Serenity lay in pain on the sidewalk, her chest plate open from the blast, revealing all of her damages. "Serenity...", Optimus whispered, getting on his knees, holding her to his chest.

She only groaned in response. Ratchet then got on the other side of her.

"What is her status?", Optimus asked, still not letting go. "Bad! Her CPU is fried. Her capacitor has suffered major damage and her spark as well had suffered major damage.", Ratchet informed.

"But, we don't have Sari's key!", Bulkhead started to panic. "I don't need a key to do my job!", Ratchet snapped.

"It will be okay, Bulkhead. Ratchet knows what he's doing.", Harvester said, trying to calm down her crush. Ratchet then tried to take Serenity from Optimus, but he refused to let go.

This is when his team members stepped up for their leader. "Optimus, she will be okay.", Prowl said, kneeling beside him.

"Yeah, the doc bot won't let anything happen.", Bumblebee agreed, as Optimus finally relinquished his hold and Serenity and gave her over to Ratchet. As she laid in front of Ratchet, he once again slipped into his past.

Ratchet walked through the war-torn planet, passing dead comrades, as he went until he found what he had been looking for. Omega Supreme, laying on the hill.

His chest having an exposed hole, as well as his leg. Ratchet opened the doors, as he got in.

"Ratchet, this that you?", Omega asked, painfully. "It's me.", Ratchet said, opening up his spark chamber.

"I can feel my spark fading.", Omega said. "I know, I need to put you in a modified status until we can get you fixed up. Can you still transform?", Ratchet asked.

"I-I think so...", Omega said, transforming into the ship. Ratchet then started working on Omega.

"You taught me to protect like an Autobot. But, all I did was destroy like a Decepticon.", Omega said, sorrowfully. "We do what we must. Even if sometimes it doesn't make sense.", Ratchet explained.

"I-I don't understand.", Omega said. "I'm not sure if I do either. Just rest now, friend. You've earned it.", Ratchet said, powering off Omega Supreme.

"You okay, Ratchet?", Harvester asked. Ratchet looked up into the worried expressions of his team.

Without answering, he began to work on Serenity. His servo's were shaking, until Harvester grabbed them.

"Your servos are shaking.", Harvester pointed out. "Between you and me, I'm a little rusty at this.", Ratchet said, keeping his head down, afraid that Optimus would see his uncertainty.

"Don't worry, I'll be fine.", Ratchet continued. Harvester looked back at the rest of her team.

"I'll stay here with Ratchet. To help in any way I can.", Harvester said. The loud destructive sound was heard, as Sari continued her panicked rampage.

"And I thought I was clumsy.", Bulkhead said, as he elbowed him. "We have to get that key.", Optimus said.

"I told you I'm fine!", Ratchet shouted out, still not looking up. "I know that, Ratchet. But, if the key is what is overloading Sari's circuits, removing that power source could shut her down.", Optimus finished.

"R-Right! Sorry about that, Prime.", Ratchet said. "Just take care of Serenity. We'll do the rest.", Optimus said, as he looked down once last time of the love of his life.

"Transform and roll out!", Optimus commanded. Sari screamed, as she ran into the cars, creating damage where ever she went.

"We'll never get that key if we don't slow her down first.", Optimus pointed out. "Autobots, follow me!", Optimus continued.

He then lead them to a construction site. "Bulkhead, you and I need to make a little detour. Bumblebee, I need you to use speed ahead. Try to slow her down in any way you can. Prowl, wait on my command then go for that key.", Optimus ordered.

Back with Ratchet, Harvester, and Serenity. "No, no! No! Don't do this, Princess! Stay with me! Stay for Optimus!", Ratchet said.

The minute he said Optimus, her spark started beating slightly more steadily. But, just slightly.

"Cone on, Seri! You can't leave Optimus behind!", Harvester said, grabbing her hand. Bumblebee had used his turbo boosters, cutting Sari off, as he started creating roadblocks.

Just to slow her down enough for Optimus and Bulkhead to put up a bunch of metal beams in front of her, stopping her for only a second. Just enough time for Prowl to get the key out.

It seemed to work, as Sari pulled in her knives and breathing in a sigh of relief. Until the same look in her eyes appeared again and she started slicing the beams.

Optimus looked on in horror. "Prime, what is your status?", Ratchet asked.

"We got the key. But, she is still out of control.", Optimus informed. "Right now, I'm more worried about Serenity. I know what I said before, but I need that key.", Ratchet said, panicked.

