all that talisman still there. Even if you change clothes, that energy is still on your body. You can't see it or feel it, but is there."

"Wei Qianbei!" Zizhen came back with his set of clothes, he went to give it to Wei Wuxian. "As you can see Hanguang Jun, there is a energy here in Zizhen cloth but that energy is still on Zizhen body."

"Wei Qianbei, does this mean everyone is not safe?" Jingyi asked Wei Wuxian. "That's right Jingyi." The three boys looked at one another and then back to Wei Wuxian, "A-Ying, how long will it take for this energy to take over their whole body?" Wei Wuxian waved his hand in front of him, he see half of the energy is only below Lan Wangji, Sizhui, Jingyi and Zizhen waist.

'It been many many years now. The energy is slowly creeping up their body,' "it is half way below their waist line." 'The children, is mid way above their waist line. I can only said this so that they won't be scare. I need to go see Hua Cheng. Wait he did said that he will send a message to me. I guess I have to wait.'

"A-Ying, how much longer?" Wei Wuxian sigh, "to be honest Shishu maybe another year or so. If we take away the energy then they will be fine."

"But how Wei Qianbei?" Jingyi asked.

"I have a friend that can help you. I'm just waiting for his reply," Wei Wuxian look outside, "it is getting late, how about we all have something to eat? For now, let's forget about what we all just know. Guard!" A guard came in, "yes gongzi."

"Tell the people in the kitchen to cook a vegetable plate for the Lan clan and the rest of us is regular food."

"Yes gongzi." With that the guard left.

"Lan er gongzi, children have a seat?" Lan Wangji went to sit down while the other three went to sit down behind the table that is on the right of Lan Wangji.

Wei Wuxian pour the wine in the cup, the room was quiet, no one was talking beside the boys. Sizhui look over on the other side, "Song gongzi, Xiao gongzi, can I ask you a question?" Song Lan and Xiao Xingchen looked at each other then back to Sizhui.

"You may young one?" Xiao Xingchen smiled at sizhui, "I don't want to be brutal but weren't you dead. And  Song gongzi, didn't Xue Yang cut off your tongue and turn you into a fierce corpse? But now, you look like a human."

Xiao Xingchen and Song Lan smile, "a good friend of A-Ying help me and Xiao Xingchen. Ah that's right, the girl you all met, A- Qing, she is alive as well."

"Qing guniang!?" Shouted both Zizhen and Jingyi. "Yes, she here but she is staying with Lou guniang and her family. A-Qing said that only Lou guniang daughter play with her," Xiao Xingchen move his head from side to side.

"She is with little Mian Mian?" Wei Wuxian asked. "Yes, Lou guniang said that she can teach A-Qing how to defend herself even if she isn't a cultivator."

"Hey not bad. I remember watching everything that happen in her memories. She wasn't able to save you two. I'm glad you two adopted A-Qing, she a lovely girl," soon the servant come back with many tray of food.

"Wei Qianbei, can I have what you are having?" Wei Wuxian grin, "Jingyi, your Hanguang Jun is here. What will he said?" Jingyi glanced to his left, "go on Jingyi." This make Jingyi very happy, "Thank you Hanguang Jun! Wei Qianbei!?"

A minute later another servant bring out the same food that the other is having. "Wow the food is good!"

"Jingyi, no talking while eating," Jingyi got scolded by Lan Wangji. Wei Wuxian sigh, "still the same old Lan rule. Hanguang Jin, you are not in Gusu, your not in Cloud Recesses and your not in your clan. Don't use your rule here in my home."

Wei Wuxian smiled at Jingyi, "is okay to talk and eat Jingyi. It is much more of a happy atmosphere, rather then a quiet one."

"A-Ying, the other disciple want to go on a night hunt. Somewhere in another town. We want to know what do you think?" Xiao Xingchen asked Wei Wuxian.

"Ah, why are you asking me? You and Song xiong are their sect leader, why can't you make the decision?" Wei Wuxian pouted at his uncle.

Xiao Xingchen sigh at how childish Wei Wuxian is even though he already a sect leader of the whole town.

"Xiao gongzi, how about Lanling? We haven't gone night hunting for a while now. Hanguang Jun?" Sizhui looked at Lan who is still eating.

Lan Wangji put down his chopstick, he stand up, he gave a bow to Song Lan and Xiao Xingchen, "please let my disciple go with you?"

"I am coming too!"

Song Lan and Xiao Xingchen looked at each other, they nodded their head, the two look back at the children, "okay."
