Sarada and me arrived at the Hokage's office. We were about to knock whenwe heard Lord Seventh's voice saying.

"I'll contact you if i learn anything new. I have to get the details from him personally. In any case, i'm gonna meet up with Sasuke."

"Huh?!" We said shocked at the sound of our father's name

When we heard Lord Seventh's footsteps, me and Sarada quickly hid behind a wall.
When the Hokage walked away I saw her running the other way so i quickly went after her.

We arrived at the hospital and went to Mom's hospital room. When i saw her reaching for her bag I quickly said

"W-wait! You don't t-think about..."
"C'mon (m/n)! We need answers and who will give them if not Dad." Said Sarada

"B-but what about Mom? She will be worried."
I told her

I saw Sarada looking at Mom for a few seconds but then she turned around and opened the closet. Seeing her taking clothes i quickly turned around to give her privacy. When she was done changing clothes I started talking

"I-i don't think it's a good idea."

"Listen, i'll go with or without you, no matter what. I need answers." She told me

When i didn't say anything, she sighed and left the room.

After a minute I quickly changed my clothes and went after her.

{Timeskip}

I was running towards the front gate where from a far i could see my sister, Chocho, Shikadai's dad and Boruto?

"H-hey guys! I'm coming too!" I shouted to them
"(M/n)!" Said Sarada happy to see me

"(M/n)?!" Exclaimed Boruto with red cheeks.

"W-what's going on ?" I asked them

"I was telling Boruto that i will deliver his Dad's lunch." Answered Sarada

I look at her confused for a second but then realisation hit me

"O-oh, y-yes! Don't worry Boruto-kun, it will be delivered safely." I told him with a smile, moving my hands forward to take bento

We watched Boruto with red cheeks as he turned his head to the side and gave me the bento.

"T-thank you!" I looked at him and smile with blush

"N-no problem."

"Naruto is heading towards the Shikoro Pass." Told us Ms. Shikamaru

"Let's go, Chocho!" Said Sarada
"Kay!"

Before i turned to leave, Boruto's voice stopped me

"Be careful." I heard him say

"We will." I smiled at him

Feeling the blush creeping out on my cheeks, i quickly run towards Sarada and Chocho.

"Bye!"

{Timeskip}

We were on the move trying to catch up with Lord Seventh. We heard Chocho's hard breathing before she said

"The food in the lunch box is gonna get all mixed up if you keep running like this...though the same thing's gonna happen once you eat it..." said Chocho trying to catch a breath

"We have to hurry, or we won't be able to catch up. Besides, what's the point of all this if he doesn't get to eat it?!" Told her Sarada

"P-please hold on Chocho." I said trying to reassure her

Suddenly Chocho collapsed on her knees, putting her hands on the ground.

"A-are you okay?!" I quickly asked her

"I've had it...i can't run anymore." Said Chocho

"If you can't run, i'll roll you if i have to." Exclaimed Sarada

"Great idea!" Said Chocho

"S-sarada, let's maybe have a break." I tried to convince her

Suddenly we heard from behind me and Sarada someone appearing. We saw a boy with white skin and white hair wearing also white kimono. He looked up at us and we saw Sharingan?

"Those eyes...who are you?" Asked Sarada

"Shin Uchiha." He answered

'W-what?'

"My dad, me and my brother are supposed be the only survivors of the Uchiha Clan." Said Sarada shocked

"Come with me..." he said while taking out some scroll

"And if i refuse?" Smirked slightly Sarada

"My father said...to bring you two." He told us

'W-what do they want from us?'

"His word...absolute!" He continued

We quickly changed our postures ready to fight. We saw him opening the scroll, rolling on the ground. He summoned a giant shuriken attached to a chain.

"I'm taking you away." He said

"Ehh? What're you going to do with me after you kidnap me?!" Asked Chocho

He attacked us with the shuriken which made us jump away. Sarada quickly threw a few shurikens back at him. He protected himself with a chain which made Sarada quickly jump on it.

"Chocho!" Shouted Sarada at us

Chocho appeared behind him using her Partial Expansion Jutsu and hit the ground. We saw him jump up, easily dodging a hit. He pulled a chain what made Chocho and Sarada fall on the ground.

"You aren't needed." He said while moving towards Chocho

"Chocho!" I screamed while activating my Sharingan and trying to reach them on time.

When suddenly someone grabbed Chocho and stood behind us

"Isn't this a bit much...for a kid's fight?"

"Lord Seventh!"

"I think my village's kids are well behaved but..." trailed off Lord Seventh

We saw the man that attacked us standing up from the ground

"Sharingan...i see, so you're the one." Stated the Hokage

"He treated me so roughly..." Added Chocho

"Sorry, but i'm gonna have to keep you restrained. I have some questions for you." Told him The Seventh

We watched him getting angry which made his eyes change

"I see... Mangekyo Sharingan too." Said Lord Seventh while activating his Beast Mode
"Then i can't go easy on you." He continued

We didn't see the shurikens flying at us from behind which Lord Seventh protected us from.