Optimus looked at his team. "I'll bring the key to her.", Optimus said.

"No, I will! Seeing you right now might cause Ratchet to panic more. And you need to lead right now.", Prowl said, before transforming, as he drove to where Ratchet was at. Prowl quickly got to where Ratchet was.

Harvester giving him the supplies he needed. Ratchet quickly placed the key in Serenity's chest.

But nothing happened. Only her spark continued to decline.

"Ah, It's not working! The slagging things got no power!", Ratchet yelled out. "Perhaps all of its energy was drained during Sari's upgrade?", Prowl suggested.

"You don't need the key, Ratchet. You can do this without it.", Harvester encouraged. Sari continued to walk, even when her footsteps exploded.

"I can't stop myself from blowing everything up!", Sari shouted out. "Why don't you try holding it in? Like when you have to go to that sleep room?", Bulkhead suggested.

"Restroom? Ok, nothing else is working.", Sari said. She then squinted her eyes.

The sparks soon leaving her body. "What do you know? It worked!", Bumblebee cheered.

Until Sari's body started flashing blue. "Guys? I don't think that was such a good idea.", Sari said.

Suddenly, a giant energy wave shot out from her, knocking the others into the building behind them. Ratchet continues to work, finally getting some confidence back.

While putting Serenity's insides back together again, her spark stabilizing. Serenity then opened her eyes.

"Where's Sari and Optimus?! We have to-", Serenity said. She cuts herself off, before falling back in pain.

"Easy there, Princess. I manage to stabilize your command module with an interface patch. But, it's just temporary. You're going to need more work back at the plant.", Ratchet told her. "Ratchet! Sari is about to explode! The only thing that can stop her is your EMP generator! You need to get here stat!", Optimus said through the comms.

"Optimus...", Serenity said, while trying to sit up again. But, Harvester forced her to stay down.

"We can't use it on her, Prime. I got no idea how the blast will affect a techno organism. It could kill her!", Ratchet stated. "We don't have a choice, Ratchet! She could take all of Detroit with her!", Optimus said. 

"Has... To be another way...", Serenity said, once again trying to get up. But now, both Prowl and Harvester forcing her to stay down. 

"Go! We'll stay with Serenity.", Prowl said. "Try to keep her from moving.", Ratchet instructed. 

"You do realize this is Serenity?", Prowl pointed out. "She'll try to go where ever Optimus is.", Harvester finished. 

Ratchet then looked at her. "Oh yeah.", Ratchet said.

He then transformed, before heading where Sari is. When he couldn't get closer, he transformed and started running towards her.

"Sari, you've got to stop this. I don't want to hurt you!", Ratchet said, printing his EMP at her. "I don't want to hurt you, either! But, I can't stop myself!", Sari called out.

Ratchet hesitated, not wanting to hurt his young friend. "Just do it! I promise it will be alright!", Sari said.

Ratchet closed his eyes, before shooting his EMP and knocking out Sari. "No...", Ratchet whispered.

Back in space, Longarm continued his trek home.

He was worried about his cover, since he couldn't find the remains of Blurr. Once back in his office, he got a call from Megatron, before transforming back into Shockwave.

"Lord Megatron?", Shockwave asked. "Shockwave, I'm afraid we have suffered a setback.", Megatron told him.

"You don't know the half of it, my lord. Ultra Magnus has shut down the entire space bridge network. The Earth bound Autobots can expose my cover at any moment and I wasn't able to find the remains of one of the intelligent officers who I failed to dispose of. Forgive me, my lord.", Shockwave stated. "I believe I may have something that might solve both of those problems. Except for the missing intelligence officer. Do whatever you must to find him.", Megatron commanded.

Back at one of the space bridges. "Oh, the Autobot Elite Guard. This should be fun.", Striker said, getting her team ready to attack.

"Attention, Decepticons! This is Megatron! All units fall back at once! Do not engage the Autobots, until further notice!", Megaton said, through the comms. "Fallback? He can not be serious!", Striker surmised.

"There will be grave consequences for those who disobey. Your leader has spoken.", Megatron continued. "Right. You heard the bot. Fall back! On the double!", Striker ordered, as they all left.

"You won't believe this, Commander! But the Decepticons are going splitsville.", Jazz said. Back on Earth, all the Autobots stood around, waiting for the news on Sari.

Ratchet and Harvester then walked out. "How is she?", both Optimus and Serenity asked at the same time.

