"Right behind you, Spider-Tsundere." Dualshock replied, as they both jumped out of the window so Daisy can put down the barrier.

"Good luck." Daisy said.

Later...

Leaping across from one rooftop to another, Spider-Tsundere sees her friend Dualshock flying in the air like if she was Superman or Majestia or even Wonder Woman.

"Ya know, I didn't know you can fly." Spider-Tsundere said, as she continued running.

"Well, if you recall, my Kwami is the living elemental girl of lighting reincarnated," Dualshock said. "So anything she can do, I can do now. And apparently, flying counts."

"Touché." Spider-Tsundere said. She then stops at the edge of the rooftop and sees more water rising around Tokyo Old Quarter. "Hey, Dualshock, Come down here." Dualshock listened and levitated down behind Spider-Tsundere. "It's not just Tokyo Old Quarter. It looks like all of Neo-Tech is having a flash flood."

"Weird," Dualshock replied. She moved her head up, looking up at the night clouds. "And yet, still no rain."

Then, Spider-Tsundere looked closely at the small ventilation gauges that led to the sewer. "And the sewage water is not overflowing either. It's pure clean water."

"So, if it's not from the sky and not from the sewers, maybe something or someone is responsible for this rising water," Dualshock assumed.

"Most likely. But if it is someone, then maybe we're dealing with someone who can control water." Spider-Tsundere puzzled at the thought.

"If someone really is controlling water, then the entire city will drown unless we don't stop him or her," Dualshock said.

"That's true," Spider-Tsundere said. "Let's go help everyone get to Foundation Shelter. Hopefully, we'll get some answers on who's responsible for this, if we get their attention by helping people get to safety."

"Right. If there's one thing a baddie likes to do, it's show up when we're helping with the problem." Dualshock pointed out.

"Exactly." Spider-Tsundere said, as she then shoots a web. "Let's go." She swings as Dualshock flies behind her.

A few minutes later...

Spider-Tsundere and Dualshock did the best they can to escort people to the safe houses that are at the Foundation. They even asked the scientists if they're figuring out a solution to this problem, which they already are working on and are creating an invention that could help dry all the flash floods from Neo-Tech. They just need a heat source.

Spider-Tsundere and Dualshock continued evacuating people to the Foundation until the flash floods were getting worse. "If this keeps going, it's gonna take forever to get everyone to safety." Dualshock pointed out.

"I know. The only way to stop this is if we find the source of the floods. But, so far, there hasn't been any rain nor has been any water leaking from the ocean." Spider-Tsundere said. Just then, her spider-sense activated. "My spider-sense is tingling." She then turned her head backwards and shouted. "Look out!"

Spider-Tsundere and Dualshock moved out of the way as pressurized water was blasting at them. And hit a nearby car that damaged it.

"What the heck was that?!" Dualshock asked in shock.

"It looks like water was being blasted." Spider-Tsundere guessed. "Like a massive cannon." Just then her head started buzzing again. "Spider-sense aga-"

Spider-Tsundere's sentence was cut short, as she and Dualshock both got hit by more pressurized water and it sent them falling to the ground. Landing on their backs hard, both Dualshock and Spider-Tsundere coughed out some water as they are breathing it from the flooded street of the alleyway

"Dualshock, are you all right?" Spider-Tsundere asked her friend.

Dualshock was shaking some water out of her head. "I think so." She replied. "It's safe to assume that... Something hit us with that pressure of water."

Spider-Tsundere then looked at what appears to be a silhouette walking towards her and Dualshock. "Correction, some one." Dualshock then looked shocked, same with Spider-Tsundere herself.

What the heroes see is a tall woman, wearing, a blue sports bra, covered in a black leather jacket, black gloves, teared teal jeans, and brown boots. Her hair was wild, almost like Spider-Tsundere's, but natural. She even had a blue lapis medallion around her neck.

"Well, ain't this a surprise. Two little girls in pathetic little costumes messing up my plans for ransom." The woman said. "Oh, well. Since you got in my way, I guess I'll have to drown you myself." She then formed conjured water from her hand.

"You...control water?" Dualshock asked.

"She must be some kind of... Water bender." Spider-Tsundere said. "You're responsible for the floods, aren't you?"

"Smart little girl, aren't you?" The woman said. "And you're right. I can indeed control water in the palm of my hand."

"Who are you?" Spider-Tsundere asked.

"Oh, you can call me... Floods." The water bender woman introduced herself.
