Months passed by and the hours ticked away like a fire had been burning continuously. Chelsea stood in the cubical with another trainee nurse behind her. "Good morning, I'm Nurse Adams."
"Where's the doctor?"
"She's busy at the minute, but I promise you I'm qualified enough to stitch up a wound." Chelsea smiled at the patient and picked up the needle and bent forward, starting to take care to the wound.

"Miss Adams, step into my office." The doctor who first greeted her 4 months ago, spoke sternly and waited for Chelsea to enter the office before closing the door.
"Is everything okay?"
"I don't know is it?" She replied back quickly, her eyebrows crushing together.
"What's happened?"
"I left you a simple job to do this morning, and the patient that you took care of has been rushed back into A+E unconscious. Know anything about that?" Chelsea shook her head.
"I don't understand, I fixed the wound and she left happy."
"Well, I'm not blaming you for this incident because it's none of our faults but you need to tell me what you gave her as a pain relief?"
"I just gave her some mild paracetamol, just the ease the pain as she was worried it would hurt ma'am." Chelsea explained.
"Did you check her medical history?" Chelsea shook her head. "Well you should know that your patient was a substance abuser."
"Oh god. That's why she begged for some pain relief, I'm so sorry."
"Jackie is a regular patient in this hospital, and we have to keep tabs of what medication she has taken in the last 72 hours. She relapsed and that's what has caused her being rushed back in. Just please in future, check the medical records of each patient, and if in doubt ask a doctor. After all you are just a trainee. Okay please go to the staff room and meet the next doctor you'll be working with today... I'll do your briefing later on." Chelsea nodded.
"I'm really sorry about Jackie." The doctor just waved her hand out and Chelsea nodded and left the office closing the door behind her and walking down the corridor, ignoring her surroundings and just walking straight past the staff room and outside, sitting on a bench. Chelsea put her head in her hands and bent down and closed her eyes. The sounds filled her ears, the sirens going off and the shouting from the paramedics pushing the trolleys into the hospital. Chelsea lifted her head when she felt someone sit next to her, she blinked a couple of times and saw Alex next to her. "Alex?"
"Hey." She smiled.
"What are you doing here?"
"I was just passing, and I knew it was you. Why are you out here?"
"It's my first day and I've already made a mistake." She placed her head back into her hands.
"Hey! Listen, don't even think about giving up okay?" Chelsea shook her head.
"I don't think I can do this." She cried out gently. Alex grimaced and awkwardly patted her on the shoulder.
"Why do you say that?"
"I shouldn't work with one of the worst cravings in the world. It's too much."
"It's your first day!" Alex threw her hands in the air and huffed. "Don't even quit because of a little blood."
"Adams!!" The doctor from before shouted from the entrance and Alex ran off leaving her to it. "Get back in here!" She obeyed and walked quickly back inside.

A good hour and half after regaining her confidence, Chelsea stood next to the male doctor who was observing her.  "Now here we have a young girl, Hannah. She's 15 years old, came in last night with a few cuts and bruises on her body, and a fractured arm. What shall we do first Chelsea?"
"Well sir, I think we should take care of the fracture first, get it X-rayed and then put into a sling."
"Good, then what shall we do with the bruising?"
"We need to see if Hannah has suffered anymore injuries from her fall. I suggest we prescribe her some medication and a quick check on her torso, and ribs just to be on the safe side."
"I'm impressed, Chelsea. Looks like your training is working." Chelsea smiled and nodded. She finished work a few hours later and decided to go home and see Oliver.

"I'm so glad you can help me through this rough part of my life, Oliver." Zoey smiled gently and Touched his shoulder with a light touch.
"It's okay, it's a hard thing to go through, you're lucky you have people who have been through this before." He smiled back. "Would you like a drink?" Zoey nodded and watched as Oliver made the drink in the kitchen before going back to her.
"Thanks." She took the glass and gulped down the water and placed it on the table next to them. Zoey looked into his eyes and smiled more. "You're too kind."
"I can't see a lovely girl like this suffer, Chelsea went through it and I helped her."
"You are so kind."