"Remote control of weapons. So that's your power." The Seventh stated and with a wind twirling around us

"S-sarada...is this what they say is inside Lord Seventh's body?" Asked Chocho

"Yeah...The Tailed Beast...The Nine-Tails' power..." answered Sarada

"A-amazing." I said

We watched as Lord Seventh was trying to catch the attacker with the hands that came out from the chakras cloak.

"Look at all that massive chakra! And he controls it so accurately!" Exclaimed Sarada

We saw the culprit dodge every attack

"Nicely countered, kid. You're well trained." Commented the Hokage

"Wow! I knew that Lord Seventh was super strong, but he's even more amazing when you see him in actual combat! His dazzling presence...could he be-?" Exclaimed Chocho

"What?" Me and my twin sweat dropped at her

We were observing the boy that was now sitting on the arch when he suddenly disappeared.

"Hee?! He disappeared..." Said Sarada

"The Transportation Technique?" Asked the Seventh and turned off his Nine-Tails Mode
"I guess that's it,huh..." he continued

"Um...could you be my real dad, Lord Seventh?" Asked Chocho taking his hand and putting it on her forehead

Me and Sarada were standing a little further from them

"Huh? What are you saying all of a sudden?"

"Hmm, it's not quite the same." Said disappointed Chocho
"What's going on?" He asked her

"Anyways, who was that just now? The journey was all about finding my dad, but...am i like the fair maiden that everyone's fighting over?!" Asked Chocho

"No. You're probably not their target, Chocho. It's probably Sarada and (m/n) they're after." Said the Seventh

"Huh?" We looked at him shocked
"Who are they?" Asked Sarada. "They said they were Uchiha..."Sarada looked down while I looked at her worried

We heard Lord Seventh coming towards us and suddenly we felt his hands on our heads

"You don't have to worry about a thing. I'll protect you two." We looked at him shocked while he smiled at us, we smiled back.

„Well...as it is, i can't send you back to the village. The three of you, come with me! I think that'll be the safest." He decided

„With you?! All right!" Exclaimed happy Chocho

"Actually, i'm on my way to meet with Sasuke whom I haven't seen in a while. I know he'll probably be happy to see you guys too!" The Seventh said while he turned his head to us again.

"Oh yeah! We came to deliver this to you." I told him, giving him the bento that Boruto brought.

"Oh?" He asked but then he seemed to be in a thought for a minute. "Thanks, sorry for the trouble."

{Timeskip}

We sat on the grass near a river as we ate our lunches.

"That was delicious." The Hokage said, the bento now empty. "Thanks for bringing it."

"Oh no, please thank to Boruto." I told him

"Okay."

"Sarada's and (m/n)'s dad, huh..." started Chocho. "Originally, this was supposed to be a trip to find my dad."

"Hmm? Did Choji go somewhere?" He asked her

"What's your dad like, Sarada, (m/n) ?" She asked us. "I've never met him, even once."

The both of us looked down when Sarada said
"We don't remember him."

"That's right..." started Lord Seventh. "He's been out traveling this whole time."
He turned his head towards our direction

"Let's see here..." He looked at us
"If i were to describe him..." we looked at him.
"He was always popular with the kunoichi at the Academy...just like me. And he was quite handsome...just like me."
"Plus he has always got the top grade in ninjutsu...just like me." He continued

"Isn't it usually just one top scorer?" Asked him Chocho. "Sounds suspect..." I chuckled at them

"But, he was surly, antisocial, arrogant, and rude...totally not like me!" I sweat dropped while nervously chuckling

"In other words...he's my rival! And that stands even now!" He continued
"Sarada, (m/n)...watching you guys earlier reminded me a lot of Sasuke and Sakura from back in the day." We looked at him stunned

"Sasuke doesn't wear glasses, but your eyes are jus like his. (M/n) on the other hand has eyes exactly like Sakura's. Sarada your presence is a lot like Sakura. Like how you might be really scary when you snap! You (m/n) are more like a delicate version of Sakura."
He told us

"Don't worry. No matter how far apart you are, or how long you haven't seen him, it doesn't change the fact that you are his children."
The both of us grinned at him

He turned to looked at Chocho now
"And Chocho...your face is a mirror of Karui's but your physique just like Choji's back then!"

{Timeskip}

We continued running when scenery changed and we saw a building showing slowly into our views.

"It's coming into view, ya know! That tower is where I'm supposed to meet up with Sasuke." Informed us Lord Seventh

I could see excitement on Sarada's face, me on the other side was slowly feeling nervous.

"I can't anymore! Let's take a break!" Exclaimed Chocho while collapsing into the ground

"Guess it can't be helped! Only for a little bit, okay?" Said the Hokage

"Oh,come on..." sighed Sarada. "The tower is right there in front of us!"

"It's okay, Sarada. Put down your backpack too." Lord Seventh told her

"Don't worry, we will meet him soon." I tried to reassure her

"Okay." She put her backpack on the ground.
"Um...i need to use the toilet." She continued

I looked at her confused, knowing my twin i slowly figured out where this is going but i simply just smiled at her reassuringly.

The Lord Seventh also smiled at her while saying
"Don't stray too far."

"All right."

And with that she left.
