Marriage is a strong bond and a binding commitment to life, to society and to the healthy survival of the human race between mature male and female who have the urge for the union and are able to undertake the pecuniary obligations resulting from the union.

That is, those who have the means to pay the dowry and who are capable of providing maintenance to a wife. Therefore the adult male and female who are capable to fulfil marital obligations, both physical and material, are recommended to have marriage union.