Chelsea walked up the path, and grinned. As she walked she heard two voices coming from inside. "I can't see a lovely girl like this suffer."
"You are so kind." Chelsea moved to the window that showed the lounge and saw a brown haired girl standing next to Oliver, she watched as the girls hand placed on his chest and she moved fast and started to kiss him. The feeling like her chest was being ripped open tore right through. She cried hard and wiped the tears, she moved away from the window and cried out loud, falling to the floor. "Chelsea?" Olivers voice sounded. She turned around and faced him from the floor, he crouched down to be at the same height but she pushed him, making him crash to the floor and she jumped up.
"Get the fuck away from me!"
"What? What do you mean?"
"What do I mean? I said don't fucking touch me. Leave me alone." She wiped the tears and went to walk away from him but he grabbed her hand, she snapped it away. "Was this your plan? Wait for me to go away to college, away from the town and away from you then get another person to fulfil  your manly needs?"
"What are you even talking about?"
"I fucking saw you two in the window, is it someone I know?"
"No, wait. It's not like that."
"Then what is it? Because I pretty much saw you kissing her back? Who is it?" She pushed passed him and walked into his house and saw the girl standing there, she felt Oliver stand behind her and as the girl showed her face, Chelsea cried. "You've got to be joking. Zoey? You don't know how much I'm hurting right now! I hate you! I hate the pair of you."
"Chelsea wait please..." Zoey pleaded but Chelsea ignored her and ran out the house.
"Don't ever talk to me again, the pair of you. I'm done, I'm so fucking done." Chelsea ran off into the night and left them standing outside.

Back at the hospital, the doctor that Chelsea had been working with that evening was constantly on the phone trying to get hold of her. But no answer.
"Nurse Adams, it's Tyler. Please get to the hospital right away. We need you." He spoke urgently and ended the call. Hannah had disappeared, she was nowhere within the hospital because they had called a search.

Alex walked past the hospital, and looked up. The figure was standing on the ledge and that made her want to know what was going on, with her speed and ability she ran and jumped up the side of the building and stood on the roof. "Leave me alone!"
"What are you doing up here?" Alex asked the young girl. "What's your name?"
"I-im Hannah."
"Hannah what are you doing here?"
"I-I don't know. But I've been told to jump down."
"Jump down by who?"
"I don't know, I couldn't see the lady speaking, but I could hear her."
"What the hell?" She questioned herself and then stepped forward.
"No don't step, I'll jump."
"Hannah you don't want to do this!"
"But I've been told to. I have to, she said if I don't she'll kill my family."
"Who? Who Hannah?"
"I said I don't know."
"She said if I jump, it'll make my life better." Alex stood there and thought about it. "She said I'll be able to do anything if I jump."
"No! You really don't want to do that."
"I do."
"No you don't. You've been manipulated to jump, it's just the girl speaking, you don't want to do this!" Alex held her hands up and slowly moved forward. "If you do this, you'll die. You won't live after this, don't do it."
"But I've been told."
"You can break it, just think about something else other than the urge to jump." Alex stepped forward once more and then Hannah turned around to face her, her toes the only thing on the roof. "Hannah, take my hand. Come on. If you do this, you'll break your mothers heart."
"But..."
"Come on, take my hand." They went to grab hold of each other but something pushed Hannah hard, making her topple over the edge, she screamed as she fell, Alex gasped and put her hand over her mouth to muffle her cries. Hannah was falling too fast for Alex to grab her. Hannah's body hit the floor with a mighty thump and lay lifeless. Alex took her phone out of the back pocket and put it to her ear. "Oliver... We have another problem."

