The era of changes characterized by pacing and overtaking in Okuro and Mu empire were manifestations of active globalization and postmodernism as the whole world was becoming a village due to industrial revolution and fast developing communication technology. The definitive and deterministic synergetic drivers in all sectors of the society for furtherance of innovation, inventions sensitive to political and socioeconomic progression across generations was higher takes that Great Saldana placed on entrepreneural sprouting. Different generations including the future had critical role to play either as protectors of already existing civilizations passed by their respective generations or progressive change agents in quest of socioeconomic rights' reenactment.

Taa Square and Madina approached CEO Saldana to take stock into the milestones Benevolence LTD had made and the future ahead it. Madina crossed in followed by Taa who pushed the office door behind her ajar.

Madina: assalam aleikum CEO!

Saldana:(attentive )Aleikum Salam!

Taa: We wanted some highlights into the future of Benevolence LTD if you won't mind.

Saldana : If you wouldn't have come I would have joined you.

Madina: You're enjoying us. Aren't you?

Saldana: You have no reason nor esteem to doubt me. Do you?

Taa: There's big burst and overflowing ideas. Sometimes we're tempted to doubt maybe as a result of slow processing in our mind.

Madina: She is right. You understand every group represents independent opportunity.

Saldana: And overtaking is allowed even if friendly and that's how we've enjoyed competitive advantage over others because we encourage competition from within.

Benevolence LTD aligned it's vision and mission with generational aspiration. No occurrence of any magnitude was too small for her grasp. She tapped every idea in terms of entrepreneurship and small business owner with clarity that entrepreneurial venture differed from small business in amount of wealth creation, speed of wealth creation, level of risk and innovation involved.

Saldana: We've not just running business, we're entrepreneurs.

Taa: Let me grasp the overriding philosophy?

Madina: One thing I know is that we don't pitch for profit.

Saldana: You're right and wrong Saldana.

Taa: You are confusing me more. What do you mean?

Madina:  I meant and I'm clarifying that we pitch on wealth creation with clarity building resilience beyond quick profit. Am I understand CEO?

Saldana: Exceeding expectations. I like your versatile reasoning.

Taa: Are you suggesting that profit to us isn't an end but a means to an end?

Saldana: Exactly. Small businesses can make profit and turn his back and claim he or she has finished.  That's a turning point in our case.

Rather than simply generating an income stream that replaced traditional employment, Saldana inclined her vision and mission to successful entrepreneural ventures creating substantial wealth in excess of several millions of shillings in Profits.

Madina: This requires focus.

Taa: Razor sharp focus CEO Saldana!

Saldana: That's the difference between us and others. To be guided by vision and mission isn't anybody's business.

Madina: And I remember you telling us you don't know how to make profit without bigger vision and mission. Didn't you?

Saldana: That's the tragedy our time. People put alot time thinking about Political vision and mission with no Economic foci.

Entrepreneural wealth creation was rapid within a timespan compared to what a small business could generate over lifetime.

Taa: Is anything wrong with that?

Saldana: Everything is wrong.

Madina: With many parties parading their manifesto with less focus business is suspect something is wrong but I can't guess what's.

Saldana: Taa I hope you've been illuminated?

Taa:  Indeed. I think such political dispensation can't guarantee prosperity but poverty through learned helplessness.

Saldana: You're right. What we're calling politics in third World isn't a continuation of liberation Struggle. The only way back to liberation pathway is through entrepreneural ventures.

Madina: Don't you think the rot is deeper?

Taa:  Suppose we want to contribute in fixing the rot, where should we start?

Risk of entrepreneurial venture was gigantic to trigger longer pursuit of incentives of sure profit that would fizzle out in small business.

Saldana: The rot is deeper as you say but since you've the bigger picture, I'm happy we're already in the path to recovery. I just need you to take it step by step with Kidz.

Taa: We've no option if this the only way.

