After finishing their lunch Misty, May and Dawn were strolling in the garden while Leaf went with Gary as he asked her to come with him. The garden was blooming with the hustling and bustling of students creating a cheerful atmosphere. As the university was combined with school, small children were playing with their Pokemon. A few trainers were sitting in a group while discussing their Pokemon, a few were feeding them and a few were studying there. As they were walking their gaze fell on three familiar figures, They were none other than Ash, Drew, and Paul. They were not alone, three girls were clinging with them. By looking at their expression anyone could guess they were uncomfortable as hell but these girls didn't give a bit of importance to their comfort. 

"How dare she bother Paul," Dawn said, anger and jealousy evident in her eyes.

"Let's help them," Misty said controlling her anger, her voice was dangerously calm. She felt disgusted because these girls did not care about the comfort of these boys. If those girls were in their places, they wouldn't mind causing a scene. But again no one cared about the comfort of boys. 

May felt a pang of jealousy when She saw that girl cling to Drew like that. Her eyes shot a death glare determined to burn her just by glaring at her. 

"Why are you feeling jealous" Her inner conscious asked mischievously 

"I am not" She defended

"I don't think so," Her inner conscious said 

"Shut up," May said frustratedly

"Ok ok, don't be angry. Are you going to help him?" Her inner conscious asked  

"Yeah, Drew is kinda annoying. Even then I will help him."May replied. 

"Then go, for whom you are waiting?" Her inner conscious said. May nodded at herself and went with May and Misty. 

"Hi Ash," Misty said with a smile waving her hand, masking her anger. 

"Hi Misty" Ash chirped and signed internally in relief as she came here as his savior. The girl who was with him glared at Misty which she ignored royally. Her eyes were glued to Ash. 

"Let's Have ice cream," Misty said, grabbing his hand and dragging him away before that girl could interrupt them. Ash didn't utter a single word, he was looking at her with admiration-filled eyes.

"You Promised me to show me the university campus. You forget about it. right?" May lied and winked. Drew understood her gesture but was taken aback for a while because the girl who had ignored him till now was asking him to show her the University campus. He didn't expect that. He parted his lips to say something but before Drew could say anything the girl with him said with an annoying attitude" Sorry we need privacy so he can't come with you. So you can go now."

"Did I ask you?" May said raising her eyebrow mockingly. Her hands were folded across her chest. 

"No" She replied nonchalantly, making her huff irritatedly. 

"Then who the hell are you to interfere?" She asked rubbing her temple with her thumb and index finger because she was pissed off by her unless attitude. Drew smirked at May witnessing her sassy attitude. He was impressed by her. 

"May let's go" Drew said calmly with his never leaving smirk, tugging his hand in his pocket. May nodded grabbing his hand and dragging him with her.

Dawn headed towards Pual, taking baby steps, making sure he didn't sense her presence. her. Her eyes were twinkling with mischievousness and amusement and her lips were curled into a playful smile. She stood behind him just a few steps away and blindfolded him with her palms. 

Sensing her presence, a small smile crept on Pual's face. He placed his hand on hers and said softly removing them "Dawn". He turned to face her.

"Hi, Paul" She chirped, earning a glare from the girl beside Paul. 

"Please come with me. I want to spend some time with you pleaseeee!!!!" She said showing her iconic puppy eyes. No one can ignore them. Paul was also spellbound by her ocean blue deep eyes. 

"Hey who are you" That girl growled angrily, but Dawn ignored her as if she didn't exist. Paul sapped out of his trance and glared at the girl making her shut her mouth. Then he glanced at Dawn and nodded making her grin widely. She grabbed his hand and dragged him hurriedly. He chuckled internally at her antic and said in a deep voice " Dawnie Slow down"She looked at him while smiling sheepishly, slowing her pace.

Serena was strolling through the corridor, inspecting the corners of the university. As she walked, a blonde-haired girl bumped into her. Serena quickly balanced herself before she could fall, but the girl who bumped into her wasn't as lucky and fell to the ground. Serena helped her up and then knelt down, examining her from head to toe to make sure she was alright.

"I am sorry. actually I was in a hurry" She said in a timid voice, looking down with teary eyes. She was thinking that Serena would scold her like other arrogant girls. Seeing her tears, Serena got panicked.

"Hey, Are you alright?"She asked concerned, wiping her tears. 

"I am ok," she said, lifting her face to look at her. "Good, but why are you crying" Serena asked softly

"I thought you would scold me" She replied

"Hey, why would I scold a cute girl like you? But I will suggest be careful next time ok" Serena said patting her, making her smile. 

"What's your name?" Serena asked, dusting off her clothes 

"I am Bonnie" She replied 

"Bonnie. It's a cute name just like you. I am Serena" Serena chirped

"Thank you, Serena di " Bonnie said with a smile.

"No need. Now go ahead" Serena said getting up. Bonnie nodded and ran away like a storm, making Serena shake her head. 

As she was looking at her disappearing figure, a familiar voice called out to her " Hey Serena!!!"

