Josie POV

I ran after Hope but she was already gone. I texted Hayley and told her to watch the twins. I got in one of the cars and drove back to the Mikaelson house. When I got there I went into Hope's room and saw her laying in bed, covered by blankets. I heard her sniffing so I climbed in bed with her, wrapping my arms around her.

"Hey, it's okay." I said softly as I kissed her head.

"I feel awful but I can't forgive them. I can't!" She cried as I ran my fingers through her hair. It hursts me to see her in so much pain.

"You shouldn't have to. They haven't explain or apologized yet." I said as I kissed her head again. I hate how people always assume that Hope's in the wrong, like she's a cosmic mistake when she's not.

Hope looked up at me with tear stained eyes. "I just want to get to your graduation. Not even mine because god knows I'm not leaving Mystic Falls without you and the twins. I want to leave all of this family drama behind. I want to leave that monster, my weird condition, and everything behind. Why can't we just have our boys and let it be enough." She asked and I wish I had an answer for her.

"I'm going to call my dad and see what's going on back home. We'll go back and search the archives for something to help you out while your vamp side and wolf side fight. Then we'll try to live a normal life until I graduate and we can move away from this shit." I hugged her tightly for reassurance and she snuggled close to me.

"I love you." She whispered into the room of my neck.

"I love you too." I said, kissing her cheek this time."I'll be right back." I squeezed her one last time before getting out of bed to call my dad.

I stepped out of the room and went into the nursery to make the call. Dad picked up on the first ring.

"Hey dad." I greeted him as I walked aimlessly around the nursery.

"Josie, hey I was just about to call you. Freya just told me everything." He said. If course the Mikaelsons already called but when did they all get so buddy-buddy.

"Yeah it was going well but now it's getting bad." I told him and I could tell he was nodding on the other end of the line.

"Well we haven't heard much from the monster and things have been pretty quiet. He's pretty much dropped off the face of the Earth." Dad explained. That made me happy and gave me hope. Maybe we can go home.

"So, we can come back?" I asked hopefully.

"If you want to." He replied. I grinned and stopped pacing. Hope's going to be so happy.

"Great I'll tell Hope. We'll probably be back soon." I said, already planning our trip home.

"Ok, tell the boys I say hi." Dad told me and I heard shuffling behind him.

"Me too." Mom yelled, obviously in the room but not close enough to the phone. I laughed at my mom's antics.

"Ok I will. Bye, love you." I said through my laughs.

"Love you too sweetheart." Dad said before hanging up.

I went back into Hope's room and saw her passed out in bed. I smiled and got back in bed with her until everyone came back with the babies.

Once Hope woke up and the boys were home, we told the Mikaelsons our plan and packed the car to go home.

"So you're really leaving?" Rebekah asked once we finished buckling the boys into their seats.

"Yeah..." Hope said, trailing off as she shifted uncomfortably. I grabbed her hand and squeezed it. This is hard for her.

"We'll all miss you." Davina said as everyone walked over to see us out. Hope smiled slightly and nodded.

"I'll miss you too. This is all too much, though. I need to take a step back." She explained herself, although she shouldn't have to.

"I get that. We'll see you at your graduation." Davina said with a warm smile. Hope sighed and Marcel cleared his throat. He hugged her tightly.

"Bye, Hopie. I'll miss my sister/niece." He said which caused everyone, even Hope, to laugh. Marcel let her go and Kol immediately hugged Hope.

"You're still my favorite niece." He said and he held her tightly. He pulled away and kissed her forehead and was quickly replaced by Freya.

"By kid." She said, rubbing Hope's back as she held her. As soon as she pulled away it was Davinas turn to hug Hope.

"I love you kiddo." Davina said softly as she kissed Hope's cheek. After her hug, Hope turned to Rebekah who was fanning her face.

"Don't make me cry, I just did my make up." Rebekah said with tears in her eyes. Rebekah give in and hugged hope tightly. "I love you sweetheart."

After Rebekah's hug, Keelin handed Harley to Freya and hugged Hope. "Be good and take care of those kids. I love you." She said softly.

Klaus looked at Hope with tears sliding down his cheeks. As soon as Keelin let go, he hugged Hope as if the world was ending. "Goodbye my little wolf. I love you."

"Dad..." hope cried, holding onto him. Soon Hayley joined the hug with tears streaming down his face.

"Goodbye darling. You make my proud every single day." Hayley said softly as she rubbed Hope's back.

"Mom..." hope cried softly, pulling her parents closer.

The three of them stood like that for a few minutes before breaking apart. Hope grabbed my hand and I immediately went to her side.

"Bye, love." Klaus said so quietly that we almost didn't hear him.

"Bye." Hope said just as quietly.

The trip was okay. I drove for most of the time, the twins had a few melt downs, and Hope was still bummed out but once we got to Mystic Falls, her mood became a lot happier.

As soon as we got out of the car we were greeted by Lizzie and our friends hugging us, followed by dad hugging us.

"Welcome home." Dad said. Hope and I smiled.

"It's good to be back." Hope said, saying what we were both thinking.

We talked to our friends for a little bit but the boys were really tired so we ended up back in our room to put them down for the night.

"They seem happy to be back in their own room." I said, watching the two boys as they laid in their cribs. They looked so carefree and calm.

"Yeah, I've missed home." Hope wrapped her arms around my waist from behind and rested her head on my shoulder. I turned my head and kissed her softly.

"Me too." I said before turning around in her arms. "Come on let's go to bed. We'll figure everything out in the morning."