Saldana: (Humor)You've many options including apolozing to AB Major for consideration for your husband's replacement. You'll be promoted immediately.

LAUGHTERS

Madina: She be a national celebrity.

Taa: What will that earn me rather than erecting a wall around my already prisoned self?

Saldana: I like your wordings: Many don't understand how huge the wall around themselves are.

Taa: I really value the victory I have made through you.

Madina: Stop that relapse you'll make me breakdown.

Taa: I'm sorry.

Saldana: I'm happy you know the bigger pursuit despite the menial tasks you undertake. That's also the case of our country: Many leaders are chasing the shadows instead of empowering communities economically. How I wish you fully comprehend the power at your disposal.

Madina: CEO Saldana, I have been wondering why AB Major and Maxima are chasing you?

Taa: I feel bothered too. What do they want?

Entrepreneurship involved substantial innovation in the business processes like IDG, product or service that gave the venture the competitive advantage that resulted in wealth creation beyond what small business exhibited.

Saldana: Have you ever thought of what would happen when they grab Benevolence LTD from us?

Taa: How do you think of such a thing?

Madina: Allah forbids. I can't  allow such.

Saldana: They can't access us i know. But do you think they can deliver and maintain our brand incase we handover our venture to them legitimately?

Madina: I can't imagine how that would be because I have never seen their business anywhere.

Taa: By the way what's a typical example of their business?

Saldana: They operate through proxies without vision and mission. They thrive through grabbing and embezzlement.

Great Saldana had mapped the entrepreneural landscape of Okuro and Mu Empire and was determined to try to level entrepreneural thriving of every generation and atleast every household. Lack of overhead facilities and services like transportation, communication, technical and economic information, power supply, irrigation facilities just to mention a few were far cry from average. She understood their availability improved efficiency of investment by entrepreneurs by reducing cost of production and increasing the output. Saldana saw nonavailability of Capital as a big hindrance to those in poverty pool therefore couldn't undertake capital oriented activities like innovations at both ward, Subcounty, county, national, Regional, continental and global scale despite the advantage of interest , personality, research and other benefits accredited to education. The great risk of misinformation, limited marketing opportunities, political instability, domestic and foreign economic policies both had a bearing in business. Scarcity of skills at all levels despite abundant labour supply was a worrying trend and a deterrent to entrepreneurship. She took it upon herself to hon the skills to shape traditional skills of youth, workmen and women to make them highly sufficient for modern industrial jobs.

Madina: Such a cohort can't navigate a brand you've built overtime.

Taa:  Flash mentality can't run but only ruins ventures.

Saldana: Now you understand our difference. We have a duty to our customers beyond business. We want them to thrive without hindrances.

Taa: They've have personalized government. I wonder why governor choose forge alliance with such a team?

Madina: He's caged . Very unfortunate and a lot is at stake.

Saldana: What do you think is at stake?

Madina: People's welfare.

Taa: Next election. Will governor run again?

Saldana: Do away with people's welfare because they don't believe in it. About next election, we can't talk about next when we don't know how the last elections have been.

Taa: It was decided by the high court.

Madina: The appeal overruled the high court decision and referred back the matter to Independent Electoral and Boundary Commission (IEBC) political party dispute resolution tribunal.

Saldana: That is it. Courts can't rule on excesses and omissions of political parties going by available jurisprudence.

Taa: Does that mean election is actually won by popular party?

Madina: That is actually the case in most democracies.

Saldana: That is an ideal democratic management case. What if the rules are skewed against democracy?

Taa: That's where the courts come in.

Madina: Are you insinuating the commoners have no choice but to surrender their fate to the party?

Saldana: That is what transpired last election.

Taa: Would you do that given opportunity?

Madina: By the way I have been considering that question for too long. Would you offer your candidature?

Saldana: I think leveling ground for all through community initiatives is a priority. People need to be empowered to take their destiny into their hands.

Taa: I think the community has changed for better.