After getting rid of Giselle we headed toward the cafeteria to get our ice cream. Giselle was the first-ranked battler but trust me I wanted to give her the tag of the most annoying girl. She always used to cling with me like a glue. I just hate it. Thanks to Misty, She helped me escape from her.

"Ash which flavor" Misty asked breaking my trance 

"Chocolate ice cream with extra choco chips" I replied. She nodded at me and diverted her attention toward the owner in front of her. 

"Misty I am going to pay," I said, taking out my wallet 

"No, It's ok. I can" She smiled at me. I shook my head while smiling and said " My Maa asked to say proper thank you to you for returning my Pokedex. That's why I want to pay"

She thought for a second and nodded. I paid the bill and then we exited the cafeteria. We were walking in the corridor in a comfortable silence while licking our ice creams. No one was bothered to break the peaceful silence between us. I was enjoying it. Her presence was soothing my mind and heart. I was stealing glances at her every minute. She was beautiful, especially ocean green eyes her eyes. There was a charm that could never match. I am enchanted by the pair of her eyes. I felt like I was going to lose myself in their charm. 

 "Thank you Mist," I said breaking the ice between us.

"Thank you!For what" She asked licking her ice cream while looking at him, blinking her eyes in confusion. 

"Awww!!!! She is so cute" I thought to myself

"Because you helped me to get away from Giselle," I said softly, gratitude and affection dripping in my voice. "She is too clingy"

"It's ok Ash. You are my friend. I can't bear that someone bothered my friend." She said with a smile shrugging. 

"Friends??"I asked raising my eyebrow playfully 

"Yeah, friends. Are we not?" she said, looking at me. Then suddenly, she started laughing.

" Hey, why are you laughing?"I asked confused. She shook her head, took out her handkerchief, leaned towards me, and wiped my face. I frowned looking at her. 

"You eat like a child." She said giggling, showing the ice cream stain on her handkerchief. My face flushed with embarrassment. I everted my gaze, looking away. My gaze fell on my Buddy Pikachu, he was running towards me happily. A smile played on my lips. 

"Hi Pikachu," I exclaimed as he jumped on my shoulder.

"Pika..pi.."He chirped rubbing his cheeks with mine. I smiled and caressed his cheek. 

"Aww Ash, Is it you Pikachu? He is so cute" Misty exclaimed gaining my and Pikachu's attention. Her eyes were twinkling with admiration and her lips curled into a huge admiring smile. 

"Mist meet my buddy, Pikachu"
"Pikachu She is Misty," I said with a smile, looking at him. 

She stretched out her hand to pat him. I tried to warn her that when a stranger touched him. He gave electric shocks to that person. But before I could say anything she held him in her arm. Trust me !! If I was saying I never got as much shocked as I was that time. Pikachu let him touch a stranger. This was something new. 

"Pikachu can you be my friend" She asked him patting his head. 

"Thank you," She said as she kissed him on his cheek and gave her ice cream to him which he took delightedly. My jaw dropped at the sight of her kissing him. I was not jealous. I am just...Ahhh!!! I am jealous. I admit it. She was making me attracted to herself without doing anything special.

"Hey Pikachu you forget me, "I said as I pouted. Both of them giggle at me, making me smile. 

"Hey Ash Can I have a battle with you?" She asked in a serious tone. Her playfulness vanished suddenly 
"You will be defeated. Because I am the top battler of the University." I warned her. It's not I had pride in my skills. I was informing her because I was really good battler. It was not easy to be the top battler when you were just in the first year of university. 

"Yeah, I knew that. That's why I challenge you. BTW It's not easy to defeat me also" She said with a confident smile. Let me correct it was a smirk. Her eyes were blazing with determination and excitement. I was impressed so I thought to give her a try. 

"Okay," I said, tugging my hand in my pocket. She nodded and then we headed toward the battle area. My mind was preoccupied with thoughts of the upcoming battle.

"Hey Mist which type of battleground do you want" I asked

"Water-type" She answered instantly 

I nodded and asked the battle area in charge to change the battleground. We take our position.

"Greninja!I choose you" I said tossing his Pokeball in the air.

"Greninja..."He yelled as he popped out from his Pokeball

"Wow, Ash your Greninja is awesome." She exclaimed, her eyes beaming with excitement and admiration.

"Thank you, "I said

"Don't be so happy" She kissed her Pokeball and threw it as she said "Gyaradose come out"

"She kissed this freaking Pokeball too. Uff" I mumbled and huffed

"Gyaradose..."He roared as he came out, gaining my attention 

"Let's start the battle."She said smirking, her tone challenging and confident 

I nodded and commanded," Greninja bubble"

"Gyaradose get into the water. Then water gun" She ordered 

Both of the Pokemon did the same but they missed their aim.

" Greninja!Double Team and bubble" I ordered. He roared and followed my command. Gyarados was looking around in confusion making me think that we got successful in our trick. But I was wrong. 