Hope kissed my lips softly and nodded as she pulled away.

Hope POV

It wasn't that crazy after we came home from New Orleans. My vamp and wolf sides calmed down, the monster stayed away, and I was able to graduate. I started college online and just finished my freshman year but now I'm transferring to Boston College where Josie is going. We both have had our sights set on that school for years. The only crazy things in our lives are our crazy boys who will be two in three months.

"Mommy!" The boys screamed as they ran into the Lizzie's room. Shit I was trying to keep them out and let the girls get ready.

"Hi boys!" Josie laughed as she crouched down to hug the boys. I stopped in the doorway and smiled at the sight.

"Sorry, they were begging to come see you." I panted. I'm a tribrid, I shouldn't be out of breath from chasing my sons. Plus, I'm forever eighteen.

"That's fine, we're glad to have them." Josie continued to laugh as she stood up and walked over to me. She smiled and kissed me."Hey babe."

I kissed her back and smiled. Lizzie looked up from doing her makeup and smiled at me.

"Hi Hope. You're not getting a kiss from me." She said with a smirk. I fake pouted and walked over to her.

"Oh come on, Lizzie I was hoping you'd kiss me." I said as I put my hands on her shoulders. She rolled her eyes.

"Hope, shut the f....frick up." She said, almost swearing but we have a rule about not swearing around the boys. I have a feeling they understand when we're supposed to swear because they always giggle when we replace a swear word. Like right now.

"Make me." I smirked, raising an eyebrow. Lizzie swatted my hands and I laughed. Then I turned to Josie. All joking aside, she's been pretty sick lately. "How are you feeling?"

"Better. Haven't puked since this morning." She said. That's good, I don't want her to be sick on such an important day.

"That's good." I said as Eli started to grab my leg. I picked him up and Niko started crying so Josie picked him up. So high maintenance, just like his grandpa. "So, you two ready?"

"Nope. I can't believe we're graduating already." Lizzie said nostalgically. She looked around her room. "So much has happened here."

As if on cue, MG walked dressed in his cap and gown like the twins. Last year he finally told Lizzie that he liked her and they've been together ever since. Turns out they're going to college together.

"Hello girls." MG said. The twins began to protest without real word of course. "Sorry, and boys."

"Is it time?" Lizzie asked, walking over to her boyfriend.

"Yep, ready babe?" He asked as the linked arms. She nodded and they walked out, Lizzie telling Josie that she'll see her there.

Josie handed Niko to me and I balanced both of my sons on my hips. "I'll see you guys afterwards. Boys say bye." I told them and they waved goodbye.

"Bye babies." Josie laughed as she kissed each of them on the cheek."Bye."

The ceremony was great and I'm not ashamed to admit that I cried a little bit when Josie got her diploma. I mean we really did it, we both survived high school.

As soon as the ceremony was over, Alaric and Caroline rushed to hug their kids. They were then followed by Lizzie and Josie's Aunt Elena, Aunt Bonnie, Uncle Damon, Uncle Jeremy, Uncle Tyler, and Uncle Matt. As soon as those hugs were done, I let the boys run to their mommy and hug her. Everyone fussed over the boys and their cuteness so I took the opportunity to congratulate my girls.

"My girl's a high school grad." I said as I hugged her, picked her up, and spun her around. It was very cliche but whatever. I put her down and she kissed me.

"So, where are you two off to?" Caroline asked as I wrapped my arms around Josie's waist.

"Boston." Josie answered her mom."We're both going to Boston College, Hope's transferring from her online school."

I've always wanted a northern childhood like my family had but I was raised in New Orleans. I've always been drawn up north and I want my kids to grow up in a beautiful northern area.

"You guys really want to get away huh?" One of her Uncles said. I think it was Tyler, maybe Matt?"What about you Lizzie?"

"I'm off to NYU so not too far from them." She said. Yeah, her and MG will be in New York which is great because the boys will want to visit a lot. They love their Aunt Lizzie a lot.

"I can't wait to see what you guys do." Caroline said as she hugged her daughters again. The boys giggled and I looked around. Yeah, we'll do some pretty great things.

The worst part of moving is the packing. Good thing I opted out by keeping the boys entertained. Josie finished packing her stuff while I played with the boys on the carpet.

"Hey, can we talk?" Josie asked, suddenly standing in front of my. That can't be good. Did I do something?

"Oh no." I said despite myself. Thankfully she doesn't seem mad or else I'd be in the doghouse.

"It's not bad, it's actually pretty good." She said with a slight smile. I was able to relax with that. "Boys, go find Uncle MG."

"Yay!" The boys got up and stumbled out of our room to MG's which is only two doors down.

"Man they're crazy." I laughed to myself as I stood up. I sat down on our bed and Josie sat next to me."What's up?"

"I'm pregnant again." She blurted. I had to take a few seconds to process but once I did, I couldn't stop grinning. We're going to have another baby! I'm going to be a 'father' again.

"Are you serious?" She nodded and I jumped up, pulling her into a hug. "Oh my god babe! That's amazing!"

"You're not upset?" She asked, looking into my eyes.

"I mean, we're still pretty young but who knows if we'll be able to have kids in the future." I explained. Somehow in the future I know things are going to go south and I want to grow our family. I shouldn't be able to have kids but here we are. I'm going to accept this little gift the world has given me.

"I love you." Josie said as she kissed me. I wrapped my arm around her waist and put the other hand in her stomach. That's my baby, again.

"I love you too." I mumbled against her lips.