Saldana: That's encouraging. But alot is still needed for for it to qualify as a capital.

Madina: I'm happy because you've satisfied my curiosity and the community is equally appreciative and I know they'll reward you.

Taa: We'll make them reward you handsomely.

Saldana: Let's empower them, that will also enhance your chances and everyone else's.

Eradication of irrational decision making and male dominance models in socioeconomic spheres were chains to favourable entrepreneurial growth. Hostility environment to children, youth and women were barriers to entrepreneurship growth and curbing them was the most urgent that no education, research and training was enough to undo the elaborate products of grandstanding socialization hence hindering vertical mobility. Division of labor based upon by hereditary principles rather than by aptitude, skills and attainment had to reoriented for socioeconomic thriving of the community.

Taa: The biggest threat is toxic masculinity.

Madina: It was deadly before I joined Benevolence LTD.

Saldana: We can't do it directly through politics. That's why I insist we root for socioeconomic breakthroughs. Aren't we women?

Unison: Yes!

Saldana: We've a push within us. The moment we lose that collective vision and mission we'll be doing AB Major and Maxima favour. That's why I have been very skeptical about just jumping into Political trap.

Taa: So we're not the first in this quest?

Saldana: And neither will you be the last I guarantee you.

Cultures that mock richness and genuine accumulation of wealth was a threat to entrepreneurship as compared to economically and monetary oriented where the same is applauded, praised and have much attraction and used to extend not only profit maximization maxim but also meeting corporate conscience motive. Those with opportunities of attaining social distinction by non-economic pursuits like Taa, Madina, Paths, Cynthia, Mbalu and Paths with organizational abilities are therefore pulled into business.

Madina: I now know our strategy in full. At face value I thought you would sulk away from politics.

Saldana: I would do the same against business but I'm here with you.

Taa: What do you imply?

Saldana: I mean if we build our goals around people politics and Enterprise can have the same goals no matter the people involved.

Madina: I know a number of people who associated material resourcefulness with arrogance, bravo and dictatorship but now have changed since you came to limelight.

Taa: Generally the society was misguided into believing only some people can lead them.

Saldana: That isn't even the breath of what I envisage for the empire. If people can eat their food and school their children without foregoing luxuries, they'll start minding their business and they'll not see political as panacea for high and mighty in the society.

Madina:  You mean desperation in the people pushes then into exploitative merchants?

Saldana: That's the scenario here which has been deepened by merchants- political axis dealing to bigger wedge between the rich and the poor.

Tapping into the curiosity of children and youth was a catalyst to entrepreneurship explosion as opposed to suspicion exhibited by cartels who treated children like vermin invading their privacy. The public opinion that was toxic and saw entrepreneurs as profiteering and exploitative merchants because of imperialistic capitalistic that characterized colonization slowly shifted following Saldana's concerted effort to promote corporate consciousness.

Madina: I'm glad the ground is shifting so fast.

Saldana: I'm equally marveled by the outcome. I didn't know tapping into the curiosity of Kidz would spur us that fast.

Taa: Do you want to call it the miracle of trying?

Saldana: Not really a miracle as such but....

Madina: ( Interrupts) You would say that it's a deliberate decision with deliberate outcome.

Saldana: Exactly. Miracle comes when chance meets preparation.

Taa: I like that , it's exactly what we had in the military. Nothing depended on luck but planning and reviewing till it delivered result.

Saldana: That military precision must guide our actions. But foremost by ensuring the future is secured by Investing in the future by supporting dreams of children.

The deeper comprehension of similarities and differences between the nature of entrepreneurship in a developing and developed economy, with emphasis on rural agricultural sector moving towards industrialization and industry particularly mining industry was in infancy stage gearing for technological advancement was pronounced.

Madina: I'm happy to see many smiling faces in the neighborhood everytime we pass between them .

Taa: Infact quite a number are closing in. I think they've made a decision.