Serenity, who was wrapped in bandages, stood up to fast and gasped in pain, as Optimus supports her. "I manage to rewire her system the old fashion way and bypassed the circuits that caused her to go out of control.", Ratchet explained.

"But, she's going to be okay? Right?", Bumblebee asked. "We've done everything we can. All we can do now is wait.", Harvester replied.

"I came as soon as I could!", Professor Sumdac said. Everyone turned to see the professor standing there.

"Professor Sumdac?", Bulkhead and Harvester both asked. "What is he doing here?", Bumblebee asked.

"Who told him the location of our secret base?", Prowl asked. Optimus looked at Serenity, who nodded for him to tell them.

"I did.", Optimus told them. Serenity then picked up the professor. "From now on, there are no more secrets in this family.", Serenity said, while carrying Professor Sumdac to his daughter.

He then gasped. "But, she looks like a teenager now.", Professor Sumdac said.

Optimus then turned to the rest. "Let's give them some time alone.", Optimus said. Serenity went to follow the others.

But, Optimus stopped her. "Stay with your sister.", Optimus told her, before leaving.

Once outside, they gave Bumblebee the rundown. "So Sari is part Cybertronian and is one of the princesses to Cybertron. She is also Serenity's long-lost sister. The Headmaster jacked Starscream's body. Sari turned Serenity good again. I go on a transwarp tour of the galaxy and Serenity nearly gets slagged by an upgraded Sari.", Bumblebee stated.

"Not to mention you getting eaten by a monster.", Harvester added. "Could this solar cycle get any stranger?", Bumblebee asked.

He then started to glow. "You had to say something.", Harvester stated.

"Uh, be careful what you wish for.", Bulkhead added. "Oh no! I'm about to transwarp again!", Bumblebee said, bracing himself.

But, Bulkhead then opened up Bumblebee's back and grabbed the transwarp device, turning it off. "Huh, why didn't I think of that?", Bumblebee asked.

"Because you're not a space bridge genius.", Bulkhead stated. "Not like you.", Harvester said, kissing him on the cheek.

Bumblebee fake gagged. He then turned to Optimus.

"Speaking of romances... Now that Serenity's back to normal, when are you going to pop the question?", Bumblebee asked. Everyone was now looking at Optimus, who was blushing.

"I-I don't know what you mean.", Optimus stuttered, nervously. "You know what we mean. When are you going to ask Serenity to marry you?", Bulkhead asked.

Optimus then became even more flustered. "I-I don't know. I haven't had a lot of time to think of that really. And besides, I don't think now is the right time.", Optimus replied.

"Stop second-guessing yourself, Prime! When will it ever be the right time?", Ratchet asked. Optimus looked towards the base, where he knew Serenity was.

"Optimus since we have arrived on Earth, you and Serenity have been in great danger. You don't want to lose her without telling her how you really feel.", Prowl said. Before anyone else could state their opinion, a transwarp appeared in the sky.

"Is that...?", Prowl started to question. "Omega Supreme! You're alive!", Ratchet said, happily.

Bumblebee's smile disappeared when he saw Omega's cannon aiming for them. "So, why doesn't he look happy to see us?", Bumblebee asked.

"Take cover!", Optimus yelled out, as they all started dodging Omega's blasts. "Omega, what are you doing?! Don't you recognize your old friend?", Ratchet yelled out.

Omega then transformed to reveal it wasn't Omega in control. It was...

"The question should be... Do you recognize your old enemy?", Megatron said. "Megatron?!", Optimus asked in disbelief.

"Ah, then you do remember my name. Pity I can't remember yours.", Megatron replied. He then tried to step on them and shoot them again.

"How does it feel to know that your very source of the Autobot victory of the great wars will now deliver your annihilation?", Megatron asked. "I thought the Headmaster was bad news...", Bulkhead commented, after Harvester pushed him out of the way.

They all then took cover under a tunnel. "We need to lead him away from the city, before someone gets hurt.", Optimus said.

"Someone like us maybe?", Bumblebee asked. "Ratchet, you stay behind with Sari and Serenity.", Optimus ordered.

"But there is nothing more I can do for her now.", Ratchet explained. "I know... But I may need you to undo something.", Optimus said.

"You're not actually suggesting we unleash an uncontrollable Sari on Omega Supreme, are you?", Prowl asked. "I hoping we won't have to.", Optimus said.

"Where is Sadira?!", Megatron yelled out. "You can't hide forever, Autobots!", Megatron continued.

