"Ok, you can. Have a good day today boys. Naruto it was nice to have you in our house and I can wait for you to come again. Make sure my Shika-chan is training ." Yoshio said with a smile.

"Ka-chan .." Shikamaru said ." Troublesome." Murmured for him.

"Yes, ma'am ." Saluted Naruto. As the two boys left, Yoshio looks at her husband who just wakes up, scratching his head yawn.

" I am so happy that how he is a good boy. And seeing our son being a good friend is making me so proud." Said the woman hugging her husband.

In the Hokage tower, Shika and Naruto were in front of the Secretary, who was giving a glare at Naruto.

" as Shikamaru finish the sentence Sarutobi come out for his office and saw his Secretary in young Nara grab scary of him. Looking at Naruto for an explanation. Naruto just shrugged.

" Shikamaru-Kun let the poor woman go ." Said Hiruzen. But Shikamaru didn't listen. Naruto sigh.

"Shika. Let go ." Making sure he spoke with his Hokage voice, and he goes to Sarutobi. Shikamaru let the woman go and said a simple "Hai ." And he goes after his boyfriend. Looking at the actual Hokage Shikamaru said.

" Your Secretary said that I can come in but the demon can't." Said hissing. The Secretary goes ever pale. Sarutobi look at her as the 'The God of Shinobi ', not the nice grandfather.

"You are fired. " Spoke the Hokage.

"I don't want to hear. If you can't distinguish a sweet boy for a demon you are not fit as the Secretary for the Hokage. And you went again my word. I said that I want Nara Shikamaru and Uzumaki Naruto in my office in the morning and who do you think you are to keep my Shinobi for their work. Now leave. " The God of Shinobi spoke. The woman left and the Hokage and Nara calm down. "Sorry for that I will make Iruka as a Secretary for the moment. "

"Hai ." And Cat shunshin. When Cat comes back with all the work Hiruzen wanted to growl and yell at his eternity enemy. Dismissed his Anbu and pleased a silence seal in the room they start.

"The paperwork will do my clone and they will make stacks. When I get the memory for the clones I will tell what it's, so we need to make plans for the academy. " Making 20 clones Naruto look at Shikamaru and Sarutobi.

"The civilian the were genin die because the academy is not teaching them what to do, yes it is needed to know of history and all, but it is not enough for them to be a ninja. They need to know that they are going to kill and they will be killed be someone if they don't take this seriously. " Shikamaru said.

" I was thinking for exercise that looks like missions. To be put in a team and to think of a plan to complete the mission but to be able put the plan with the team . " Naruto said thinking.

"Can you give me an example of exercise ?"Hiruzen asks liking the idea.

"Hmm. I don't know something like giving them a name and to see what information they get, or an infiltration mission let say that they have a target that needs to be eliminated but they have each Shinobi, Samurai or guards. They will think of a plan that they will enter and eliminate the target without them being detected. The jounin can make an exercise like that from their mission. " Naruto explain. Hiruzen smile proud of his adoptive grandchild.

'' I was thinking to start with Zabuza and Haku if I could negotiate with them and if someone has something with them they are protected in my clan. Then Nagato I want to save him as the student of Ero-sennin and my uncle with his paper girlfriend. I want Itachi in the village and save his sight and ill that kills him. I now want to send messages to the 8 jinchuuriki and who do not have a village will come and be protected by my clan, I can not take Bee from his brother or Garra from his village. "Naruto said.

'' Okay, '' said Shikamaru and Sarutobi.

'' Kuchiyose no Jutsu '' Naruto said, the other foxes appeared. '' Kiko, Kuro, Shiba, Haru, Hiro, Shiro, Alex, Nana I want you to get some messages. ''

"Hai , Naruto-sama." All fox said .
