She shut the door from inside of her room with urgency and wondered he was supposed to come back tomorrow night. she was marching in her room busy being embarrassed and wished that she never have to face him ever again or the ground will swallow her so that she wouldn't see him teasing her. she got a text , it was by Karan. She closed her eyes and shook her head in disappointment but then open the text

Karan: hi , I like the shirt you were wearing. May I know where did you get it? I wanted to buy it for my self.

She stopped in front of the mirror and shut her eyes and shakes her head again but this time in embarrassment. She cursed under her breath "can this night be any more embarrassing?" She said in low voice

She didn't reply to his text , there wasn't anything she can say or do to justify or cover up. So it's better not to reply but Karan had no chill

Karan: ok good night, I guess you slept while being online. No worries I will ask you tomorrow. By the way you left your top here , it won't fit me otherwise I could trade it with you.

She screamed "nooo this can't be happening I left my top in his room"
She hide her face with pillow and slept after long thinking

Next morning she woke up early to leave before he confronts her but when she came out and found his mom sitting on the couch sipping tea and reading newspaper.

Mom: arey teju you woke up early?

She went close to his mom and hugged her.

Teju: I have to leave early

Mom: but you told me shoot will start late. 

He came out of his room with a grumpy face.

Mom: arey sunny you are here? When did you come? Why didn't you let me know? I would've cooked for you

Karan: isiliye nai bataya. I came back last night very late so I didn't feel like eating. I missed you ma and I got to know you were missing me too right?

Mom: of course mera bacha

His eyes on her like noticing each and every expression of hers. Teju got up to warm up some water for herself

Karan: ma did you left my door open last night? One scary cat was sleeping on my bed when I came back.

Mom: no I checked myself , what did you do then?

Karan: when she saw me , she ran away.

Mom: did she create any mess ?

Karan: no not really, but she was literally very scary.

Teju  heard everything but didn't react and left to her room. She got ready and when about to leave he called her from behind

Karan: did you finalize a date for the promotions?

Teju: I did ,it's on the day of the song release.

Karan: hmm.

She left without looking at him.

It's the song release day , they met the whole team. Sonia also met them, Karan felt little uncomfortable around her in the beginning but after a while he was visibly relaxed. Teju noticed her saying something in his ear that irks teju , she was very jealous. All of them met at a club after the promotion. She sat in the corner and a guy approached her. Karan was watching from a distance that she was talking to the guy. He went to her and in a concern tone he asked her if she is okay.

Teju: I know him we are from the same school. He had major crush on me.

Guy: yep , you don't know half of school had crush on you

Teju: what ? I never noticed, you are joking right?

Guy: No, I am not. you were so popular in the school

Karan felt so jealous he wanted to punch that guy in the face. He can't stand that guy near her for a second more  so he took the alternate approach

Karan: so miss popular come dance with me. I am taking your crush with me.

He wasn't requesting, he kinda pulled her arm and drag her to the dance floor. Sonia came near them and dancing. Out of the blue Sonia hugged and kissed him on the cheek, he pushed her a little. It looks like she was completely drunk. Teju went to the counter again to get herself a drink. Karan saw her but he couldn't leave Sonia in that state so he look for someone to take her home. When he didn't find anyone he look for her car With so much difficulty he found her car. He helped her sit in the car. After leaving her he went inside and look for teju but she wasn't anywhere to be found. He checked the bathroom. He called her driver about her whereabouts and got to know that she is with him. He was dropping her home. He requested him to drop him inside his home.

She reached before him and went straight to her room , she locked the door.

Karan reached home just after few minutes after her. Thankfully his parents went to their relatives place for couple of days. He knocked the door but she wasn't responding. He heard muffled voices from inside so he decided to open the door with his keys.

He shocked to see her in that condition. She was crying mess on the floor. He went near her and tried to touch her face but she backed off.

Karan: what is wrong teju?

Teju: nothing , why are you here? You left with her na. Go to her

Karan: what ? I didn't , I just wanted her safe so I was looking for her car.

Teju: no you didn't, I was waiting for you long but you didn't return.

Karan: I couldn't find her car , that took me long. I did go back to look for you but I got to know that you left.

Teju: you did?

Karan: hmm I did ,but what's with you if I left with her? You don't like me , do you?

She looked at him blankly

Karan: say na I won't come to you ever again if you say no this time.

Teju: first tell me do you still like me?

Karan: I do, like you

Teju: even after I was being difficult?

Karan: yes

Teju: sunny

Karan: you never called me sunny

Teju: never?

Karan : never , do you like me laddoo?

Teju: no

Karan: I thought you did.

He said in disappointed tone.

Teju: I love you sunny , I can't hide it anymore. I have fallen for you hard.

She grabbed his neck and slipped into his lap like a baby.

Karan: say that again please I think I heard it wrong

Teju: I love you soo much. I don't like any girl near you. Kissing you is my right only. I am very possessive ok. You are mine

Karan gaze at her lips

Karan: really, only yours my laddoo.

Teju: do you love me?

Karan: I love you too sweetheart from the day we first went to the beach. He

Teju: she hugged him tightly.

They don't know for how long they were sitting on the floor hugging each other. She broke the silence

Teju: can we sit on the couch, my legs are numb.

Karan: ok , let me take you.

He carried her towards the couch

Karan: so kissing me is your right only? Haan?

Teju looked down embarrassed and feeling shy. He placed his finger under her chin and lift her face. When her eyes met his eyes his hand caressing her cheek and his thumb brushed her lips. She closed her eyes

Karan: open your eyes please. I want you to see me with your beautiful eyes. I want to see love in your eyes. She opened her eyes. She could feel the desire in his eyes as he could see in hers.

Teju: don't look at me like that my heart would explode

Karan: let it explode

When it became intolerable She wanted to hide from him so she tried to back off but he didn't let her go. His hold on her become tighter and he pulled her towards him. Her hands made way to behind his neck and his one hand on her head and the other one on her back. Their lips were  just inches apart

Karan: May I ?

She didn't reply but pulled him closer so that their lips meet. He didn't know he was holding his breath, when she pulled him he released in her mouth. He pulled her hair a little to give him more access. She gasped at the sudden pull and he slip his tongue inside her mouth. She groan with pleasure. He bit her lip a little too hard.

She slapped him on his shoulder

Teju: I have shoot tomorrow. Don't you dare

Karan: I feel like punishing you for staying away from me

He moved his lips to her neck

teju : that's how you punish people

karan: just you

Teju: I didn't know what I was feeling

He stopped and looked At her face

Karan: what were you feeling? What was the first time you felt something for me?

Teju: beach when we hugged. It wasn't the friendly one. I really felt something

Karan: whhhaaattt? Beach , I thought I offended you. Why didn't you tell me ? it was months ago.

Teju: I felt at the time that I was not meant for love. There was no way I could love anyone after what happened with me but I was wrong. I was in denial until last week when you went to Dubai it was the time I missed you the most.

Karan: that's why you called me.

Teju: I wanted to tell you tonight but I didn't know how to tell you.

Karan: really? You always pushed me away or ran away whenever I tried to come to you. How do I know this time it was different?

Teju: why didn't you? you saw me sleeping in your room wearing your shirt.

Karan: I thought you were scared that's why you were in my room.

Teju: you are such a over thinker

She hit him on his chest