"Ash, This move is so childish. You can't defeat me by this move."She said with a smirk
"Gyaradose! Iron tail" She ordered

He once growled and moved his tail with an extreme. It worked, It hit my Greninja badly making him fall. I was taken aback by the intensity of the attack. It's not like that I had never battled with Gyarados before but her Gyarados strength was abnormal. He got a good training from her. 

"It's not the end," I stated and ordered "Greninja hydro pump"

" Gyaradose Flame thrower " She ordered. Both Pokemon growled and followed our instructions, Both attacks hit each other with another level of intensity, making the battlefield cover with a layer of haze.

"Greninja Can you see everything?"I inquired 

"Gre..ninja.."He replied

"Okay Quick attack and go near him then Dark Pulse" I instructed 

"Gyaradose be careful and wait until he comes near. Then Iron Tail." I heard Mist's command. 

They followed our commands. As we couldn't see anything, only hear the screams and roars of our Pokemon.

"Gyaradose Are you okay?"She asked concerned. He roared in answer. Slowly the haze was removed from the field. Both Pokemon were looking tired but still ready to fight.

" That's enough, Greninja transforms," I ordered frustrated. It was really enough, I underestimated her. She amazed me with her battling skills. No one I mean literally no one gave me a competition like that girl was standing in front of me. I never thought I would transform my Greninja so soon. I didn't have any problem. I am enjoying the battle.

"That's great. Gyarados Mega evolve," She said winking as she touched the mega stone on her side ponytail with her middle finger while making a dance gesture. 

"Wow!!! She can mega-evolve her Gyarados," I muttered to myself shocked. Ahhh!!! That girl. She was giving me surprises back to back. It would be a lie if I said I was not surprised even once. Both of them transformed. We were going to initiate the battle again but the bell rang indicating that the lunch period ended. I groaned internally. 

"OH NO!! That's not good. I am enjoying the battle," She said equally unamused. Her precious smile dropped. 

"It's ok Mist, But don't worry we will continue this next time," I said softly with a smile lifting her mood while masking my frustration 

She nodded at me with a smile. We called our Pokemon back. As we looked around we were greeted by a crowd of students who were there during the battle but we were too much lost in battle to notice them. They cheered us completely amused by our battling skills. Some teachers were smiling with pride. I bowed in front of them showing my gratitude. Mist also followed my gesture. I drifted my gaze to look at her. She had her usual breathtaking smile. Her eyes twinkled with the same innocence and affection. 

"You are amazing Mist. I really enjoyed the battle" I complimented, making her smile wider. She muttered a thanks and then we headed toward our class

I was so confused. I was thinking as I was walking silently with her." Why did she ask me to show her the school campus? Few hours before she was ignoring me. Suddenly what happens to her."Like these many questions were flooding in my mind. Deep down I was happy she gave some attention to me. I didn't know why but I was carving for her attention. Moreover, I got rid of that clingy girl, Brianna. I didn't even like her, love was far away. But she always claimed that I love her. 

"Don't think so much Grasshead." She said looking at me as if she could read my thoughts. Ignoring her every word my mind stuck on that particular word or you could say my new nickname " Grass head". It was weird but I didn't mind. I fake glared at her which she ignored royally. 

"I am sure that you are thinking that is why I ask you to show me the school campus. Right??" She asked with a knowing smile. I looked at her with wide eyes as if she were an alien who could read minds. 

"Actually, The girl who was with you is bothering you so I was just helping you I ignored you because of your Unless attitude which I found so annoying, I don't like it." She stated. 

"Okay," I nodded in understanding, still wondering how she knew what I was thinking. 

"And for your kind information, I am an alien." She said smiling. My jaw dropped again in shock. I couldn't help but ask her "How do you know" my tone dripping with shock and confusion. She giggled, her eyes glittering tenderly. She shook her head amused and replied "Your expressions were saying what was going on in your little head." 

"ok..." I nodded but something clicked in my mind " Hey My mind is not little" I defended annoyed with a fake glare.

"Ok ok, Now show me the school campus,"  She said giggling, enjoying my annoyed expression. 

"Okay April, "I said with a teasing smirk. 

" Hey My name is May not April, "She pouted, crossing her arm on her chest. I couldn't help but look at her with admiration

"Okay, Okay," I said with a smile, moving ahead. Suddenly she ran ahead a little then turned towards me and made a camera with her hands.

" Lovely Audience!!! Today we are here, visiting my new university" She chirped acting like a news reporter "Here is Mr Drew, Our guide"

I couldn't help but burst into laughter. She was something really. I laughed like that in a long while and that too in front of a girl, I barely knew. 

"Hey Why are you laughing" She asked pouting, raising her eyebrow.

"So cute!!!" My inner voice exclaimed

"I know" I stated 

"Oh ho!!! Am I hearing right? Mr. Drew Hayden is calling someone cute and that too a girl." My inner voice teased. 

"Yeah, Now get lost," I said sounding frustrated but miserable failed.

"You know what, No one made me laugh like that before," I said suppressing my laughter. She glared at me annoyingly for a second then her gaze softened. She smiled at me and said " Great, I can make you laugh"

"Now Let's go,"
