"So how have things been"? Nicolas asks while we are walking to the pack doctor which isn't that far! "Good" I said, then everything started being awkward again!
"I wanna get to know you Lela"!
"That's not really a good idea" I said not wanting to let him back into my life. I'm going back home today anyway!
"Lela please let me get to know you, the only thing I know about you is that your name is LelaAnn Walker, I want to know more, I need to know more" He begged! "No we just can't do this, us, the less you know about me, the easier it would be" I hinted. "How would it be easier LelaAnn when I am in love with you" I stop walking and turn towards him "yes I know you hate me and I know I rejected you but let me tell you Lela, I am the dumbest person ever, I rejected the best person in the world for no apparent reason. I know it will take time for us but I'm willing, all you need to do is say that you're willing to try for us. I will spend everyday making it up to you and making you happy. Lela please! He continued. I looked at him and said "I cannot do this, I am not doing this! If I say yes to us. I will end up being hurt AGAIN and I don't want to get hurt again". I walk away fast trying to get away from him. I turn around still walking and I see him walking behind me with his head down.

When I make into the packs doctor's house I am greeted by who I think is his wife unless he has a daughter I don't know about.

"Hello dear" she greets
"Hello ma'am, um I'm here to see Alpha Daniel" I say.
" I'm sorry dear only family is allowed to see him" she stated. When she said that I hear a growl behind me. "She is family"!
"I'm terribly sorry Alpha Nicolas I didn't know" she apologizes!
"Let's go" Nicolas says grabbing my hand making a spark. There is an instant heat wave that washes over me. What the hell! I ignore it because I want to see Alpha Daniel.
I make it into his room and he is watching TV.
He turns to see us and he has the hugest smile on his face. "LelaAnn get over here" he orders laughing. I smile and run towards him hugging him "how have you been" he questions "how have you been" I said sarcastically. "I'm just glad you're here". " oh well I've been good, I own Nores Magazine" I stated and he gasp "that is so good, I'm glad you are doing something that makes you happy, it does make you happy, right"? "Yes it does" I say. He moves his head towards the door and see Nicolas, he whispers to me as if Nicolas can't hear him " have you two made up". I hear Nicolas smack his lips and I chuckle "not really, no but I did bring you French toast sticks" he chuckles and says "best gift ever"!

We stay there for like two hours before going back to the Pack house. Alpha Daniel told me how sorry he was. He said he could've stopped the bullying but he didn't. Then when we were leaving he called me back in there and whispered "just talk to him, Yes he rejected you but you need to find out why. And talk to your brother I know he was a jerk but talk to them without getting upset okay"
When we make back it's 12:45 so I change my clothes and pack what little I came with.
My plane leaves at 5 and I am going to go talk to Dylan and Nicolas before I leave.

I go to Nicolas office, one to talk to him and two because I don't know where Dylan's room is, I wanted to talk to Dylan first but Apparently he changed rooms.

I knock on Nicolas's office door because he told me he would be in there. "Come in" he ordered, why the freak is my heart beating so fast. I open the door and when he sees me "Lela hi" he says standing up and fixing his shirt.

"Hi I wanted to talk" I said nervously. His expression changed to caring and serious at the same time.

"I actually wanted to talk to you too but you didn't really want to talk to me"!

"Okay you can go first" I insist

"No you go first" he insists

"Nicolas you can go first" I insist

Lela you can go first" I insist

2 minutes later

"NICOLAS go first"

"NO LELA you go first"

"NICOLAS" "LELA" we yell at the same time , look at each other and laugh.

"Flip a nickel" He asks? I nod my head in agreement. He pulls out a nickel and I yell heads.