"What will lead him away from the city?", Bulkhead asked. "Us, obviously!", Bumblebee said.

"And a princess might help.", Serenity added. Everyone looked down the tunnel to see Serenity there.

"Seri, what are you doing?! You need to stay where it is safe!", Optimus said, while grabbing her shoulders. "I'm staying with my team.", Serenity said, while looking at all of them.

"Besides, we are facing Omega Supreme. You'll need all the help you can get.", Serenity continued. Ratchet then approached Bumblebee and Harvester, before placing something inside them.

"Hey! What are you doing?", Bumblebee asked. Harvester, however, knew what he did, as she looked up into Ratchet's face for confirmation.

"Like the princess said. You kids are going to need all the help you can get.", Ratchet replied. Bumblebee then transformed his stinger, smiling when he saw the new and improve one.

Harvester then saw her new weapon, two swords then came out on the sides of her hands. "How come you never did that before?", Bumblebee asked.

Ratchet looked uneasily at Optimus and Serenity. "Because battle grade stingers are only allowed on combat bots.", Optimus answered.

"And because those types of swords can let out a small sonic wave.", Serenity answered, referring to Harvester. "What are you two going to do? Arrest me?", Ratchet sassed.

As Ratchet went to walk away, Harvester quickly ran up to him. "Ratchet, can I talk to you for just a second?", Harvester asked.

He then nodded. "Ever since I joined the team, you have taken me under your wing and have been... Well, in humans terms. Like a father to me. Can I call you father?", Harvester explained.

Ratchet smiled, as he put one hand on her shoulder. "No, you can call me the Cybertronian form of father. Sire.", Ratchet told her.

He then gave her a hug, as he went back to Sari. Harvester then ran back to her team.

"Autobots! Transform and roll out!", Optimus shouted out. As they went racing out.

"Unwise move, Autobobots!", Megatron said, while trying to shoot them. Then, he saw Serenity following them.

"Sadira?", Megatron asked. "Not anymore!", Serenity yelled out, as they all jumped into the lake.

Megatron was now following them. "Where are the Autobots and princess?! The moisture on the infernal organic planet is interfering with their energy signatures!", Megatron said, frustrated.

He then started shooting at the water. "We need to break Megatron's control over Omega Supreme.", Optimus surmised.

"What chance do we have against a bot with the body the size of Sumdac tower?", Bumblebee asked. "Then we should take control from the processor. If I can access from the inside, I can use my cyber ninja technic to override Megatron's commands.", Prowl explained.

"But, that trick didn't work on Sari, either!", Bulkhead stated. Serenity then transformed.

"I was able to connect with Omega when I was Sadira. That is how I was able to get the message to Ratchet and Sari. If Prowl's doesn't work, perhaps I could try mine.", Serenity suggested. "It's the only shots we have right now. I'll keep Megatron busy, which means it's up to you three to keep Omega Supreme busy, while we sneak aboard.", Optimus said.

"I love being the decoy.", Bumblebee said, sarcastically. He then prepared his new stinger for Megatron. "Get ready for the new improve battle grade stinger, Megajerk!", Bumblebee continued.

This caused Megatron to stumble as Bumblebee, Bulkhead, and Harvester got out of the water. "You think you can stop me that easily?", Megatron asked.

Harvester then transformed. "Well, how about this then?", Harvester asked. She then shot a mini wave, taking off one of Megatron's blasters.

He then looked at her. "Lady, I treated you well while you were in my holding. You could still join me. I have been like a sire to you. Join me.", Megatron said.

"Sorry, but you got a bunch of things wrong. My name is Harvester, I made my choice to stay with the Autobots, and I already have a sire!", Harvester told him. She then sent another mini wave at Megatron, before she transformed and followed Bulkhead and Bumblebee.

"You have a sire?", Bulkhead asked. "Yeah! Ratchet adopted me.", Harvester explained.

"Uh oh! Looks like you are going to have to have to 'dad' talk with Ratchet now, Bulkhead.", Bumblebee teased. Meanwhile, under the water, Optimus, Prowl, and Serenity were making their way inside the giant Autobot.

"The power core should be right around- Ah!", Prowl said. He was cut off, as the robotic arms grabbed Prowl around the waist.

Optimus quickly cut him free, as he and Serenity started fighting the other's arms. "You two go for the spark chamber! I'll deal with Megatron!", Optimus ordered.

"But, Optimus! I want to stay with you!", Serenity said. "I will come for you, Seri. Now go!", Optimus told her.