Madina: On what ?

Taa: On who actually between Saldana and AB Major means well for their welfare.

Saldana: Most of them actually had no choice, they suffered in silence.

Madina: And thinking of alternatives to uninformed is like abusing and limiting him from eating under the table.

Saldana: You've put it right. Most developed nations have information access because of high literacy level. That's why we're rooting for complexes hosting eYe, Elementary school, Junior and Senior School and middle level colleges and university Colleges.  That mix will provide a ground for budding talents from within through in-house approach.

To harness entrepreneurship synergy from constellation of global factors , Saldana undertook purpose human activity towards industrialization process as important strategy for economy, assume various roles in the development process against the backdrop of being an organizer of human and material as a worker, as a consumer and as an exchange agent.

Taa: That will be a big boost to the community and graduation from consumerism to production will be eminent.

Madina: That will guarantee the realization of our industrialization goals.

Saldana: Education is still the pinnacle to any success. The more we ease education through deliberate investment the more we unlock large-scale farming key for food security and other chains of good returns tied to it with regards to breaking vicious circle of poverty.

She wadded through multiple roles of key for ensuring progress of civilization and understood that the most important role was being an organizer of human resource.

She was alive to continual change and dynamism associated with Economic development as industry grew and income rises, pattern of demand shifts, new products are needed, new opportunities appear for the production of goods within the country. She didn't allow risks of intimidation from Maxima and Archbishop Major water down her competence to perceive new opportunities and willingness to exploit them. She was the architect of every conceivable project. She made upon herself to steer the low income out of low income and vicious poverty to encourage saving, broaden capital base, reengineer job creation and solve unemployment, spur investment and broaden income base hence breaking vicious circle of poverty. She collaborated with social and political actors to create a pool of entrepreneurs ready to further the wheel of civilization as organizers of human resource.

The impetus for creating more entrepreneurs was in the premise that an entrepreneur as change agent alone was responsible for the development.

Saldana drew inspiration from India, Africa and Asia tigers to prove that entrepreneur can change the shape of developing rural Economy. The national income as well as the standard of living of the people in Okuro and Mu Empire would be raised with the vision and work of entrepreneurs such as Panther, Matar, Mbula and other upcoming innovators like Ofafa and Alo who were deeply searching the best fit for socioeconomic breakthroughs.

Madina: Our future is launching I can see it.

Taa: I clearly see tomorrow. I can't thank you enough Saldana.

Madina: (Humor) Ignore her she'll get emotional soon.

Taa: I'm sorry. But how can I avoid it surely. You want me behave like a stone?

Saldana: It is okay. Such genuine emotions are what keep corporations inspired. I don't take you for granted, Saldana means well too lest we'll get stuck into our muddy past.

Madina: ( Laughing cheekily) You always know what I think Saldana. What might be happening?

LAUGHTERS

Saldana: In my next World I'll ask Allah to add me two more sisters.

Taa: (Laughs more) I'll be the  first born.

Madina: I'll be the last born. Binti should think of another number

Saldana: I think I'll be number three.

MORE LAUGHTERS

Being cognizant of lack of entrepreneural training, problem of finance, reluctance to assume risk and lack of infrastructure as the reasons for slow entrepreneurship development, Saldana structured Benevolence LTD to impart practical aspects of entrepreneurship as part of continual growth. She created a team of competent trainers dedicated towards training which they inculcated in learners from formative stages which was being appreciated by learners who actively participated in transformative training including IDG. In addressing financing, she broaden access without formalities and documentations. Those in Informal sectors were trained and their knowledge tapped into economy. Through her initiative she eliminated loan sharks high interest in the informal sector hence saving informal entrepreneurs from debt trap. She sought variety of financial products including Shariah and Halal Compliant Financial (SHCF) products to break Financial barrier and inculcated diversity in business financing. She was also reviving cooperative societies and negotiating with mainstream banks to broaden Business Financing as part of