Chelsea waited for the door to open and was greeted by her sister Sophie. She cried and hugged her sister tightly, not letting her go... Luckily Sophie was giving her a tighter hug back. "Thanks Soph, I needed that." She sniffed and wiped the tears. Chelsea walked in a sat down on the couch, crossing her legs underneath her. Sophie disappeared for a few minutes, and came back in with a bowl of popcorn, packets of sweets and a large blanket. Sophie plopped herself down next to her and snuggled gently next to her. Chelsea wrapped her arm around Sophie and kissed her hair.
"Are you okay?" Sophie asked as she tried to find something to watch on the television.
"I'm fine." She replied a few seconds after. "Just don't ever get a boyfriend... Or work in a hospital." Chelsea felt Sophie chuckle and that made her smile.

A good few hours later, Pete and Christine came through the door to find both of the girls sound asleep cuddling each other. They smiled gently and walked into the kitchen, being a light sleeper since her transformation Chelsea got up quickly and walked into the kitchen making her parents jump. "Oh god you scared us." Her mother spoke first and then looked at her. "Chelsea honey, what's wrong?" Chelsea ran into her mothers arms and hugged her tight, crying hard into her shoulder. "Oh honey what's wrong?"
"It's Oliver."
"Again?! That boy... I swear.." Pete became furious. "I'm going to get him."
"No dad! Don't. Just leave it."
"He can't get away with breaking my daughters heart twice."
"Please dad..." She pleaded quietly from her mothers side and waited for Pete to nod his head in agreement and she smiled when she saw him nod his head, it settled her a little. "Mom can I stay here tonight?"
"Oh course my darling. Are you hungry?" Chelsea nodded and pulled her hair back into a ponytail with a hair band she found on the floor. "Great. Well I'm making our favourite vegetarian lasagne." Chelsea licked her lips and then laughed, they all turned when Sophie came stalking into the room, her hair frizzy and her clothes all messy.
"Did I fall asleep?" Chelsea giggled and nodded her head.

The next day, while Chelsea was working with the other nurses, she watched as the two head doctors looked at her and went into a room closing the door behind them.
"Doctor, we need to have a chat about the new intern, Nurse Adams." Alice spoke quietly.
"What's wrong?" Dr Daniels looked up from her desk.
"I know she is in my care, but I have a bad feeling about her."
"What's wrong?"
"She's worked with 2 patients, in the last few days and they are both dead."
"What? Maybe they caught an infection and it took over."
"No, we did an autopsy on both bodies. Jackie, the former substance user not only had drugs in her system but she also had some sort of liquid circling her body. And Hannah died from a great fall, she was found outside on the floor early hours of this morning, we searched the CCTV footage from last night and found Chelsea on top of the roof, and what it looks like is she pushed Hannah off the top."
"Doctor Alice, have you got proof?" Alice nodded her head and handed Daniels the tape recording. "Last nights footage?" Alice nodded again.
"I'll oversee this, and get back to you."

Chelsea walked through a small door and down a flight of stairs to the morgue. She looked through the door and saw tables with bodies on. She walked in quietly and looked at one of the bodies. Hannah to be precise, she looked at her face, no evidence of her fall and she definitely didn't have any bruising on her body. A few seconds later, she heard a few heartbeats, then all of a sudden three bodies shot up gasping for breath. "What the hell?" Chelsea shrieked and looked around, Hannah was sitting up straight, so was Jackie and also a patient that passed the last evening. They were chanting together, the same words exactly at the same time. They held their hands out, grabbing each and continued to mumble.
"Phasmatos Ravenus On Animum. Phasmatos Ravenus On Animum. Phasmatos Ravenus On Animum." The lights in the morgue flickered and the sound of wind came rushing in, Chelsea stood there watching, her hair flying about with the wind.
"What is going on?" As soon as they stopped chanting the words, the wind died and the lights stopped flickering and the girls stayed up in the beds. Chelsea went to walk over but they all shouted at her.
"Motus!" Chelsea was thrown into the air and fell onto her back on the floor, she looked up and saw the girls getting out of the beds and walking out the door.
