When all is left are the beautiful shattered parts of memories that Jason and Melissa created, they must both live with pieces of forever.

For every bad decision Melissa has made, she has always come out of it with Jason's love and forgiveness, but this is unlike any other time. With thoughts of who her child's father is, Jason has finally walked away from her, their marriage, the life they've built, and the friendship. Feeling abandoned and left to wallow in her own self pity, Melissa makes the decision to love on Cameron.

Cameron has always made it clear to Melissa his desires on wanting a monogamous relationship with her. It isn't until Jason leaves the city all together and leaves her feeling helpless, that he is able to lure her into falling for him. Jason feels forced into the single life, when he makes the hasty decision to walk away from his marriage, due to infidelities on both parts. At first, it seems he is taking the break up like a grain of salt. Within days, he has a new love distraction. He keeps his feelings buried deep, while still yearning for the one person who stole his heart years ago, Melissa. Trying to move on has never been so difficult as Jason struggles with his newfound freedom.
